为研究高速硝酸机组启动过程中柔性柱初挠度对基础振动响应的影响,以新疆金圣150 000 t硝酸机组基础为研究对象。对其结构进行简化,应用达朗贝尔定理建立动力平衡方程。利用Simulink软件对柔性柱初挠度影响下的基础启动特性进行模拟分析。得出系统从启动至平稳运行过程中的位移、速度和加速度与初挠度的关系曲线图。结果表明基础位移振幅随初挠度增大,并降低动力稳定性和承载力;柔性柱初挠度小于0.4‰L时,基础振动速度和加速度振幅较稳定;柔性柱初挠度处于单层钢柱制作允许偏差范围内时,基础顶面控制点振动速度满足规范要求。  相似文献

在高效液相色谱(HPLC)中,使用多柱串联能够极大地增加柱效和改善分离效果,提高温度能够明显降低色谱柱反压、加快分析速度.将色谱柱串联与提高柱温相结合构建了多柱串联高温HPLC系统,该系统常温下分析标准样品时(以芴计),绝对柱效达7.6×104塔板数;柱温升高到120℃,色谱柱反压从35.3MPa降低到15.4MPa,分析时间从78.39min缩短为19.26min.采用构建的系统分析中药六味地黄丸,常温下出峰94个,升高温度至100℃出峰80个,分离效果较常规的单柱系统有明显提高;升高温度,使主要组分的出峰时间缩短,可获得更为详尽的组成信息.  相似文献

Pin-ended columns having an initial imperfection in a second buckling mode and subjected to thermal loading have been studied in this paper. Based on a nonlinear relationship between strains and displacements, the buckling equilibrium equations are given with the energy method. Then the formulae for the axial compression and transversal displacement are presented. The relationship between the anti-symmetric imperfection and the axial compression has been studied along with the effect of elevated temperature on the initial imperfection. The response of the column in fire to the modified slenderness ratio is investigated. The proposed method has the potential to provide more detailed information for column designs and thus be deployed in future research to minimize the need for expensive laboratory testing.  相似文献

The aim of the present study was to extend the use of the “Inverted Chirality Columns Approach (ICCA)” previously developed for the identification and quantitation of the trace enantiomer in highly enriched samples of the camptothecin (CPT) family of drugs to a novel water-soluble CPT derivative, namely namitecan (ST1968), currently undergoing phase I clinical trials as anticancer agent. Namitecan, identified from a series of hydrophilic 7-oxyiminomethyl derivatives, contains a free terminal amino group, which traditionally hampers the analysis under normal-phase HPLC conditions. Nevertheless, commercially available Pirkle-type chiral stationary phases (CSPs) available in both the enantiomeric forms (i.e., having the same bound selector with opposite configuration) mainly operate under normal-phase HPLC conditions. For this reason, namitecan was pre-column N-protected with isocyanates A–D and their sulfur analogues E–H to reduce its polarity by converting the amino group into a fragment compatible with the chiral recognition mechanism (i.e., ureido and thioureido groups). Once the optimal columns system and derivatizing agents were selected, an original enantioselective HPLC–MS/MS technique was developed on the Whelk-O1 CSPs.  相似文献

Summary A new parameter, the mean specific plate number, is proposed for assessing the efficiency of support coated open tubular (SCOT) and wall coated open tubular (WCOT) columns and for comparing the efficiency of different open tubular columns. It has the advantage over most previously used parameters in that it has only a small dependence on the partition ratio and it allows for the column diameter.A graphical presentation is given of the maximum theoretical mean specific plate number as a function of the partition ratio for SCOT columns having a range of relative porous layer thicknesses and for WCOT columns with a range of phase ratios.This presentation permits ready visual comparison of the potential efficiency of different columns and enables a simple evaluation of the percentage utilization of theoretical efficiency from experimentally determined values of the maximum mean specific plate number. For a given column the percentage utilization of theoretical efficiency at optimum average gas velocity and that at optimum practical gas velocity or at a higher average gas velocity are shown to be equal provided that corrections for column pressure drop are made.  相似文献

Empirical equations were produced to relate important chromatographic parameters on two silica-based columns serially linked, in isocratic nonaqueous RP HPLC, to retention times and peak widths of the separated compounds on the individual columns. These equations were derived because the experimental data seemed to deviate from the values expected, applying basic chromatographic theoretical equations. The chromatographic parameters studied were retention time, peak width, resolution, number of theoretical plates, capacity factor, and separation factor. In addition, empirical linear relationships were produced for the estimation of the above mentioned parameters of the serial systems, in direct and reverse order, relating them to those obtained on each column, separately. The experimentally obtained values were in good agreement with those estimated by the derived equations.  相似文献

The large-deflection analysis and post-buckling behavior of laterally braced or unbraced slender beam-columns of symmetrical cross section subjected to end loads (forces and moments) with both ends partially restrained against rotation, including the effects of out-of-plumbness, are developed in a classical manner. The classical theory of the “Elastica” and the corresponding elliptical functions utilized herein are those presented previously by Aristizabal-Ochoa [1]. The proposed method can be used in the large-deflection analysis and post-buckling behavior of elastic slender beam-columns with rigid, semi-rigid, and simple flexural connections at both ends including linear and non-linear inelastic connections like those that suffer from flexural degradation (such as flexural cracking and elasto-plastic connections) or flexural stiffening. Only bending strains are considered in the proposed analysis. Results from the proposed method are theoretically exact from small to very large curvatures and transverse and longitudinal displacements for laterally braced or unbraced slender beam-columns under bending caused by end loads. The large-deflection analysis and post-buckling behavior of slender beam-columns with both supports partially restrained against rotation and with sway inhibited or uninhibited are complex problems requiring the simultaneous solution of two coupled non-linear equations with elliptical integrals whose unknowns are the limits of the integrals. The validity of the proposed method and equations are verified against solutions available in the technical literature. Three comprehensive examples are included that show the effects of linear and non-linear connections at both ends on the large-deflection analysis and post-buckling behavior of slender beam-columns.  相似文献

Columns switch recycling size exclusion chromatography (csrSEC) was proposed to achieve high resolution protein separation with good biocompatibility. Proteins were firstly separated by two serially coupled SEC columns, and fractions were in sequence switched back to the first column by two-position valves for further separation in terms of close-loop recycling until satisfactory resolution was achieved. Compared to SEC, the separation window was broadened by increasing column length via cycling without further increase on back pressure. Compared to recycling SEC (rSEC), the overtaking of later eluted components by early eluted ones after several cycles could be avoided for complex sample analysis, by parking fractions in the second SEC column before transferred in turn back to the first one for cycling ordinally. In our experiments, the baseline separation of five proteins with molecular weight ranging from 10 kDa to 80 kDa was achieved by csrSEC. Furthermore, a multidimensional csrSEC–RPLC platform was constructed, and peak capacity up to 3600 was obtained for protein separation. All these results demonstrated that csrSEC is a promising protein separation mode with good biocompatibility, broadened separation window and improved resolution.  相似文献
