川西北草地牛皮蝇蛆病的研究

对川西北草地牛皮蝇蛆病的流行情况、季节动态及防治技术的研究表明：（１）临床检查牦牛１１４９头、黄牛５９９头，皮蝇蛆寄生率分别为８４．２５％和７０．２８％，寄生强度为１８．３２个和２．１７个；剖杀检查牦牛１１４头，皮蝇蛆寄生率为１００％，寄生强度为７１．６６个．（２）川西北草地皮蝇的种类，经形态学和生化特性鉴定定为牛皮蝇Ｈ．ｂｏｖｉｓ、纹皮蝇Ｈ．ｌｉｎｅａｔｕｍ和中华皮蝇Ｈ．ｓｉｎｒｎｓｅ等三种．（３）弄清了皮蝇各期幼虫在牛体内的寄生季节、寄生部位、移行动态、三期幼虫寄生方位、入土化蛹羽化规律、成虫活动规律等．（４）害获灭（Ｉｖｏｍｅｃ）是防治牛皮蝇蛆病的首选药物，具有效果好、广谱、剂量小、安全、使用方便、易于推广等优点，防治后可获显著经济效益和明显社会效益     

“害获灭”(Ivomec)对牦牛消化道线虫和肺线虫的驱除试验

我们于1990年4月—11月在国内首次用“害获灭”对28头牦牛的消化道线虫和肺线虫进行了驱除试验。结果表明,“害获灭”按每公斤体重150、175、200微克颈部皮下注射,对牛仰口线虫 B.Phlebotomum 的驱虫率为90.1、100、100%,对叶氏夏伯特线虫C.erschowi 为78、100、100%,对辐射结节虫 O.radiatum 为94.3、100、100%,对球形毛首线虫 T.globulosa 为93.0、97.3、97.3%,对美丽筒线虫 G.pulchrum 为83.0、100100%,对胎生网尾线虫 D.viviparus 为100、100、100%,用200微克时对兰氏毛首线虫的驱虫率为93.3%。由此看出,“害获灭”按每公斤体重175、200微克对牦牛上述消化道线虫和肺线虫均有良好的驱除效果,且用量小、给药方便,无副作用,宜于在牧区推广使用。     

Validated capillary electrophoretic method for the analysis of ivermectin in plasma after intragastric administration in pigs and horses

A capillary electrophoretic (CE) method has been developed for the determination of ivermectin (CAS 70288-86-7), a new generation drug with antiparasitic activity, in pig and horse plasma. The method was statistically validated for its linearity, accuracy, precision and selectivity. The linear range was from 1 to 30 ng mL(-1) with correlation coefficients greater than 0.999. The limit of detection was 0.3 ng mL(-1), while the quantitative limit was 1 ng mL(-1), using a 0.5 mL sample size. The validated procedure was used to determination of pharmacokinetic parameters of ivermectin after ingestion of 0.1 mg for pigs and 0.2 mg dose per kg body weight for horses, respectively. Studies were performed on a group of eight pigs and six horses. There were no significant differences between pigs and horses in any of the estimated pharmacokinetic parameters.     

“害获灭”驱除山羊内外寄生虫的试验

“害获灭”(Ivomec)对山羊内外寄生虫的驱杀试验,国内报道甚少。我们于1990年4—5月在汶川县威州乡用该药对18只山羊(试验组12只、对照组6只)的内外寄生虫进行了驱除试验。试验结果,Ivomec按0.2mg/kg一次颈部皮下注射,对线虫的驱虫率为94.0—100％(其中:毛首线虫Trichuris为94.0％、奥氏线虫T·ovina为95.4％、捻转胃虫H·contortus、羊仰口线虫B·trigonocephalum、微管结节虫O·venulosum、舒氏歧尾线虫B·schulzi均为100％),对外寄生虫——微小牛蜱B·microplus、台湾角血蜱H·cornigera、山羊腭虱L·stenopsis、山羊毛虱D·caprae的杀灭率均为100％。该药注射时出现极短暂的疼痛反应外,在整个试验期内未见任何不良现象。
