外部治理环境与公司绩效:代理成本的中介效应

中国经济发展过程中存在区域发展不平衡现象,这种不平衡现象对公司绩效产生了重要影响。基于2003-2015年沪、深两市A股上市公司数据,以管理费用率度量上市公司管理层与股东间的第一类代理成本,以其他应收款占比度量上市公司控股股东与中小股东之间的第二类代理成本,采用多元回归和中介效应检验程序,实证检验了外部治理环境通过两类代理成本的中介作用对上市公司绩效影响的内在机理。研究结果表明,外部治理环境的提升能够显著的降低两类代理成本,进而提高上市公司的绩效,两类代理成本在外部治理环境影响公司绩效的过程中发挥显著的部分中介作用。     

Path to achieving molecular dispersion in a dense reactive mixture

A uniform dispersion of reactants is necessary to achieve a complete reaction involving multicomponents. In this study, we have examined the role of plasticizer in the reaction of two seemingly unlikely reactants: a highly crystalline hexamethylenetetramine (HMTA) and a strongly hydrogen bonded phenol formaldehyde resin. By combining information from NMR, infrared spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry, we were able to determine the role of specific intermolecular interactions necessary for the plasticizer to dissolve the highly crystalline HMTA and to plasticize the phenol formaldehyde resin in this crosslinking reaction. The presence of the plasticizer increased the segmental mobility, disrupted the hydrogen bonded matrix, and freed the hydroxyl units, which further increased the solubility of the HMTA. Both the endothermic and exothermic transitions are accounted for in the calorimetric data obtained. For the first time, it is possible to obtain the effective molar ratio of each component needed to complete the crosslinking reaction efficiently. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. 三维光盘存储系统中双光头同步控制的频域分析与辨识

详细介绍了双光头同步控制原理.对采集的伺服模块聚焦误差跟踪信号及共焦模块读写光头的聚焦线圈驱动信号进行了频域分析,并以此两路信号作为系统输入输出,分别对三种参数模型进行参数优化.根据3种模型的频率响应及阶跃响应,选择双光头同步控制过程的参数模型为[450]阶的ARX模型.实测曲线与模型仿真结果符合度(fit)为78.0259%.     

辽宁高校高水平运动队现状及可持续发展研究

采用文献资料法、调查访谈法，逻辑演绎法，针对辽宁省普通高校高水平运动队现状、存在的问题及可持续发展的前景进行调查研究，结果表明：辽宁省部分普通高等学校高水平运动队经过近20年的建设与发展，在运动员招生制度、政策完善、运动队管理、训练、生活与学习方面，取得了一些可喜的成绩，但同时也存在一些问题．高校高水平运动队要立足本校实际，合理布局，加大经费投入，重点发展优势项目；建立可行的管理办法，提高教练员的业务水平；建立和完善“一条龙”训练体制，实现可持续发展。

Synthesis and structural characterization of novel,fluorinated poly(phthalazinone ether)s containing perfluorophenylene moieties

The synthesis and structural characterization of a series of novel, fluorinated poly(phthalazinone ether)s containing perfluorophenylene moieties are described. The monomers, 4‐(4′‐hydroxyaryl)phthalazin‐1(2H)‐ones ( 2a – 2d ), were conveniently and efficiently synthesized from phenols and phthalic anhydride in two steps via 2‐(4′‐hydroxybenzoyl)benzoic acids, which were first obtained by the Friedel–Crafts reaction in good yields and with high stereoselectivity and were then converted into 2a – 2d by fusion with hydrazine. All the polymers were prepared by nucleophilic aromatic substitution (S_NAr) polycondensation between the compounds perfluorobiphenyl and 4‐(4′‐hydroxyaryl)phthalazin‐1(2H)‐ones ( 2a ‐ 2d ). The resulting fluorinated polymers were readily soluble in common organic solvents (e.g., CHCl₃, tetrahydrofuran, dimethylformamide, dimethyl sulfoxide, N‐methylpyrrolidone, etc.) at room temperature. Their weight‐average molecular weights and the polydispersities ranged from (7.96–18.25) × 10³ to 1.31–2.71, respectively. Their glass‐transition temperatures varied from 213 to 263 °C. They were all stable up to 390 °C both in air and in argon. The 5% weight‐loss temperatures of these polymers in air and argon ranged from 393–487 to 437–509 °C, respectively. Wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction studies indicated they were all amorphous and could be attributed to the presence of kink nonplanar moiety, phenyl phthalazinone along the polymer backbone. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
