带非全埋地下室高层建筑的弹性时程分析

本文采用土弹簧的模型模拟回填土对于高层建筑地下室的约束,并运用有限元分析软件ETABS对带有全埋地下室的高层建筑与带有一面开敞的非全埋地下室的高层建筑进行弹性时程对比分析。研究得出,地下室外墙为结构底部提供较大侧移刚度,地下室四周土体对地下室的位移产生约束并抵消一部分水平地震力,两种对比模型的地下室顶板处位移均较小,地下室顶板可以作为嵌固端。     

高负荷间歇运动对自发性伸指肌腱断裂的修复性能研究

研究高负荷间歇运动对自发性伸指肌腱断裂的修复性能,将某医院患有自发性伸指肌腱断裂的78位患者作为研究对象,随机将其划分成高负荷间歇运动组和对照组,对照组在实验期间不进行任何运动,高负荷间歇运动组在功率自行车上进行高负荷间歇运动。长期进行高负荷间歇运动后,运动组的IGF-1mRNA表达与对照组相比差异具有显著性,运动组自发性伸指肌腱断裂患者指关节活动评定结果明显优于未进行高负荷间歇运动的患者,且握力明显增加。说明高负荷间歇运动能够提高自发性伸指肌腱断裂患者肌力与手部的整体功能,能够提高自发性伸指肌腱断裂患者的修复性能。     

Solid Interhalogen Compounds with Effective Br0 Fixing for Stable High-energy Zinc Batteries

Though massive efforts have been devoted to exploring Br-based batteries, the highly soluble Br₂/Br₃⁻ species causing rigorous “shuttle effect”, leads to severe self-discharge and low Coulombic efficiency. Conventionally, quaternary ammonium salts such as methyl ethyl morpholinium bromide (MEMBr) and tetrapropylammonium bromide (TPABr) are used to fix Br₂ and Br₃⁻, but they occupy the mass and volume of battery without capacity contribution. Here, we report an all-active solid interhalogen compound, IBr, as a cathode to address the above challenges, in which the oxidized Br⁰ is fixed by iodine (I), thoroughly eliminating cross-diffusing Br₂/Br₃⁻ species during the whole charging and discharging process. The Zn||IBr battery delivers remarkably high energy density of 385.8 Wh kg⁻¹, which is higher than those of I₂, MEMBr₃, and TPABr₃ cathodes. Our work provides new approaches to achieve active solid interhalogen chemistry for high-energy electrochemical energy storage devices.     

极坐标激光直写系统原点定位的实验研究

分析了旋转线性光栅法对准光轴与旋转机械轴中心的理论准确度,实验研究了极坐标激光直写系统的原点定位.在极坐标激光直写系统下进行了圆环线条写入实验,得出了原点定位的准确度,原点定位准确度优于0.5 μm,实验与理论定位准确度基本一致.     

Destroying automorphisms by fixing nodes

The fixing number of a graph G is the minimum cardinality of a set S⊂V(G) such that every nonidentity automorphism of G moves at least one member of S, i.e., the automorphism group of the graph obtained from G by fixing every node in S is trivial. We provide a formula for the fixing number of a disconnected graph in terms of the fixing numbers of its components and make some observations about graphs with small fixing numbers. We determine the fixing number of a tree and find a necessary and sufficient condition for a tree to have fixing number 1.     

Fluorimetric Determination of Silver with Brilliant Green in Aqueous Systems and its Application in Photographic Fixing Solutions

Abstract

A fluorimetric procedure for Ag⁺ determination in aqueous solutions was developed based on the ion association complex formed from the reaction between AgI^- ₂ and the brilliant green cation and its strong fluorescence (λ_exc 256 nm, λ_em 521 nm). Silver ions could be determined satisfactorily in the range of 0-100 μgAg⁺/L. Optimum conditions for complex formation and measurement of fluorescence intensity were: pH = 3.0; concentrations of brilliant green and KI, 15 and 100 mg/L, respectively; time, within 15 min after complex formation. The method proved successful in determing Ag⁺ in photography fixing solutions and the results agreed satisfactorily with those obtained using a standard Atomic Absorption Spectrometry method.     

南昌市湾里区森林涵养水源和净化水质及固碳释氧价值评估

自2009年12月12日国务院正式批复《鄱阳湖生态经济区规划》以来,鄱阳湖生态经济区助推江西经济社会的快速发展,已带动全省"巨变"。造林绿化"一大四小"工程建设,"五河一湖"流域保护等各项林业建设取得了丰硕成果。湾里区地处鄱阳湖区山地丘陵向平原过渡中间地带,林业的发展极为重要,就该区森林涵养水源和净化水质及固碳释氧价值进行核算,得出其价值为8.6亿元。     

The effect of the biological variability of samples on Coomassie blue dye based fast staining for SDS‐PAGE in nonfixed gels

Fast‐staining protocols based on the use of Coomassie blue dye for SDS‐PAGE separated proteins, represent a quick and simple solution for protein visualization. It has been shown however, that in some cases a phenomenon of missing spots or spot discoloration may be observed in the proteome pattern when the standard fast‐staining protocol is used. In this work, it is demonstrated that this occurrence is affected by the biological variability of samples, and therefore, cannot be observed in all samples. Moreover, it is demonstrated that the phenomenon is manifested exclusively in nonfixed gels, and that including a fixation step into the fast‐staining protocol prevented this phenomenon. In conclusion, it has been demonstrated that standard Coomassie blue dye based fast staining for SDS‐PAGE resolved proteins is affected by the biological variability of samples in nonfixed gels.     

分光光度法用于研究固色剂对活性染料染色单板耐水色牢度的影响

采用高固色率的双活性基M型活性染料对速生人工林木材进行染色,均有很好的易染性和渗透性以及较高的上染率。利用不同种类固色剂对活性染料染色单板进行处理,利用分光光度法,分别测定未经和经固色剂处理的活性染料染色单板热水浸泡液的分光光度值,可知分别经3种环保型固色剂处理后的活性染料染色单板的耐水色牢度均有不同程度的提高,其中以NRT处理过的染色单板的耐水色牢度最佳。
