对黄旗海产卤虫(Artemiapathenogenetica)成虫干片的蛋白质、脂肪酸、氨基酸和部分矿物质进行了初步分析.结果表明,粗蛋白含量为54.14%,脂肪酸中亚麻酸的含量为15.07%,蛋白质中的17种氨基酸和部分矿物质的含量也很丰富,由此说明从盐碱湖中开发利用卤虫资源,使之成为新的食品源和优质饲料有着广泛的前景.  相似文献

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to conduct a comparative evaluation of some biological properties of methanol and water extracts of leaves of five Juniperus taxa growing in Turkey: J. communis L. var. communis (Jcc), J. communis L. var. saxatilis Pall. (Jcs), J. drupacea Labill. (Jd), J. oxycedrus L. subsp. oxycedrus (Joo), J. oxycedrus L. subsp. macrocarpa (Sibth. & Sm.) Ball. (Jom). The antioxidant properties were examined in vitro; both in the DPPH and in the reducing power tests, Joo methanol extract resulted the most active (IC50?=?0.09?±?0.01mg/mL and ASE/mL?=?2.56?±?0.06). In the TBA assay, Jcs methanol extract exhibited the highest activity (IC50?=?4.39?±?0.47?μg/mL). The extracts displayed bacteriostatic activity against Staphylococcus aureus, and Jd methanol extract resulted the most effective (MIC?=?19.53?μg/mL); no effect on the S. aureus biofilm formation was observed. The extracts resulted non-toxic in the Artemia salina lethality bioassay. Finally, the phenolic profile of the methanol extracts was characterized by HPLC-PDA/ESI-MS.  相似文献

It is known that the compound 2,4-dichloro-6-nitrophenol (2,4DC6NP) is formed upon nitration of 2,4-dichlorophenol, which in turn is a transformation intermediate of the herbicide dichlorprop. However, the chemical and spectroscopic characteristics of 2,4DC6NP, as well as its toxicity, are poorly known. This work shows that 2,4DC6NP behaves as a diprotic acid in aqueous solutions, with pKa values of 3.0?±?0.9 and 4.9?±?0.5. At pH?<?3, 2,4DC6NP would undergo protonation. The absorption spectra suggest that anionic 2,4DC6NP, which prevails at pH?>?5 would have an ortho-quinoid structure that is responsible for the absorption peak centred at 428?nm. Considering that 2,4DC6NP has been detected in the brackish lagoons of the Rhône delta (southern France), where its levels are comparable to those of the parent herbicide, it is necessary to examine the possible effects of 2,4DC6NP on the species living in that environment. For this reason, the acute toxicity of the anionic form of 2,4DC6NP was assessed for the brine shrimp Artemia salina, a zooplankton species that lives both in brackish and in saline aquatic environments. The toxicity test yielded a LC20 value of 8?±?2?mg?L?1 and a LC50 value of 18.7?±?0.8?mg?L?1. Such values are safely higher than the maximum detected concentration of 2,4DC6NP in the Rhône delta lagoons. Further studies should be concentrated on the long-term effects of 2,4DC6NP, and in particular on its potential genotoxicity.  相似文献

Cancer is a multifactorial organic dysfunction for which great efforts are being devoted in searching for new treatments and therapeutic adjuvants. Annona muricata is a fruit that has promising activity against several types of cancer, as it contains acetogenins, the metabolite group associated with this action. Thus, the objective of this study was to evaluate, in experimental models, the toxic behavior of an extract and fraction rich in acetogenins from A. muricata seeds and study the acetogenin, Annonacin, in silico. Phytochemical characterization was made by thin layer chromatography, spectroscopy in the infrared region and nuclear magnetic resonance. Toxicity was evaluated by tests of Allium cepa and Artemia salina, and in silico studies using the SwissDock servers DockThor, PharmMapper, ADMETLab, PreADME, Osiris and ProTox. The extract and fraction showed genotoxic activity against meristematic cells of A. cepa, reducing the mitotic index; however, the extract produced great deleterious effects on the system, even causing cell necrosis. In A. Saline, the extract was more toxic than the fraction, but both samples were considered toxic. Annonacin was effectively linked to complex I, and presented different activities regarding toxicity. Thus, the results of this study are promising, highlighting the anticancer potential of acetogenins.  相似文献

