通过对线间电容耦合模型的研究, 提出了一种基于互连线电容耦合的SR锁存电路设计方案. 该方案首先分析互连线间电容耦合关系, 利用MOS管栅极电容模拟互连线电容; 然后利用电容耦合结构与线计算特性, 设计或非逻辑门电路, 在此基础上实现基于互连线电容耦合的SR锁存电路; 最后在TSMC 65nm Spectre环境下仿真验证. 结果表明 所设计的电路逻辑功能正 确, 且具有低硬件开销特性.  相似文献

The widespread occurrence of antibiotics as contaminants in the aquatic environment has increased attention in the last years. The concern over the release of antibiotics into the environment is related primarily to the potential for the development of antimicrobial resistance among microorganisms. This article presents an overview of analytical methodologies for the determination of quinolone (Qs) and fluoroquinolone (FQs), macrolide (MLs), tetracycline (TCs), sulfonamide (SAs) antibiotics and trimethoprim (TMP) in different environmental waters. The analysis of these antibiotics has usually been carried out by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled to mass spectrometry (MS) or tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) and to a lesser extent by ultraviolet (UV) or fluorescence detection (FD). A very important step before LC analysis is sample preparation and extraction leading to elimination of interferences and prevention of matrix effect and preconcentration of target analytes.  相似文献

This paper presents a 65-nm 1-Gb NOR-type floating-gate flash memory, in which the cell device and chip circuit are developed and optimized. In order to solve the speed problem of giga-level NOR flash in the deep submicron process, the models of long bit-line and word-line are first given, by which the capacitive and resistive loads could be estimated. Based on that, the read path and key modules are optimized to enhance the chip access property and reliability. With the measurement results, the flash memory cell presents good endurance and retention properties, and the macro is operated with 1-las/byte program speed and less than 50-ns read time under 3.3 V supply.  相似文献

提出一种基于单电子晶体管的新型电路结构--R-SET结构,并从R-SET结构的反相器着手对该结构电路的工作原理和性能进行了分析.构造出基于R-SET结构的或非门、一位数值比较器、SR锁存器和D触发器.通过对各电路进行SPICE仿真,验证了各电路的正确性.最后对R-SET和互补型SET 2种结构的D触发器进行性能比较,得出R-SET结构的D触发器具有结构简单,功耗低,延时小的特点.  相似文献

This paper proposes a design for all-optical NOR logic gate, based on Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI) using quantum-dot semiconductor optical amplifier (QD-SOA). In this regard, a theoretical model for an ultrafast all-optical signal processor is developed using QD-SOA to achieve high bit rate operation. We have demonstrated the NOR gate operation in two cases of with and without an optical control pulse. Simulations have been carried out at data bit rates 160 Gb/s, 200 Gb/s, and 250 Gb/s for the case that control pulse is not applied, and also at data bit rates 1 Tb/s and 2 Tb/s in presence of control pulse which leads to improvement of gain recovery time and ultrafast NOR logic operation. In addition, quality factors of the output signals in presence and without the control pulse at different bit rates with different bias currents have been investigated for pseudo-random binary sequence (PRBS) of word length 28–1.  相似文献

In this paper we proposed optical NOR and NAND gates. By combining nonlinear Kerr effect with photonic crystal ring resonators first we designed a structure, whose optical behavior can be controlled via input power intensity. The switching power threshold obtained for this structure equal to 2 kW/μm2. For designing the proposed optical logic gates we employed two resonant rings with the same structures, both rings at the logic gates were designed such that their resonant wavelength be at λ = 1550 nm. Every proposed logic gate has one bias and two logic input ports. We used plane wave expansion and finite difference time domain methods for analyzing the proposed structures.  相似文献

NOR gate response in a double quantum ring, where each ring is threaded by a magnetic flux , is investigated. The double quantum ring is sandwiched symmetrically between two semi-infinite one-dimensional metallic electrodes, and two gate voltages, namely, Va and Vb, are applied, respectively, in lower arms of the two rings those are treated as the two inputs of the NOR gate. A simple tight-binding model is used to describe the system, and all the calculations are done through the Green’s function formalism. Here we calculate exactly the conductance–energy and current–voltage characteristics as functions of the ring-to-electrode coupling strengths, magnetic flux and gate voltages. Our numerical study predicts that, for a typical value of the magnetic flux =0/2 (0=ch/e, the elementary flux-quantum), a high output current (1) (in the logical sense) appears if both the inputs to the gate are low (0), while if one or both are high (1), a low output current (0) results. It clearly demonstrates the NOR gate behavior, and this aspect may be utilized in designing an electronic logic gate.  相似文献

Considering an estimated number of millipedes of approximately 80,000, cytogenetic studies on these animals are rare, as only a total of 70 species have their karyotypes described. The present study reports on the chromosomal number of four Brazilian diplopods of the family Spirostreptidae: Urostreptus atrobrunneus with 2n = 24, XY; Gymnostreptus olivaceus 2n = 12, XY and Alloporus araraquarensis and A. principes, 2n = 18, XY. The C-banding pattern and NOR staining of U. atrobrunneus, G. olivaceus and A. araraquarensis are described.  相似文献

西安地区黄胸鼠(Rattus flavipectus)的核型分析结果表明,染色体数目2n=42。常染色体由13对末端着丝粒染色体以及7对小的中着丝粒染色体组成。性染色体XY 是一对大小不等的末端着丝粒染色体。时染色体的 G—带,C—带和 Ag—带也做了观察分析,所得结果与 Yosida(1973)的文献资料相比较可以看出,西安地区黄胸鼠的核型可能是从亚洲型黑家鼠(Rattus rattus tanezumi)演化而来的。  相似文献

本文以银染技术对我国九种蝗虫(分隶3个科8个属)进行了核仁组成区(Nucleolus-Organizing Region)的观察分析。结果表明:蝗总科昆虫同一属内NOR定位有一基本模式,属内种间具有相对恒定性,无显著差异,而在不同属间则有差别。因此,在揭示属内同源关系,进行近缘属之间的比较和鉴定时,NOR定位具有重要意义,并与其它各种染色体带型方法一起,构成细胞分类学的一个重要手段。  相似文献
