试论新南非语言政策的演变及其对教育的影响

文章以语言政策最近的发展为背景,讨论了与语言使用现实和执行相关的问题;以全南非语言委员会(PANSALB)遭遇的一些问题、公共场所语言使用情况、家庭使用语的分类以及学校里的教学指导语为案例进行阐释。这些案例表明了在执行语言政策和形成包容性的民族认同方面,南非依然困难重重。     

太阳能热水器的全自动控制电路

本文作者通过对目前市场上几种主要热水器的智能控制进行分析,发现其设计中的不足之处,并进行针对性的改进,设计出了单片机控制电路,该电路用于太阳热水器,能实现仅在用水时,若日晒水温达不到设定值,则电加热自动补温。用于电热水器,能实现在深夜用低谷电自动加温,白天用水时自动补温。实现了热水器的全自动及节能。达到智能控制方案的最优化,从而实现真正意义上的"全自动控制"。     

The Heck reaction under ball-milling conditions

The synthesis of unsaturated unnatural amino acids according to the Heck-Jeffery protocol using a ball-milling procedure is presented. NOE data recorded on the products confirm that the Z-isomer is formed. This type of mechano-chemistry provides an efficient, “solvent free” and reliable method for the synthesis of substituted dehydroalanines. These conditions provide patterns of reactivity complementary to conventional procedures.     

微微秒自动调谐参量激光的研究

采用一对MgO:LiNbO_3角度调谐覆盖了红近外波段0.7～2.2μm,并配以自动波长扫描。文中分析了影响脉冲宽度与线宽的因素,与实验结果相吻合。脉宽<30ps,线宽～1nm(简并波长附近～10nm),单脉冲峰功率达MW级,参量光总能量转换效率达5.4％。     

UV protection filters by dielectric multilayer thin films on Glass BK-7 and Infrasil 301

The increasing use of Ultraviolet (UV) light in medicine, industrial environments, for cosmetic use, and even in consumer products necessitates that greater attention be paid to the potential hazards of this type of electromagnetic radiation. To avoid any adverse effects of exposure to this type of radiation, four suitable protection filters were produced to block three UV bands (UVA, UVB, and UVC). The design structure of the required dielectric multilayer filters was done by optical thin film technology using the absorbing property of UV radiation for the substrates and dielectric materials. The computer analyses of the multilayer filter formulas were prepared using Macleod Software for the production processes. The deposition technique was achieved on optical substrates (Glass BK-7 and Infrasil 301) by dielectric material combinations including Titanium dioxide (Ti₂O₃), Hafnium dioxide (HfO₂), and Lima (mixture of oxides SiO₂/Al₂O₃); deposition being achieved using an electron beam gun. The output results of the theoretical and experimental transmittance values for spectral band from 200 nm to 800 nm were discussed in four processes. To analyze the suitability for use in ‘real world’ applications, the test pieces were subjected to the durability tests (adhesion, abrasion resistance, and humidity) according to Military Standard MIL-C-675C and MIL-C-48497A.

再论农地制度创新与农地资源的可持续利用

近二十年来中国经历了三次大的社会转型，进入了最佳发展时期．但随着“三化”进程的深入，农业发展不稳定、农业生产要素结构性扭曲、农地利用及其制度缺陷等问题日显严峻．制度是促进经济发展的根本性变量，农地制度创新在农地可持续利用中起决定性作用．要解决“三农”问题必须解决其根源问题——现有农地制度与农地可持续利用的结构性矛盾．为此，要创新农地产权制度，确保产权主体在．配置农地资源上的核心作用；完善农地流转制度，提高农地规模经营水平；建立农地保障替代机制，强化农地的生态、生产功能．     

墨法在中国传统书法艺术中的地位和作用

墨是中国传统书法艺术的书写原料，离开了它即无字形，离开了用墨的方法(墨法)，则形成不了书法艺术的深度和广度。因此，掌握好用墨的干湿浓淡，充分发挥好其对比作用，是不同书家、不同书体、不同墨法和不同风格的展现。墨法是传统书法作为一门艺术的法宝之一。     

Application of capillary electrophoresis with different sample stacking strategies for the determination of a group of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the low microg x L(-1) concentration range

Several on-column sample preconcentration modes--large-volume sample stacking using the EOF pump (LVSEP), LVSEP with anion-selective exhaustive injection (LVSEP-ASEI) and field-amplified sample injection with sample matrix removal using the electroosmotic flow (EOF) pump (FAEP)--were used to analyze some nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) by capillary electrophoresis, and then compared. Methanol was the background electrolyte solvent to suppress the EOF. The effect of the type and length of the solvent plug, and the sample injection time were investigated in FAEP to determine the conditions that provided the best response. LVSEP, LVSEP-ASEI, and FAEP improved the sensitivity of the peak area by 100-, 1200-, and 1800-fold, respectively. The methodology developed, in combination with solid-phase extraction (SPE), was applied to the analysis of water samples.     

对《城镇地籍调查规程》和《地籍测量规范》的探讨

国家国土局批准的行业标准《城镇地籍调查规程》(简称《规程》)、国测局批准的局标准《地籍测量规范》(简称《规范》),是当前从事城镇地籍调查可遵循的两个技术标准。对《规程》、《规范》制定的指导思想、精度指标以及实践中如何执行等方面进行了探讨。