本文用不同的蛋白质提取方法与测定方法,对山西运城盐湖卤虫卵及成虫与天津塘沽盐湖卤虫卵及成虫进行比较分析,证明卤虫卵的蛋白质含量和氨基酸含量高于成虫,而且卵的蛋白质电泳图谱与其成虫的不同,运城卤虫卵和成虫的蛋白质含量略低于天津卤虫卵和成虫。但运城卤虫成体的必需氨基酸含量与总氨基酸含量的比值却略高于天津成虫的。可见运城卤虫具有丰富的营养和较大的开发价值。  相似文献

The antimicrobial activity of acetone, methanol and aqueous extracts of Asphodeline anatolica E. Tuzlaci leaves was evaluated against American type culture collection, food and clinical isolates (Listeria monocytogenes and Staphylococcus aureus including methicillin-resistant strains-MRSA). Biofilm formation, toxicity and characterisation of the polyphenolic content were analysed. The acetone extract demonstrated a higher antibacterial activity against S. aureus including MRSA strains, L. monocytogenes and Pseudomonas aeruginosa than against other extracts. No effect was observed in biofilm formation. The extracts resulted non-toxic against Artemia salina Leach. The phytochemical screening of extracts indicated that they mainly contained six polyphenols identified as catechin 3-O-gallate, protocatechuic acid, diosmin, rutin, cirsimaritin and kaempferol glucoside. This study is the first report on antimicrobial activity and phenolic content of A. anatolica and contributes to enrich the literature data on the biological properties of this plant. A. anatolica leaves have a potential as source of natural antimicrobial compounds.  相似文献

Two new compounds, namely taenialactam C and globorin A (1 and 2), as well as six known compounds, cornoside (3), 2-phenylethyl-b-D-glucoside (4), 3-isopropyl-5-acetoxycyclohexene-2-one-1 (5), 4-methyl-phenol (6), 5-[(2S)-2-aminobutyl]-2-methyl-phenol (7), and 1-(4-methylphenyl)-1-propanone (8) were isolated from wild Phaeocystis globosa. The structures of the new compounds were established by detailed spectroscopic analysis and by comparison with spectral data of related known compounds. The structures of the known compounds were identified by comparing their spectroscopic data with those reported in the literature. This paper also reports toxicity properties of the eight compounds against the brine shrimp Artemia salina and juvenile Epinephelus akaara fish. Some of these compounds showed significant lethality on the brine shrimp A. salina and the juvenile E. akaara fish.  相似文献

以美国旧金山湾、大盐湖和越南人工养殖的A.franciscana卤虫品系为参照,研究中国内陆盐湖和渤海湾盐田不同品系卤虫卵的生物学测定值和营养组成.结果表明:各品系卤虫水合卵径为224.9~292.6,μm,脱壳卵径为207.3~270.7,μm,卵壳厚度为2.2~12.2,μm,初孵无节幼体体长为399.7~490.4,μm,脱壳卵径与初孵无节幼体体长在一定程度上呈正相关(R2=0.694).卤虫卵和无节幼体大小与卤虫种和地理分布密切相关,两性生殖卤虫品系卵径显著小于孤雌生殖卤虫品系,且沿海盐场卤虫卵卵径小于内陆盐湖的卤虫卵卵径.各品系卤虫卵蛋白质含量占干质量的40.9%~49.1%,粗脂肪含量占干质量的11.8%~21.3%,能量值为20,193~22,192,J/g.不同品系卤虫总脂肪酸含量和EPA含量差别较大,分别为80.68~187.33,mg/g和0.53~9.06,mg/g.与生物学测定值相比,卤虫卵的营养组成与卤虫种和地理分布关系不大.  相似文献
