Easy saponification by metal silanolates: application in SPPS and in (S)-5-hydroxynorvaline preparation

Alkali metal trimethylsilanolates, TMSO⁻, M⁺, has been used for efficient conversion of methyl esters into their corresponding anhydrous acid salts under mild non-aqueous conditions. This strategy has been applied to SPPS for the preparation of neurotoxin cyclic analogues and in (S)-5-hydroxynorvaline synthesis.

Ｃａ和阿斯匹林（Ａｓｐ）对小麦种子发芽率的影响不显著,但０．２％Ｃａ＋６２．５ｍｇ／ＬＡｓｐ的处理液可提高其发芽指数、活力指数、幼苗长度、幼苗叶片叶绿素含量和幼苗中α－淀粉酶活性,且６．１５％Ｃａ＋６２．５ｍｇ／ＬＡｓｐ处理液能提高小麦幼苗的根系活力．     

网络CAI课件开发研究

针对基于Intemet/Intrant的网络CAI课件的开发问题，给出了三层C／S机构的网络CAI课件的体系结构。并在讨论网络CAI课件特点的基础上，结合当前普通高校现有教学资源和CAI课件开发现状，提出一种切实可行的网络CAI课件开发方案，给出其总体结构，并就有关技术问题作了探讨。     

基于Asp.net的通用数据填报系统的设计与实现

本文结合实际应用,详细阐述了一种基于Asp.net的通用数据填报系统的设计与实现。该系统能够对数据表字段进行任意定义,并动态生成相应数据存储、Excel模板及界面程序,从而更灵活的进行数据填报、查询和导出。解决了传统管理信息系统扩展性差的问题,具有一定的先进性、实用性。     

基于B/S结构的《VB程序设计》实验CAI系统的设计与实现

《VB程序设计》是一门实践性很强的课程,良好的实验教学意义重大,不仅能让学生更为深刻理解基本知识、掌握基本技能,还能有效的培养学生动手、思维、分析问题和解决问题的能力。根据目前VB教学实际需要,结合本人几年第一线VB教学经验,开发了一套基于B/S结构的《VB程序设计》实验CAI系统。对提高VB实验教学的质量将会收到很好的效果。     

Molar heat capacity and thermodynamic properties of crystalline Ho(Asp)Cl<Subscript>2</Subscript>·6H<Subscript>2</Subscript>O

The molar heat capacity, C _p,m, of a complex of holmium chloride coordinated with L-aspartic acid, Ho(Asp)Cl₂·6H₂O, was measured from 80 to 397 K with an automated adiabatic calorimeter. The thermodynamic functions H _T-H _298.15 and S _T-S _298.15 were derived from 80 to 395 K with temperature interval of 5 K. The thermal stability of the complex was investigated by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and thermogravimetric (TG) technique, and the mechanism of thermal decomposing of the complex was determined based on the structure and the thermal analysis experiment.     

基于命令模式的权限控制的设计与实现

针对Web系统的特点及其对用户访问控制的特殊要求,笔者在RBAC（基于角色的访问控制）模型的基础上引入了命令模式,设计并实现了分级的、细粒度的权限管理子系统.基于设计模式中的命令模式,利用方法调用与方法执行分离的原则和采用集中调度控制所有方法执行的方式,设计出一种灵活的权限控制管理.实践证明此方案不仅可以满足大中型Web系统对权限管理的需求,而且能随组织结构或安全需求的变化而变化,具有很好的灵活性和可操作性.     

Prediction and analysis of binding affinities for chemically diverse HIV-1 PR inhibitors by the modified SAFE_p approach

One of the biggest challenges in the "in silico" screening of enzyme ligands is to have a protocol that could predict the ligand binding free energies. In our group we have developed a very simple screening function (referred to as solvent accessibility free energy of binding predictor, SAFE_p) which we have applied previously to the study of peptidic HIV-1 protease (HIV-1 PR) inhibitors and later to cyclic urea type HIV-1 PR inhibitors. In this work, we have extended the SAFE_p protocol to a chemically diverse set of HIV-1 PR inhibitors with binding constants that differ by several orders of magnitude. The resulting function is able to reproduce the ranking and in many cases the value of the inhibitor binding affinities for the HIV-1 PR, with accuracy comparable with that of costlier protocols. We also demonstrate that the binding pocket SAFE_p analysis can contribute to the understanding of the physical forces that participate in ligand binding. The analysis tools afforded by our protocol have allowed us to identify an induced fit phenomena mediated by the inhibitor and have demonstrated that larger fragments do not necessarily contribute the most to the binding free energy, an outcome partially brought about by the substantial role the desolvation penalty plays in the energetics of binding. Finally, we have revisited the effect of the Asp dyad protonation state on the predicted binding affinities.     

Cbz全保护RGD-OH的合成方法研究

采用碳端到氮端依次连接策略,以天冬氨酸、甘氨酸、精氨酸为起始原料,以HBTU为缩合剂,Asp(OBzl)-OAllyl顺次分别与Boc-甘氨酸和Cbz-Arg(Cbz)2偶联生成碳端和氮端保护的RGD。进一步在N-甲基吗啉存在下以Pd(PPh3)4催化脱去烯丙基,得到目标产物。中间产物和目标产物的分离、提纯采用重结晶和柱层析法,应用1 H NMR,13C NMR和MS等对其结构进行了表征。
