风信子子房的组织培养

通过组织培养技术可以从风信子（ＨｙａｃｉｎｔｈｕｓｏｒｉｅｎｔａｌｉｓＬ．）子房诱导出完整植株．在我们的研究中,ＭＳ＋ＢＡ５ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＮＡＡ１ｍｇ／Ｌ较适于诱导愈伤组织和芽．适于芽生长的培养基是ＭＳ＋ＢＡ２ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＮＡＡ２ｍｇ／Ｌ．ＭＳ（不加任何外源激素）培养基适于诱导生根     

不同地理种源侧柏对侧柏绿胶杯菌抗性的测定试验

收集侧柏２１个种源,经繁育定植后,连续３年逐年测其对侧柏绿胶杯菌的抗性。其分析结果表明,不同地理种源侧柏之间其生长状况的优劣与抗病性关系不大,同一种源内生长势良好者其感病指数较轻;种源之间对绿胶杯菌的抗性存在有明显的差异,其中抗性较强的有河北民寿,山西晋城,贵州黎平,山西交城和陕西华阴种源,但是均未达到可以用以进行病害防治的高度抗病的程度。     

Itosides A – I,New Phenolic Glycosides from Itoa orientalis

Eight new benzoylated gentisyl alcohol (=2‐(hydroxymethyl)benzene‐1,4‐diol) glucosides, itosides A–H ( 1 – 8 ), together with the new pyrocatechol (=benzene‐1,2‐diol) glycoside itoside I ( 9 ) were isolated from the bark and twigs of Itoa orientalis (Flacourtiaceae). In itosides B–D ( 2 – 4 ), the gentisyl alcohol moiety was esterified by 1‐hydroxy‐6‐oxocyclohex‐2‐ene‐1‐carboxylic acid, while itosides E–H ( 5 – 8 ) contained instead an additional 2‐hydroxybenzoic acid moiety. The compounds were accompanied by the known derivatives 4‐hydroxytremulacin ( 10 ), poliothyrsoside ( 11 ), poliothyrsin ( 12 ), homaloside D ( 13 ), tremulacin, and pyrocatechol β‐D ‐glucopyranoside. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by spectral and chemical methods.     

泽泻中三萜醇酮类化合物总量的快速测定方法研究

建立了利用便携式小型光谱仪测定中药泽泻中三萜醇酮类化合物总量的比色测定方法.本方法采用具有C 3羰基的甾酮类化合物的专属性Zimmerman显色反应,检测波长为560nm.以23 乙酰泽泻醇B的吸光度和浓度作工作曲线,回归方程为A=2.1009C+0.2116(mg/mL),相关系数为0.9997,23 乙酰泽泻醇B的浓度在0～160mg/mL范围内符合比耳定律,表观摩尔吸收系数ε=5.4×102L·mol-1·cm-1,检出限为11.143mg/mL,回收率为93.0%～109%.该方法简单、快速、廉价,已成功应用于福建地道药材泽泻GAP过程质量控制及泽泻药材品质的评价,指导泽泻药材的生产,具有重大的经济效益和社会意义.     

浙江沿海中国对虾标志放流试验

1991～1995年，在象山港及六横南部渔区继续进行中国对虾大规模标志放流。阐述了不同体长，在不同时间、地点的标放的标志对虾在浙江新的海域环境条件下移动、分布规律及生长、成活、产卵等情况，进一步验证了与放流虾群行动分布趋于一致，为我省中国对虾生产性放流增殖提供了可行性依据。     

对虾病原体鳗弧菌抗血清制备及其血清反应

对鳗弧菌抗血清学制备及其血清反应的研究结果表明，应用免疫注射法，先去除鞭毛抗原，可以获得对虾“黄鳃病”鳗弧菌的高效价的抗血清，其血清效价可以达到５１２０，这为对虾病原菌制备抗血清，提供了一个很好的技术和方法．     

徐州市人工侧柏林的群落结构及物种多样性分析

以徐州周围山地人工侧柏林为研究对象,在全面勘察的基础上,建立了10块具有代表性的调查样地.通过对群落的生境条件、种类组成和结构等的调查,详细分析了徐州市现有侧柏林的群落结构和物种多样性.分析结果显示,徐州周围山地现有人工侧柏林群落结构简单,物种丰富度和多样性较低,生长更新缓慢.建议引种朴树、臭椿、黄连木、三角槭、梧桐、女贞等树种,以改造林相,促进地带性植被的恢复.     

Platanus acerifolia’s buds: additional non-polar metabolites and structure revision of two previous dihydrochalcone-like metabolites

In addition to the methylated and prenylated flavonoids previously reported from Platanus acerifolia, the multistep chromatographic processing of the n-hexane extract of the fresh unripe buds resulted in the isolation of 11 metabolites. Besides six common wax constituents, the n-hexane portion led to the isolation of four gem-dimethylpyrano flavanones. They corresponded to two pairs of angular and linear isomers derived only from pinocembrin (5,7-dihydroxyflavanone). Additionally, a novel β-decadione was split into the major keto-enol tautomer as shown by the detailed NMR and EIMS analyses. Moreover, the structures of grenoblone and 4-hydroxygrenoblone, two previously reported dihydrochalcone-like metabolites, were revised according to the EIMS spectra.     

Chemical composition,antimicrobial, and lipase enzyme activity of essential oil and solvent extracts from Serapias orientalis subsp. orientalis

The volatile components of essential oil (EO), SPME, and SPME of solvent extracts ( n -hexane, methanol, and water) obtained from fresh Serapias orientalis subsp. orientalis ( Soo ) were analyzed by GC-FID/MS. EO of Soo gave 11 compounds in the percentage of 99.97%; capronaldehyde (37.01%), 2-( E )-hexenal (23.19%), and n -nonanal (19.05%) were found to be major constituents. SPME GC-FID/MS analyses of fresh plant and solvent extracts of Soo revealed 7, 12, 7, and 4 compounds within the range of 99.7% to 99.9%. Limonene (76.5%, 41.7%, and 61.3%) was the major compound in SPMEs of the n -hexane and methanol extracts. α -Methoxy- p -cresol (52.9%) was the main component in its water extract. The antimicrobial activity of EO and the solvent extracts of Soo were screened against 9microorganisms. EO showed the best activity against Mycobacterium smegmatis , with 79.5 µg/mL MIC value. The n -hexane, methanol, and water extracts were the most active against the Staphylococcus aureus within the range of 81.25–125.0 µg/mL (MIC). IC ₅₀ values for the lipase enzyme inhibitory activity of EO and solvent extracts ( n -hexane, methanol, and water) were determined to be 59.87 µg/mL, 64.03 µg/mL, 101.91 µg/mL, and 121.24 µg/mL, respectively.     

郑州市城区悬铃木属(Platanus)树木的瘤突与环境

1996-2006年对郑州市城区悬铃木属(Platanus)树木瘤突进行了实地调查并记录了调查区段汽车过往数量.具瘤突的悬铃木属植株及其瘤突数量逐年上升,瘤突外露体积逐年增大.悬铃木属树木树干基部由地面向上1 m内,是环境汽车尾气致瘤外突的主要部位.事实表明,汽车尾气污染大气环境,致使城区环境日趋劣化,直接威胁着绿色植物的正常生长与人类健康.
