文章以调查典型县现状年灌溉用水定额为基础 ,以当地灌溉水可利用量为控制条件 ,采用逐级平衡的办法 ,制定吕梁区主要作物的灌溉用水定额     

Semiconvergence in distribution of random closed sets with application to random optimization problems

The paper considers upper semicontinuous behavior in distribution of sequences of random closed sets. Semiconvergence in distribution will be described via convergence in distribution of random variables with values in a suitable topological space. Convergence statements for suitable functions of random sets are proved and the results are employed to derive stability statements for random optimization problems where the objective function and the constraint set are approximated simultaneously. Comparison of higher-order accurate schemes for solving the two-dimensional unsteady Burgers' equation

This paper is devoted to the testing and comparison of numerical solutions obtained from higher-order accurate finite difference schemes for the two-dimensional Burgers' equation having moderate to severe internal gradients. The fourth-order accurate two-point compact scheme, and the fourth-order accurate Du Fort Frankel scheme are derived. The numerical stability and convergence are presented. The cases of shock waves of severe gradient are solved and checked with the fourth-order accurate Du Fort Frankel scheme solutions. The present study shows that the fourth-order two-point compact scheme is highly stable and efficient in comparison with the fourth-order accurate Du Fort Frankel scheme.     

On new generalizations of the Hilbert integral inequality

Some new generalizations of the Hilbert integral inequality by introducing real functions ?(x) and ψ(x). The results of this paper reduce to those of the corresponding inequalities proved by Gao [Mingzhe Gao, On Hilbert's integral inequality, Math. Appl. 11 (3) (1998) 32-35]. Some applications are considered.

内蒙古土默特旗科达穗及种子化石研究

对发现于内蒙古土默特旗上石炭统一下二叠统的几种科达穗化石及种子类化石进行了研究,经鉴定确认其中有2个为新种,分别定名为长爪科达穗Cordaitanthuslongibracteatussp.nov.和多泡石籽Car polithusmultibullatussp.nov..这些珍贵的繁殖器官的发现,表明晚石炭世一早二叠世种子演化已达相当水平,对于研究科达类的演化过程具有重要的研究价值.

文章阐述了作战航空综合体的相关概念及组成,应用马尔科夫状态转移链建立了作战航空综合体完成典型作战任务时的数学模型,确定了作战效能的评估指标,最后通过具体算例检验了模型的正确性和可行性.

结合内蒙古地区现状，对沙棘的生物学和生态学特性、沙棘属植物化学成分和微量元素及种植沙生植物——沙棘的重要性和必要性进行了详细的研究和探讨。研究表明，沙棘属植物具有极强的生态适应性并富含多种营养成分和生物活性物质，并以耐干旱、耐瘠薄、萌蘖及固氮能力强等特点被称为治理非宜林地水土流失、改善生态环境的先锋树种。种植沙棘是治理内蒙古脆弱生态环境最经济、最有效的措施，是贫瘠的不毛之地发展经济、增加收入的经济树种。另外．种植沙棘的技术简便，容易掌握，投资少，见效快。
