Electrochemical Detection of As(III) via Iodine Electrogenerated at Platinum,Gold, Diamond or Carbon‐Based Electrodes

The reaction of iodine, electrogenerated from iodide, is used for the detection of As(III) via electrocatalytic reaction in the diffusion layer of a boron‐doped diamond electrode. The merits of this electrode material for this purpose (over platinum, gold or glassy carbon) are demonstrated and the kinetics of the reaction between I₂ and As(III) in acid reported.     

Synthesis of alkenes from tertiary esters utilizing the triphenylphosphine-iodine system

The treatment of tertiary esters with triphenylphosphine and iodine under mild conditions gives the most stable alkene in good yield. Formates, acetates and trifluoroacetates were studied.     

Direct synthesis of Cbz-protected β-amino ketones by iodine-catalyzed three-component condensation of aldehydes, ketones and benzyl carbamate

Iodine has been found to be very effective catalyst for a Mannich reaction between an aryl aldehyde, an aryl ketone and benzyl carbamate, even though this is a less reactive amine, to produce Cbz-protected β-aryl β-amino carbonyl compounds in high yields.     

Iodine catalyzed efficient synthesis of symmetrical diaryl sulfoxides from arenes and thionyl chloride under solvent-free conditions

Synthesis of symmetrical diaryl sulfoxides from arenes and thionyl chloride in the presence of a catalytic amount of iodine at room temperature under solvent-free conditions is described.Mild reaction conditions,easy workup,high yield,and easily available catalyst are important features of this method.     

钙羧酸钠褪色光度法测定微量碘的研究

提出了以钙羧酸钠褪色光度法测定微量碘的新方法。在盐酸介质中 ,表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵 (CTMAB)存在下 ,碘酸根离子定量氧化钙羧酸钠褪色。最大吸收波长λmax=5 95nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数ε =3.1× 10 4 L·mol-1·cm-1。碘浓度在 0～ 5 0 μg 2 5ml范围内服从比耳定律。方法用于加碘食盐中碘的测定 ,结果满意     

二氧化碳溶剂浮选光度法测定高碘蛋总碘量

浮选法是二氧化碳气氛中,以溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)为捕收剂,用溶剂浮选吸光光度法对离子缔合物(CTMA~ I_3~-)的组成进行测定。试验表明,方法有较高的灵敏度,较好的准确性和重现性。     

Alkynyl- and Alkenyl(phenyl)iodonium Compounds. New Synthetic Methods (86)

Compounds with highly coordinated, polyvalent main-group elements represent an interesting alternative to the many well-known transition-metal complexes. Among the oldest and best known stable examples of such organic molecules are the iodine(III) compounds. Diaryliodonium species, Ar₂IX, for example, have been known for over a hundred years and play an important role in lithography. Likewise, acetylenes and olefins are among the oldest, most important, and most valuable compounds in chemistry. Besides simple hydrocarbon alkenes and alkynes, numerous functionalized derivatives are also known and widely employed in organic chemistry. Despite the ubiquity and prominance of both I^III species and olefins and acetylenes, the combination of these two types of functional groups in a single molecular unit, namely compounds with polyvalent iodine and at least one alkyne or olefin residue, was unknown until recently. The successful preparations of simple alkynyl- and alkenyl-(phenyl)iodonium species during the 1980s has resulted in a renaissance in both acetylene and I^III chemistry. These alkynyliodonium compounds readily undergo nucleophilic substitution on the alkyne moiety (S_N-A reactions) which are difficult with other substrates. The application of a wide variety of nucleophiles in this reaction resulted in diverse functionalized alkynes including previously unknown acetylenic carboxylates, sulfonates, and phosphates. These are excellent substrates for cycloaddition reactions as well as numerous other interesting chemical transformations.     

A novel and efficient approach to highly substituted indolizines via 5-endo-trig iodocyclization

A new approach to indolizines has been developed using a 5-endo-trig iodocyclization of allylic esters followed by isomerization and dehydroiodination facilitated by triethylamine at rt. This mild procedure enabled us to synthesize a number of highly substituted indolizines in good yields.     

一阶导数吸光光度法测定碘酸钾碘盐中碘

采用一阶导数吸光光度法测定碘酸钾碘盐中碘 ,线性范围为 0～ 12 μg·ml-1,检出限为1.6μg·ml-1,对盐样进行重复测定 ,相对标准偏差≤ 1.9% ,对样品进行加标回收试验 ,回收率在 97.0 %～ 10 2 .5 % ,结果良好     

基于芘的荧光熄灭的单质碘荧光敏感膜的研究

单质碘熄灭固定于增塑的ＰＶＣ膜中的芘的荧光，且这种熄灭作用可逆。本据此研制了用于测定单质碘浓度的荧光敏感膜，最佳膜组成为２～４ｍｇ芘、５０ｍｇＰＶＣ粉、１００ｍｇ邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯，测定碘的浓度范围为２．２６×１０＾－５～１．０４×１０＾－３ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。此膜测定单质碘的重现性好，响应时间小于４０ｓ。除Ｆｅ＾３＋、Ｂｉ＾３＋外，其它常见离子均无干扰。将此膜用于食盐中碘的测定，结果令人满意。
