目的观察五味子木脂素对小鼠淋巴细胞亚群和自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)的影响.方法应用五味子木脂素高、中、低3个剂量治疗酒精性肝损伤小鼠,联苯双酯对照,观察其对小鼠脏器系数、体液免疫功能、淋巴细胞增殖以及NK细胞活性的影响,利用流式细胞仪和MTT法检测其对淋巴细胞亚群、NK细胞的影响.结果五味子木脂素中剂量组胸腺、脾脏系数明显增加,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);五味子木脂素中剂量组能显著降低CD8+水平,提高CD3+,CD4+水平及CD4+/CD8+比值,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);五味子木脂素中剂量能提高NK细胞活性和T,B淋巴细胞增殖能力,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05).结论五味子木脂素能够增强酒精性肝脏损伤小鼠的免疫功能.  相似文献

Local p‐n junction were obtained under room temperature conditions in CuInSe2 by applying strong electric field through small indium and copper contacts. The current density voltage (J‐V) and the capacitance‐voltage (C‐V) of three different samples were measured at room temperature. The J‐V method shows that the current is dominated by the drift component of the injected carriers. The C‐V method gave a barrier height of 1.04 eV for all three samples which agrees with the reported energy gap of this material. Analysis of these results indicate that the p‐n junction structures formed by strong electric fields are hihgly compensated and the current transport is dominated by the space charge limited current effect.  相似文献

Shell cross-linked (SCL) micelles with amine-functional coronas have been constructed in aqueous solution by exploiting the micellar self-assembly of new thermo-responsive ABC triblock copolymers. These copolymers were prepared via atom transfer radical polymerisation (ATRP) in convenient one-pot syntheses and comprised a thermo-responsive core-forming poly(propylene oxide) [PPO] block, a cross-linkable central poly(glycerol monomethacrylate) [GMA] block and an amine-functional outer block based on either poly(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate) [DMA] or poly([2-(methacryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethyl ammonium chloride) [QDMA]. DMF GPC analysis indicated an Mn of 17,700 and an Mw/Mn of 1.46 for the PPO-PGMA-PDMA triblock copolymer. The DMA residues of the PPO-PGMA-PDMA triblock copolymer were reacted with methyl iodide to prepare copolymers with differing degrees of quaternisation. Each triblock copolymer dissolved molecularly in aqueous solution at 5 °C and formed micelles with amine-functional coronas above a critical micelle temperature (CMT) of around 12 °C, which corresponded closely to the cloud point of the PPO macro-initiator. Cross-linking of the GMA residues in the inner shell using divinyl sulfone produced SCL micelles that remained intact at 5 °C, i.e. below the cloud point of the core-forming PPO block. Aqueous electrophoresis studies confirmed that these SCL micelles had considerable cationic surface charge, as expected. The cationic SCL micelles were adsorbed onto a near-monodisperse anionic silica sol, which was used as a model colloidal substrate. Thermogravimetric analyses indicated SCL micelle mass loadings of 6.1-15.5 wt.%, depending on the initial micelle concentration. Aqueous electrophoresis studies confirmed that surface charge reversal occurred on adsorption of the SCL micelles and scanning electron microscopy studies revealed the presence of SCL micelles on the silica particles.  相似文献

An intensified charge coupled device (ICCD) camera was used to observe the spatial distribution of sonoluminescence (SL) and sonochemiluminescence (SCL) generated by cavitation bubbles in a 1.2 MHz focused ultrasound (FU) field in order to investigate the mechanisms of acoustic cavitation under different sonication conditions for FU therapeutic applications.It was found that SL emissions were located in the post-focal region. When the intensity of SL and SCL increased as the power rose, the growth of SCL was much higher than that of SL. In the post-focal region, the SCL emissions moved along specific paths and formed branch-like streamers. At the beginning of the ultrasound irradiation, cavitation bubbles generated SCL in both the pre-focal and the post-focal region. When the electrical power or the sonication time increased, the SCL in the post-focal region increased and became higher than that in the pre-focal region. The intensity of SCL in the focal region is usually the weakest because of “oversaturation”.The spatial distribution of SCL near a tissue boundary differed from that obtained in free fields. It organized into special structures under different acoustic amplitudes. When the electrical power was relatively low, the SCL emission was conical shape which suggested a standing wave formation at the tissue-fluid boundary. When the electrical power exceeded a certain threshold, only a bright spot could be captured in the focus. The cavitation bubbles which centralized in the focus concentrated energy and hindered the formation of standing waves. With rising electrical power at high levels, besides a bright spot in the focus, there were some irregular light spots in pre-focal region, which indicated some cavitation bubbles or small bubble clusters achieved the threshold of SCL and induced the reaction with the luminol solution.  相似文献

提出一种差分型鉴相/频器(PFD),此鉴相/频器可以大幅度降低死区现象,并且可以避免UP和DN信号同时为逻辑高电平,从而减小电荷泵电流失配对整个环路的影响,降低环路的假频效应.这种差分型PFD在高速、低抖动、低假频PLL中有着广泛的应用.该电路基于Chartered 0.25μmCMOS工艺,并用Hspice进行仿真,仿真结果表明,该PFD死区小于20ps,并且可以大大降低VCO控制电压的纹波.  相似文献
