New organoruthenium metallates containing ferrocenecarboxalidine thiosemicarbazones and their nucleic acid/albumin binding and in vitro cytotoxicity

A string of four new hetero binuclear Ru(III) complexes of ferrocenecarboxaldehyde-4(N)-substituted thiosemicarbazones were synthesized and characterized by various spectral (infrared, ultraviolet–visible, Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) and High Resolution Mass Spectrometry (HR-MS) techniques. The binding abilities of the ligands/complexes with nucleic acid (calf thymus DNA, CT-DNA) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) were analyzed by absorption and emission titration methods. The complexes exhibited better DNA binding affinity than their parent ligands. The interaction with CT-DNA was found to be intercalative and with BSA static quenching mechanism was observed. All the synthesized Ru(III) complexes were subjected to study their in vitro cytotoxicity against MCF-7 (human breast cancer) and HT-29 (human colon cancer) cell lines. Among the four complexes, complex 3 [RuCp (FF-etsc)PPh₃]Cl exhibited the highest cytotoxicity in MCF-7 cells and complex 4 [RuCp (FF-ptsc)PPh₃]Cl was the most active on HT-29 cells.     

Surface of Ru/Fe2O3 catalysts used in water-gas shift reaction studied by auger electron spectrometry

Summary Carbon deposits on the surface ofRu/Fe₂O₃ catalysts used in the water-gas shift reaction have been investigated by Auger Electron Spectrometry. A correlation has been found between the thickness of the carbon deposit and the catalytic activity in WGSR. The carbon deposit covers the metallic active centers and blocks their contact with reagents. The dotting of the iron oxide support with sodium has been found to reduce the amount of carbon deposit. .

Thermal behavior of metallodendrimers possessing bis(terpyridinyl)Ru(II) connectivity and different surface functionality

A series of metallodendrimers, assembled by means of bis(terpyridinyl)Ru^(II) connectivity on poly(propylene imine) dendrimer scaffolds, with homogeneous or heterogeneous surfaces, were prepared. Differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis were used to determine their thermal behavior, glass‐transition temperatures, and the decomposition kinetics and temperatures; no synergy effects for these properties were observed for the heterogeneously surfaced constructs in contrast to the corresponding homogeneously coated materials, which exhibited different values depending on their surface functionalities. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. RuH2和RuN2电子组态与光谱性质的从头计算

用量子化学从头算方法在B3LYP/6 311G 的水平上 ,研究了RuH2 和RuN2 可能的电子组态和光谱性质 .结果表明 ,RuH2 的3 B2 和5Σ-态对应于静电作用的物理吸附态 .RuN2 的一重态和三重态的计算结果跟钌单晶面上的实验值相接近 .而RuN2 在C∞v对称性时 ,五重态5Σ-的计算频率比实验值稍低 .在C2v对称性时 ,五重态的计算频率值则更低 ,3 B2 和5A1态不能稳定存在     

立窑窑面空气过剩系数与节能浅析

本文根据一些立窑水泥厂的热工测定数据,推导出了化学不完全燃烧热损失Q_(hb),废气带走热损失Q_f与窑面空气过剩系数之间的关系,阐述了产生化学不完全燃烧热损失的原因,并就如何降低热损失,节约能源提出了设想。     

三邻菲咯啉合亚钌-亚硫酸根-氯酸钾体系化学发光法测定葡萄酒中亚硫酸盐总量

提出了Ru(phen) 32 +-SO32 - -KClO3(phen =1 ,1 0菲咯啉 )体系化学发光法测定溶液中亚硫酸盐含量的方法 .SO32 - 浓度与化学发光强度在 1 .0× 1 0 - 6～ 1 .0× 1 0 - 3 mol/L范围内成正比 ,检出限为 2 .32× 1 0 - 6mol/L (S/N =3) ,1 .0× 1 0 - 4 mol/LSO32 - 溶液重复 6次测定结果的相对标准偏差为 3.8% .该方法成功地用于白葡萄酒中的亚硫酸盐总含量的测定 ,结果令人满意 .     

Superlattice CoCrPt/Ru/CoFe structure fabricated by pulsed laser deposition

The synthetic antiferromagnets (SAF) have been used in spin-valve sensor in data storage industry [1]. We report a new hard/Ru/soft sandwich structure (SHBL) fabricated by pulsed lased deposition to replace current single layer structure for information recording application. SHBL consists of two magnetic layers separated by thin nonmagnetic layers, typically with Ru layers of 0.7-1.2 nm, through which antiferromagnetic coupling is induced. Varying the relative thickness of the magnetic layers, the spacer layers, and the type of magnetic materials can alter magnetic properties of CoCrPt/Ru/CoFe superlattice. The coercivity H_c and grain size of magnetic layer is also dependent on the laser fluence. High laser fluence results in both small grain size and high H_c. The observed phenomena are related to high quenching and deposition rates during PLD at high fluence, resulting in more pronounced phase segregation.     

新型水泥干法窑筒体腐蚀与防腐的研究

通过对国内新型水泥干法窑筒体腐蚀现象分析及实验室的模拟实验，认为，硫、氯、碱是筒体腐蚀的主要因素，进行筒体涂层，可以抑制筒体腐蚀。     

散热器型芯烘烤窑净化系统中分离器的设计研究

为解决铸铁散热器生产环境污染、产品成品率及产品质量低下等问题,笔者研制了XWJ-1型消烟雾化净化系统。该系统是根据乡镇企业实际状况,在原烘烤窑内采用烟道重新配置、油烟预处理、水雾化冷却、分离污染物、净化排放五步骤设计。通过6年多的试验运行和改进,结果证明,使用XWJ-1型油烟雾化净化系统,可以把高温、高浓度烟气中的焦油和有害气体减少90%,并分离净化到符合国家环保排放标准要求(GB9078-1996,GB16297-1996),较好地解决了热能利用、污染物回收利用等问题,提高了制芯及散热器的成品率及其质量,使企业经济效益显著提高。
