刘宗周与证人社

作为明代儒学殿军，刘宗周在学术上开浙东学术中兴之局；在道德上与黄道周并为明季道德完人。他继承东林学派顾宪成、高攀龙的“格物说”，倡导“慎独说”，成立证人社，与陶爽龄展开工夫与本体的论辩，力图扫除王门后学“以禅诠儒”的空疏之弊，在当时产生了很大的影响。     

The complete symmetrization of quantum operators: new thoughts on an old problem

The complete symmetrization with respect to x, p _x,... of the operators associated with dynamical properties can sometimes lead to results different from those obtained by the conventional quantum formalism based on the rule op (A ²)=(op A)². For example, angular momentum operators M _z ² and M ² are modified by the additive constants ²/2 and 3 ²/2 respectively (M ²0 for electron in the ground state of H atom, rotator never at rest, but spectra unchanged); the average quadratic dispersion of energy is different from zero. These results can be interpreted by assuming that the system is never strictly isolated but communicates with the other systems of the universe by means of electromagnetic interactions. Quantum mechanics would give only average values over a sufficiently long time and would exhibit a quasi-ergodic character. Examples supporting this possibility are given, in particular that of arsines for which quantum forecasts correspond to average values over one year.Dedicated to Professor J. 如何解释红外谱图

红外光谱(IR)主要提供分子的官能团和化学键的丰富的结构信息。通常一个化学键会出现多个不同位置的吸收峰,而图中每个峰又可能是不同化学键的加合峰。因此在红外光谱分析中,并不要求也不可能准确地归属出图中所有的峰,通常只要求能较确切地识别出其中几个特征峰已足矣。     

新时期思想解放语境中实事求是的哲学解读

无论在革命战争时期还是改革开放以后，实事求是思想一直是我们奉行的实践准则，并以此一步步走向胜利。但在这一过程中，也有人形而上的理解实事求是，难免导致教条与僵化，无法为实践提供正确的指导。因此，我们必须将实事求是置于新时期思想解放运动的语境中来理解，辩证的理解其与解放思想的内在联系，才能真正的把握其哲学意涵，才能充分发挥其指导思想的作用。     

结构·形态发生与热力学诠解

不同形态能量对物质分布具有不同的作用方向。对孤立系变化过程,体系物质分布与能量形态聚集总量守恒、发散总量守恒。当聚集形态能量对物质分布发生聚集作用时,物质分布将趋向聚集;当发散形态能量对物质分布发生作用时,物质分布将趋于发散。对这两类变化过程,都有量热产生diS>0,这表明量热滴变dS不能作为体系物质分布特征变化（方向）的判断依据。     

Automatic reduction and evaluation of infrared and Raman spectra

Summary The automatic interpretation of digital recorded infrared and Raman spectra is described. The procedure starts with the automatic correction for an approximated base line. In the case of Raman spectra the spectral response of the spectrometer is corrected, too. Subsequently, the spectra are reduced to band lists, conserving the position, intensity and half-widths of the bands. These band lists are the input in an interpretation algorithm for the combined evaluation of infrared and Raman spectra by testing presence or absence of characteristic bands or groups of bands. The algorithm was tested with 300 substances. A balance of the interpretation results shows that the abscence of structural elements is found more safely than the presence. The algorithm may be modified for special purposes: evaluation of infrared or Raman spectra alone or application to special classes of substances.

Automatische Reduktion und Auswertung von IR- und Raman-SpektrenI. Interpretation charakteristischer Banden

Zusammenfassung Ziel dieser Arbeit ist die automatische Interpretation von Infrarot- und Raman-Spektren mit Hilfe charakteristischer Banden. Die Bearbeitung der Spektren beginnt mit der Korrektur der digital registrierten Spektren auf eine angenÄherte Grundlinie. Bei Raman-Spektren wird zusÄtzlich die spektrale Empfindlichkeit des Spektrometers korrigiert. Die Spektren werden auf Bandenlisten reduziert, in denen die Lage, IntensitÄt und Halbwertsbreite der einzelnen Banden enthalten sind. Diese Bandenlisten dienen als Eingabe in einen Interpretationsalgorithmus mit dem durch Prüfung der Lage und IntensitÄt einzelner charakteristischer Banden und Bandengruppen auf Anwesenheit oder Abwesenheit von Strukturmerkmalen geschlossen wird. Der Algorithmus wurde an 300 Substanzen getestet. Die Aussage über das Fehlen bestimmter Gruppen ist sicherer als die über deren Vorhandensein. Die Struktur des Auswertealgorithmus erlaubt ein einfaches Anpassen an verschiedene Anwendungsgebiete: Auswertung von Infrarot-oder Raman-Spektrum allein, bzw. Anwendung bei speziellen Substanzklassen.

王先谦《庄子集解》是庄学中非常重要的书。地方也“间下己意”，标揭对庄子思想和写作艺术的见解。性质和作者等，王先谦也有独到的观点。它基本上是由郭庆藩的《庄子集释》删略辑成，有的对于庄学研究中一直存在的问题，如《庄子》一书的     

Interpreting Quantum Mechanics according to a Pragmatist Approach

The aim of this paper is to show that quantum mechanics can be interpreted according to a pragmatist approach. The latter consists, first, in giving a pragmatic definition to each term used in microphysics, second, in making explicit the functions any theory must fulfil so as to ensure the success of the research activity in microphysics, and third, in showing that quantum mechanics is the only theory which fulfils exactly these functions. This work received financial support from the European Union (Marie Curie Actions).     

论我国宪法解释程序中的宪法专家参与制度

从目前的情况来看．我国的宪法解释工作并没有得到很好地开展．这是由多方面的原因来决定的．在这些原因当中．没有重视和健全的宪法专家参与宪法解释的制度应当说是一个很重要的因素。因此．本文就对此问题作了探讨．提出要健全我国的宪法专家参与制度．要求宪法解释机关每次在进行宪法解释之前．都必须先设立一个临时委员会…宪法专家委员会先对需要进行解释的宪法问题进行可行性研究论证．在此基础上进行解释．同时要求建立在宪法解释机关作出宪法解释之后．还要向公众提交一份做出最终决定的报告和宪法专家作出的报告，一并向公众公示的制度。     

《"后生可畏"新解》辨讹

韩府《“后生可畏”新解》文释“后生可畏”为:“一个人的未来的光阴是不可低估和忽视的”。然其所有证据与其所得结论不构成唯一必然的因果关系,我们可从《论语》中找出许多与之相反的例证来,以证其诬。同时现存先秦、秦汉时的典籍中,无一例可用来佐证《新解》主观解释是正确的,相反类似于传统对“后生”一词的用法却很多。故而今人不宜故作标新立异来哗众取宠,轻率判定传统解释有误。
