Determination of Taurine in Lycium Barbarum L. and Other Foods by Capillary Electrophoresis with Electrochemical Detection

A method based on capillary electrophoresis (CE) with electrochemical detection (ED) was developed for the determination of taurine in Lycium Barbarum L., LIPOVIYAN beverage and milk powder. The effects of some important factors such as the acidity of the running buffer, separation voltage, injection time, and applied potential to working electrode were investigated. Operated in a wall‐jet configuration, a 300 μm diameter carbon‐disk electrode was used as the working electrode, which exhibits good responses at +1.05 V (vs. SCE) for taurine. Excellent linearity was obtained in the concentration range from 5.0×10^?4 mol/L to 5.0×10^?6 mol/L. The detection limit (S/N=3) was 1.0×10^?7 mol/L. This proposed method has been successfully applied to analyze the actual samples with satisfactory assay results.     

细胞呼吸爆发的微量量热学研究

The heat production of Wistar rat polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMN) was measured by an LKB 2277 Thermal Activity Monitor. When PMN were activited with phorbol-12-myristate13-acetate (PMA), the respiratory burst was recorded by greatly incr eased heat production. Experiment was also carred out in the present of the inhibitor, Total Flavonoids of Lycium Barbarum L. (TFL). The respiratory burst heat production peak was disappeared, but the heat production curve was higher than that of PMA because TFL increased the metabolic activities of PMN.     

枸杞组织培养的培养基配方优化试验

通过对枸杞组织培养的培养基部分成分的改换,发现用普通白砂糖代替蔗糖、自来水代替重蒸水、回收琼脂代替实验用试剂级琼脂,并去掉肌醇,对枸杞分化苗的增殖、生根无明显影响,可大幅度降低枸杞组培苗的成本.     

宁夏枸杞花粉形态的扫描电镜观察

首次报道了宁夏枸杞３个品种、一个变种的花粉在扫描电镜下的形态特征．结果表明：供试花粉均为小花粉类型，椭圆形，或近球形，三孔沟，等极，表面有夹带二岐分叉的条状纹饰作纵向排列．具不同条状纹饰和条纹表面的不规则细横纹是供试花粉的区别点．花粉的大小和形状，在供试各品种之间也有不同程度的差异     

Structural features of an acidic polysaccharide with the potential of promoting osteoblast differentiation from Lycium ruthenicum Murr.

Abstract

The enhanced osteoblast differentiation is beneficial to the prevention of osteoporosis. In this study, a homogeneous polysaccharide (LRP-S2A) with the potential of promoting osteoblast differentiation was obtained from the fruits of Lycium ruthenicum, a traditional herb for treatment of postmenopausal metabolic disorders. Structural identification indicated that LRP-S2A, with a relative molecular weight of 2.65 × 10⁶ Da and an uronic acid content of 41.8%, contained Rha, Ara, Gal, Glc and GlcA in a molar ratio of 1.00 : 2.07 : 0.57 : 2.59 : 4.33 and was composed of a backbone consisting of 6-O-Me-α-(1→4)-D-GlcpA, 2-O-acetyl-α-(1→4)-D-Glcp, α-(1→2,4)-L-Rhap, β-(1→3)-D-Galp andα-(1→3,5)-L-Araf, and some branches consisting of 6-O-Me-α-(1→4)-D-GlcpA and terminal α-L-Araf. These results suggested that LRP-S2A with the potential of promoting osteoblast differentiation was a new acidic polysaccharide.     

ICP-OES/ICP-MS测定枸杞子中的24种无机元素

建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法（ICP-OES）、电感耦合等离子体质谱法（ICP-MS）检测枸杞子中无机元素的方法,并用该方法对枸杞子中Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Pb、Cd和Cr等24种元素进行检测.结果表明该方法具有较好的准确性和精密度,发现枸杞子中K、Na、P、Mg等元素的含量相对较高,而Co、V、Tl、Be较少,不足0.050μg·g^-1.     

“枸杞花粉口服液”对巨噬细胞功能的影响

作者观察了“枸杞花粉口服液”对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞形态、酸性磷酸酶变化及对酶母细胞的吞噬活性，结果表明：“枸札花粉口服液”可以激活巨噬细胞，吴活化状态ＡＣＰａｓｅ活性增高，对酵母细胞吞噬活性增强，说明“枸杞花粉口服液”可提高机体免疫功能。     

4种蜜源植物花蜜腺比较解剖学研究

荠、酸枣、老瓜头和宁夏枸杞４种植物花蜜腺形态结构各异。荠具４枚颗粒状花托蜜腺；酸枣蜜腺位于花盘表面；老瓜头的花蜜腺位于５个花丝凹糟中，形成蜜腺分泌毛；宁夏枸杞花蜜腺位于子房基部。４种花蜜腺都属结构蜜腺。它们发育早期均无特殊的原始细胞，都是由花器官表层细胞恢复分裂能力，分化形成蜜腺原基，进一步发育成蜜腺。在泌蜜前后，４种蜜腺组织细胞的液泡化程度发生了规律性的变化；荠和宁夏枸杞花蜜腺中多糖物质也发生了同样的变化．
