红外光谱中溶剂效应机理初探——配位机制的提出

本文就红外光谱中溶剂效应机理提出了溶质和溶剂分子间的瞬时配位作用机制，认为同－溶质在不同溶剂中的振动波数不同，是由于这种瞬时配位作用改变了溶质价电子运动状态所致。据此提出了溶剂效砂的定量关系式，测定了七种溶剂配位效应常数。用这一套经验参数处理了几种取代苯甲酸的羰基伸缩振动的溶剂效应，得较好的线性关系。还发现羰基的振动波数与取代基的Ｈａｍｍｅｔｔ常数σ之间，羰基伸缩振动对溶剂效应的敏感度与σ之间，Ｈ     

聚2,6-二甲基苯醚树脂分子量分布及其与冲击强度关系的研究

本工作建立了室温下用凝胶色谱法(GPC)测定聚2,6-二甲基苯醚(PPO)树脂分子量、分子量分布的方法。淋洗剂不采用文献申报道的毒性较大者,也不在较高柱温下进行,而采用甲苯(或氯仿)在室温下测定。对样品在甲苯中溶解温度、浓度和稳定性等都进行了系统研究,找到了最优化条件。GPC数据结合改性PPO(MPPO)产品性能测定结果,经仔细分析找到了影响MPPO产品质量的一个重要因素是PPO树脂中低分子量部分含量。它与产品冲击强度有明显的依赖关系。提出了一个从CPC谱图确定低分子量部分含量的方法。     

Lipophilicity determination of some new crown ethers by reversed-phase thin-layer chromatography

Summary The lipophilicity of 28 modified crown ether derivatives was determined by reversed-phase thin-layer chromatography (RPTLC) using various organic phases and supports. The lipophilicity values determined in different RPTLC systems showed good correlations, however the quality of the organic phase (methanol, acetone, acetonitrile) and the support characteristics influenced to a small extent the determination.     

The effect of the structure of bonded cyanoalkyl stationary phases on their selectivity in the liquid chromatographic separation of polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons

Summary The paper discusses the effect of the length and structure of the hydrocarbon chain connecting the nitrile group to the silica gel surface on the chromatographic properties of cyanoalkyl phases.When using non-polar and polar mobile phases, the selectivity of the cyanodecyl phases toward PAHs is higher than of the cyanopropyl phase and of hydroxylated silica gel.Polar additives to the mobile phase drastically decrease the retention on silica gel and on the cyanopropyl phase while affect the properties of cyanodecyl phases only to a considerably less degree. Newly synthesized phases with different structures of the hydrocarbon chain are compared with the commerical cyano-and ODS-phases. The retention mechanism on the cyanoalkyl phases is discussed.     

人工神经网络预测含硫芳香族化合物的水解速率常数

本文利用误差反向传播（ＢＰ）的人工神经网络（ＡＮＮ）模型处理低度非线性问题。研究了含硫芳香族化合物水解速率常数与其结构及物理化学参数之间的定量结构活性相关（ＱＳＡＲ）。预测结果与实验结果符合良好，优于多元回归方法（ＭＬＲ）所得的结果。

抗癌新药德氮吡格及其衍生物的定量构效关系

按氢分类的分子电性距离矢量（Hydrogen-association classified molecular electronegafivity-distance vector,H-MEDV）是由4种类型原子间的相互作用得到的一种描述分子二维结构的拓扑描述子.本文根据H-MEDV来研究创新构型抗肿瘤药物德氮吡格（TNBG）及其衍生物活性与其结构之间的关系,利用多元线性回归和逐步回归,建立的4变量模型的相关系数R=0.862.对筛选后建立的模型用留一法交互检验的结果为Rcv=0.713,结果表明模型具有较好的预测能力和稳定性.     

Fuzzy structure-activity relationships

While quantitative structure-activity relationships attempt to predict the numerical value of the activities, it is found that statistically good predictors do not always do a good job of qualitatively determining the activity. This study shows how Fuzzy classifiers can be used to generate Fuzzy structure-activity relationships which can more accurately determine whether or not a compound will be highly inactive, moderately inactive or active, or highly active. Four examples of these classifiers are presented and applied to a well-studied activity dataset.
