高校校园文化景观设计创意和表达

高校校园的文化景观不仅对其师生有潜移默化的教育作用,更会传达给师生归属感和认同感.以上海应用技术学院奉贤校区的"思贤庭"为例,在设计中结合地理位置、学科特色、功能定位、校园文化特色等,从场地原有的精神特性、历史文脉出发,演绎推导出校园文化景观的语境、符号等要素,形成了较有典型意义的校园文化景观表达模式.指出,文化景观创意的表达无需说教,可用"只言片语"的形式含蓄表达,重要的是营造出既符合功能需求又具有灵性的校园户外空间.     

Rovibrational matrix elements of polarizability of HD, HT and DT molecules

Fresh computations of rovibrational matrix elements of the polarizability α[=(α_||+2α_⊥)/3] and the polarizability anisotropy γ(=α_||−α_⊥) of the heteronuclear isotopomers, HD, HT, and DT, of the hydrogen molecule are presented. The computations combine the most accurate polarizability functions α(R) and γ(R) (R being the bond distance) on the one hand and the most accurate adiabatic potential on the other. The calculations are extended to the product operators xα and xγ where x is the centre of mass to centre of charge separation in the heteronuclear species. The latter matrix elements are needed, additionally, for elucidating the absorption intensities of some of the zero-phonon rovibrational transitions peculiar to the heteronuclear species in the crystalline phase.     

Molecular cloning and expression of interleukin Ibeta (IL-1β) from red seabream (Pagrus major)

The interleukin 1β (IL-1β) cDNA was cloned from the red seabream (Pagrus major) by homology cloning strategy. A cDNA fragment was amplified by PCR using two degenerated primers, which were designed according to the conserved regions of other known IL-1β sequences, and elongated by 3' ends and 5' ends RACE PCR to get the full length coding sequence of red seabream IL-1β (RS IL-1β). The sequence contained 1252 nucleotides that included a 5' untranslated region (UTR) of 84bp, a 3' UTR of 410 bp and an open reading frame (ORF) of 759 nucleotides which could be translated into a putative peptide of 253 amino acids with molecular weight of 28.6 kD and putative isoelectric point pI of 5.29. The deduced peptide contained two potential N-glycosylation sites and an identifiable IL1 family signature, but lacked the signal peptide and the clear ICE cut site, which were common in other nonmammalian IL-1β genes. The RS IL-1β had the highest homology with piscine IL-1β according to phylogenetic tree analysis.     

Modeling hyperelastic behavior of rubber: A novel invariant‐based and a review of constitutive models

A constitutive phenomenological model completing the Gent‐Thomas concept is carried out to formulate laws governing the hyperelastic behavior of incompressible rubber materials. It is shown that the phenomenological Gent‐Thomas model (1958) and the constrained chain model (1992) give similar precise results at small to moderate deformation. On the other hand, comparisons of the outcome of the proposed model with that of the molecular model from the combined concepts of Flory‐Erman and Boyce‐Arruda (2000), and with those of the phenomenological models of Ogden (1982), Yeoh‐Fleming (1997), Pucci‐Saccomandi (2002) and Beda (2005) are made. Residual inconveniences raised by attractive continuum models in rubber elasticity literature have been successfully overcome. Results from both the statistical and phenomenological mechanics concepts are compared with the data of some useful classical materials (rubbers of Treloar, Rivlin‐Saunders, Pak‐Flory and Yeoh‐Fleming). The results permit one to see salient equivalence of the two theories for a more reliable prediction of stress‐stretch response for all states of any mode of deformation. A complete and exhaustive analysis of the Mooney plot that combines small and very large extension‐compression has been quite essential in assessing the validity of models. A method of identification of material parameters is presented and data of the simple tension suffice for the determination of the parameter values. It is shown that the ordinary identification procedures, such as the usual least squares, a very much used numerical method in materials investigation, can be unsuitable in some cases of hyperelastic modeling. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Representations, convolution square roots and spherical vectors

We extend results on square integrable representations of a locally compact group to subrepresentations of a representations induced from a character of a closed subgroup. We do so working in the framework of quotient representations of ∗-algebras.     

在胎儿发育过程中人MK基因的组织差异性表达

MK是肝素结合因子家族中的一个成员，用RT－PCR研究了第11－16周胎儿龄的胎儿的神经组织与非神经组织中MK基因的组织差异性表达，随着胎儿龄的增加，在神经组织中，MK呈现出规律性的从无互有和从低表达到高表达的趋势，提示它可能在胎儿脑的发育中起着重要的作用，在其他非神经组织中，尽管各组织中MK的表达呈现不同的规律，但看起来总的趋势是趋向活跃。     

对西藏大学新闻实践教学的几点思考

西藏大学地处少数民族地区,新闻教育有其独特的地域特色。文章认为在保持、发扬这一特色的同时,针对我区新闻事业发展趋势与学生实际,有必要增设涉及广播电视媒体的课程,加强实践锻炼;增设口语课程,针对专业特点进行口语训练;加强思辨能力的培养,使之贯穿实践教学的始终。     

椭圆周上的一类新的双正交级数

研究了椭圆周上一类新的双正交级数，给出了它的部分和与其诱导函数的Ｆｏｕｒｉｅｒ三角级数的部分和之间偏差的精确的渐近表达式．     

Taura 综合征病毒主要结构蛋白的表达与纯化

根据Taura综合征病毒(TSV)基因组,设计特异性引物,从感染病毒组织中提取组织总RNA后扩增,分别将3个主要结构蛋白基因VP1、VP2和VP3克隆到pGEM TEasyVector.与表达载体连接后,导入大肠杆菌中诱导表达,并纯化目的蛋白.诱导表达的融合蛋白分子量分别为54.2×103、43×103和57.1×103,在变性条件下过柱纯化VP1和VP2,一次可以纯化10mg以上纯度较高的蛋白.     

中晚期高危妊娠引产32例分析及经验总结

目的：分析中晚期妊娠合并症引产病例的特征，适当引产方式的选择。总结引产处理成功的经验。方法：总结32例中晚期妊娠合并内外科疾病选择引产病例，分析各病种分布以及引产方式、引产并发症。结果：32例病例中肝肾疾病占31％，选择利凡诺引产15例，水囊引产12例，药物引产4例。均无内外科并发症发生。结论：做好有妊娠合并症的中晚期引产的术前术中准备工作，选择合适的引产方式是引产成功安全的关键。
