实验动物行业兽医现状分析

实验动物行业中,兽医体现在实验动物相关工作中的每一个环节,包括实验动物的日常管理、动物实验的设计、实验过程中动物健康保障和护理、实验动物福利的监督和管理、动物实验技术的应用、实验动物取材、施行安死术等。通过参阅相关文献资料,结合自身工作总结,就目前实验动物兽医现状进行分析,供各位同仁以参考。     

2017—2019 年北京地区实验动物质量抽检结果分析

摘要:目的 比对分析 2017—2019 年北京地区实验动物微生物及遗传质量监测结果,为实验动物产业发展提供参考。 方法 按照国家和地方现行实验动物检测标准,对北京地区实验动物生产单位进行抽检,并发布检测报告。按照报告数据,对此阶段小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠、地鼠、兔、犬、猴和小型猪共 8 个品种的实验动物按照品种、等级、单位等进行分类,分析质量问题,并与 2014—2016 年同期实验动物质量比对,分析变化趋势。 结果 2017—2019 年分别抽检动物 144、131 和 135 批次,检出不合格批次分别为 30、15 和 17 批。 不合格主要因素为兔、犬及猪免疫不达标(20 批) ,病原感染 20 批,未发现遗传变异。 与 2014—2016 年同期相比,未检出遗传问题相同,免疫不达标状况好转,但病原感染出现上升。 结论 通过质量分析比对,能够为实验动物产业健康发展提供数据支持。     

Autonomous system for data collection: Location and mapping issues in post-disaster environment

Disaster relief requires many resources. Depending on the circumstances of each event, it is important to rapidly choose the suitable means to respond to the emergency intervention. A brief review of the conditions and means demonstrated the usefulness of an autonomous stand-alone machine for these missions. If many techniques and technologies exist, their relevant combination to achieve such a system presents several challenges. This communication tries to outline the possible achievement of an autonomous vehicle under these particular circumstances. This paper focuses on the specific working conditions and welcomes future contributions from robotics and artificial intelligence.In the necessarily limited scope of this article, the authors focus on a particularly critical aspect: location. Indeed, this machine is intended to evolve in heterogeneous and dangerous environment and without any outside contacts that could last up to several days. This blackout, due to the propagation difficulties of electromagnetic waves in the ground, induces an independence of the localisation process and makes the use of any radio navigation support system (GNSS), most of the time, impossible. The knowledge of the position of the system, both for navigation of the autonomous system (Rover) and location of targets (victims buried under debris) must be able to be estimated without contributions from external systems. Inertial classical techniques, odometer, etc., have to be adapted to these conditions during a long period without external support. These techniques also have to take into account that energy optimisation requests the use of low-power processors. Consequently, only poor computing capacity is available on-board.The article starts with a presentation of the context of a post-disaster situation as well as the main missions of Search and Rescue (SaR). It is followed by the analysis of autonomous navigation located in a post-earthquake situation. We will then discuss means to determine the attitude of the autonomous system and its position. The interest of hybridisation with external systems – whenever possible –, will be evaluated with a view to correcting deviations suffered by the system during its mission. Finally, prospects and future work are presented.

建开放实验室 促创新型人才培养

开放实验室是教育改革的新举措，也是培养创新人才，提高综合素质的必由之路。该文根据西北农林科技大学农学院教学实验中心两年多的开放实践，阐明了开放实验的作用、开放运行模式和保障制度，介绍了开放实验室之后取得的成效，并特别强调了无偿开放办法的益处。另外，从管理方式，经费来源，激励制度，安全隐患等方面，提出了改进措施，供大家借鉴。     

基于LPC2138控制的LCD及触摸屏接口设计

本文对基于LPC2138控制的LCD及触摸屏组成的人机界面系统进行了分析和研究。介绍了微控制器LPC2138及液晶显示器DV320240F的主要功能和特点，完成了LPC2138与液晶显示器DV320240F及触摸屏的接口设计，描述了LCD及触摸屏的软件设计流程。     

Mathematical Modeling, Control, Computer Simulation and Laboratory Experiments of a Spatial Servopneumatic Parallel Robot

In this paper, the special construction of a parallel robot, called spatial servopneumatic multi-axis test facility, will be discussed. The investigations include the following aspects: (i) the laboratory set-up of the robot, (ii) various results obtained in laboratory experiments, taking into account quite different control algorithms and command-input signals, (iii) a comparison of the laboratory experiments with the computer simulations of Part I of this paper, and ({vi}) a quality check of the results compared with the cost of the different controller realizations. The results of both the computer simulations and the laboratory experiments show: (i) The dynamic behavior of the parallel structure can be tremendously improved by using sophisticated nonlinear control algorithms. (ii) This improvement has to be paid by a drastically increased amount of work for deriving the model equations and control algorithms, and by augmented hardware cost of the sensing elements and controller electronics. (iii) Carefully developed model equations and identified model parameters provide theoretical models of the complex parallel structure that are very close to reality. This enables the design engineer to systematically investigate constructive alternatives of the design parameters, sensor and actuator concepts, and control strategies of the MAP prior to their hardware realization.This work has been supported by the German Science Foundation (DFG) under Contract No. Ha 1666/6-3.

Implementation of an integrated glucose POCT system

In response to a change of the Belgian National Directives whereby hospital laboratories became responsible for all point-of-care testing (POCT) performed within hospital walls a standardized and automated POC glucose-testing system was implemented in our hospital. The system consists of 50 AccuCheck Inform instruments (Roche Diagnostics, Vilvoorde, Belgium), 50 docking stations, a DataCare Server, and connections to the medical laboratory information system (MOLIS, Sysmex, Barchon, Belgium) and to the hospital information system. Implementation involved many parties and extensive preparation and communication. Key issues were bar-coded patient and user identification, training, and responsibilities. One year after the hospital wide implementation of this system the quality of POC glucose testing has significantly increased, thereby improving patient safety. This study describes a stepwise change over involving the medical laboratory and with a focus on hands-on quality.Presented at the ninth conference on Quality in the Spotlight, 18–19 March 2004, Antwerp, Belgium.
