The paramagnetic complexes formed in Friedel‐Crafts alkylation reaction systems are invistigated by electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy, in room temperature ionic liquids system 1‐butyl‐3‐methyl‐limidazolium chloride‐aluminium chloride ([bmim]Cl‐AlCl3). The results indicate that ESR spectra observed are due to polycyclic aromatic radical cations formed from their parent hydrocarbons. ESR spectrum of spin adduct is obtained in an ionic liquid system composed of [bmim]Cl‐AlCl3. In acidic solution the 14N hyperfine coupling constant of 4‐oxo‐TEMPO, 2.15 mT, is appreciably larger due to an adduct formed with AlCl3.  相似文献

The asymmetric intramolecular Friedel–Crafts type Michael reaction of α,β-unsaturated aldehyde with pyrrole, catalyzed by a spiropyrrolidine (SP)-type organocatalyst, has been accomplished, which allows the construction of a series of azepine and indolizine frameworks with high to excellent enantioselectivities (up to 98% ee). Moreover, the substrate scope could be extended to generate a quaternary center in indolizine frameworks (up to 96% ee).  相似文献

Abstract

Hydrotalcite containing magnesium and aluminium (Mg–Al HT) with a molar ratio of Mg(II)/Al(III) = 2.5 has been prepared by a co-precipitation method using the effluent of a Friedel–Crafts acylation reaction. The HT was calcined at 500°C and reconstructed with deionized water. The synthesized HT was characterized by XRD and FT-IR spectroscopy and was successfully used as a catalyst in the Knoevenagel reaction of aldehydes and active methylene compounds. The catalyst was found to be reusable.  相似文献

The 1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxylic acid 1 was converted via reactions of its acid chloride 3 with various asymmetrical disubstituted urea and alcohol derivatives into the corresponding novel 4‐benzoyl‐N‐(N′,N′‐dialkylcarbamyl)‐1‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxamide 4a , b and alkyl 4‐benzoyl‐1‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxylate 7a‐c , respectively, in good yields (57%‐78%). Friedel‐Crafts reactions of 3 with aromatic compouns for 15 min.‐2 h led to the formation of the 4‐3‐diaroyl‐1‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazoles 9a‐c , 4‐benzoyl‐1‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐3‐aroyl‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazoles 10a , b and than from the acylation reactions of 9a‐c were obtained the 3,4‐diaroyl‐1‐(4‐acyloxyphenyl)‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazoles 13a‐d . The structures of all new synthesized compounds were established by NMR experiments such as 1H, and 13C, as well as 2D COSY and IR spectroscopic data, and elemental analyses. All the compounds were evaluated for their antimicrobial activities (agar diffusion method) against eight bacteria and two yeasts.  相似文献

Friedel–Crafts acetylation at the 4-position of 3-phenylsydnone (1) was achieved via thermal heating overnight in moderate to good yields by employing various metal triflate catalysts (5–20 mol%), lithium perchlorate (0–20 mol%), and acetic anhydride (4 equivalents) using either acetonitrile or acetic anhydride, in excess, as solvent. Six commercially available, homogeneous metal triflate catalysts were investigated, and optimal conditions were determined. The best yields overall were achieved with indium triflate.
