Precise Synthesis and Thin Film Self-Assembly of PLLA-b-PS Bottlebrush Block Copolymers

The ability of bottlebrush block copolymers (BBCPs) to self-assemble into ordered large periodic structures could greatly expand the scope of photonic and membrane technologies. In this paper, we describe a two-step synthesis of poly(l-lactide)-b-polystyrene (PLLA-b-PS) BBCPs and their rapid thin-film self-assembly. PLLA chains were grown from exo-5-norbornene-2-methanol via ring-opening polymerization (ROP) of l-lactide to produce norbornene-terminated PLLA. Norbonene-terminated PS was prepared using anionic polymerization followed by a termination reaction with exo-5-norbornene-2-carbonyl chloride. PLLA-b-PS BBCPs were prepared from these two norbornenyl macromonomers by a one-pot sequential ring opening metathesis polymerization (ROMP). PLLA-b-PS BBCPs thin-films exhibited cylindrical and lamellar morphologies depending on the relative block volume fractions, with domain sizes of 46–58 nm and periodicities of 70–102 nm. Additionally, nanoporous templates were produced by the selective etching of PLLA blocks from ordered structures. The findings described in this work provide further insight into the controlled synthesis of BBCPs leading to various possible morphologies for applications requiring large periodicities. Moreover, the rapid thin film patterning strategy demonstrated (>5 min) highlights the advantages of using PLLA-b-PS BBCP materials beyond their linear BCP analogues in terms of both dimensions achievable and reduced processing time.

高通量材料合成方法和高通量材料表征手段区别于传统低效率的 "试错法"材料发展方法, 极大地加速了材料科学的变革和发展. 通过设计程序进行了高通量 X 射线衍射实验, 在保证数据分辨率条件下, 高效地表征了 La$_{1-x}$Sr$_{x}$TiO$_{3}$ 薄膜上多个数据位点的晶体结构, 验证了其成分的连续变化性质, 为后续开展更多类型的高通量 X 射线衍射实验提供了指导.     

Strain effects on multiferroic BiFeO3 films

The field of multiferroics has experienced a rapid progress resulting in the discovery of many new physical phenomena. BiFeO₃ (BFO) compound, which is one of the few room-temperature single-phase multiferroics, has contributed subsequently to this progress. As a result, significant review articles have been devoted specifically to this famous system. This chapter is dedicated to the strain effects on the structure stability and property changes of BFO thin films. It is a short and non-exhaustive topical overview that may be seen as an invitation for interested readers to go beyond. There is a very active and prolific research in this field and we apologize to the authors whose relevant work is not cited here. After a short introduction, we will thus review the effect of strain on BFO films by describing the consequences on the structure and the phase transitions as well as on polar, magnetic and magnetoelectric properties.     

基于DIS数字信息化系统对透光物质透光性能的研究

采用DIS数字信息化系统,对不同浓度的蓝墨水溶液在激光光源照射下的透射平均照度及照度分布图像进行实验研究,得到了平均照度值随溶液浓度变化的规律。对不同颜色塑料膜片对白炽灯光源透过照度值及照度分布图像进行实验研究得到及其相关之规律。     

Characterization of ZnO:AI films deposited by r.f.magnetron-sputtering at low temperature

Transparent conducting ZnO:AI thin films with good adhesion and Iow resistivity have been prepared on organic substrates and Coming 7059 glass substrates by r.f. magnetron-sputtering technique at Iow substrate temperature (25-210℃). Structural and photoelectric properties of the deposited films are investigated. The deposited films are polycrystalline with hexagonal structure and a preferred orientation with the c-axis perpendicular to the substrate. Only the (002) peak is observed.High quality films with resistivity as Iow as 1.0 x 10- 3Ω@ cm and 8.4 x 10- 4Ω@ cm, the average transmittance over 74% and 85% in the wavelength range of the visible spectrum have been obtained on different substrates.

选用不同浓度的Pb(Zr_0.52Ti_0.48)O₃溶胶，用Sol-gel法在Pt/Ti/SiO₂/Si基片上沉积一层厚度不同的Pb(Zr_0.52Ti_0.48)O₃ (PZT52)过渡层，经400℃烘烤、550℃退火等程序后，再用Sol-gel法在PZT52过渡层上沉积Pb(Zr_0.52Ti_0.48)O _{关键词： PZT铁电薄膜 择优取向 过渡层 剩余极化强度}     

Au-Au2S复合纳米球壳微粒的空腔谐振及参量讨论

Au-Au2S复合纳米球壳微粒（金纳米球壳），是一种新型复合结构的纳米微粒，其结构为纳米级的Au2S介质球外包裹了一层几个纳米厚的黄金球壳。这种复合纳米球壳微粒可以被抽象为球型谐振腔。报道了它的空腔谐振吸收的实验结果，并且运用经典理论结合介观结构特征，讨论了有关Au-Au2S复合纳米球壳微粒空腔谐振吸收的一些重要参量，其中包括谐振吸收波长、品质因数、谐振能量等。另外，还讨论了金球壳的厚度对这些重要参量的影响。     

金属薄膜制备及物性测量系列实验

介绍了由模拟真空实验和“金属薄膜的制备”、“金属薄膜厚度的测量”、“金属薄膜电阻率的测量”,以及“金属薄膜生长过程的动态监测”等4个实验组成的金属薄膜制备与物性测量系列实验.这组实验与现代科学技术发展联系紧密,仪器设备可靠,操作简单,适合于普通物理实验阶段的研究性教学.     

单甲基原位改性SiO2疏水减反膜的制备与性能研究

 在碱性条件下通过TEOS和MTES的共水解缩聚反应制备了单甲基原位改性的SiO₂溶胶，并使用提拉法在K9玻璃基片上镀制了疏水减反膜。通过透射电镜（TEM）考察了镀膜溶胶的微结构，分别使用红外光谱（FTIR）分析了薄膜的组分，用原子力显微镜（AFM）观察了薄膜的表面形貌和起伏状况，用紫外可见光谱（UV-vis）考察了薄膜的减反射性能，用接触角仪测量了薄膜对水的接触角。并使用“R-on-1”的方式测量了薄膜在Nd:YAG激光（1 064 nm，1 ns）作用下的损伤阈值。结果表明，通过共水解缩聚反应可以把甲基引入镀膜溶胶簇团中，改善了溶胶簇团的网络结构，使薄膜得到相当好的疏水性能和更好的抗激光损伤性能，同时薄膜能保持较好的减反射性能。
