TRITERPENE GLYCOSIDES FROM Tetrapanax papyriferum. III. MINOR MONODESMOSIDE GLYCOSIDES FROM STEM BARK

Minor monodesmoside triterpene glycosides St-A, St-B, St-C ₁ , St-D ₁ , St-C ₂ , and St-D ₂ were isolated from stem bark ofTetrapanax papyriferumC. Koch (Araliaceae). The structures of oleanolic and echinocystic acid 3-O--L-arabinopyranosides, oleanolic and echinocystic acid 3-O--D-glucopyranosyl-(13)-O--L-arabinopyranosides, and oleanolic and echinocystic acid 3-O--D-galactopyranosyl-(12)-O--L-arabinopyranosides, respectively, were proposed. Glycosides St-C ₂ , St-D ₁ , and St-D ₂ are new triterpene glycosides. The structures of the isolated compounds were established using chemical methods and NMR spectroscopy.     

Triterpene Glycosides of Tetrapanax papyriferum. I. Isolation and Structure of Glycosides St-H2 and St-I2 from Stem Bark

Stem bark ofTetrapanax papyriferumC. Koch., Araliaceae, yielded new triterpene glycosides 28-O--L-rhamnopyranosyl-(14)-O-(6-O-acetyl--D-glucopyranosyl)-(16)-O--D-glucopyranosyl esters of the 3-O-[-D-glucopyranosyl-(13)-[-D-galactopyranosyl-(12)]-O--L-arabinopyranosides of oleanolic and echinocystic acids. The structures of these substances were established using chemical and physicochemical methods     

Arjunolic acid derivative glycoside from the stems of <Emphasis Type="Italic">Hedera colchica</Emphasis>

Five triterpenoid saponins were isolated from the stems of Hedera colchica K. Koch, Araliaceae. Two of them are new natural substances. HCSt-A (1): 3-O--D-arabinopyranoside; 28-O--L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 4)-O--D-glucopyranosyl-(16)-O--D-glucopyranosyl-arjunolic acid. HCSt-B (2): 3-O--D-xylopyranoside; 28-O--L-rhamnopyranosyl-(14)-O--D-glucopyranosyl-(16)-O--D-glucopyranosyl-hederagenin. The derivative of arjunolic acid is described for the first time in Araliaceae family. Triterpene glycosides from Kalopanax septemlobum. VII. Minor glycosides from stems of Kalopanax septemlobum var. maximowiczii and Kalopanax septemlobum var. typicum

Sixteen triterpene glycosides, three of which were new, hederagenin 28-O-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl ester and 28-O-β-D-gentiobiosyl ester and oleanolic acid 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside, were isolated from stem bark of Kalopanax septemlobum. Triterpene Glycosides of Scheffleropsis angkae. IV. Structure of Glycosides L-C2 and L-I2

Two new triterpene glycosides of the -amyrin series, L-C ₂ and L-I ₂ , 27-hydroxyursolic acid 3-O--L-arabinopyranoside and its 28-O--L-rhamnopyranosyl-(14)-O--D-glucopyranosyl-(16)-O--D-glucopyranosyl ester, are isolated from leaves ofScheffleropsis angkae(Araliaceae). The structures of the glycosides are established using chemical methods and NMR techniques ( ¹ H, ¹³ C, ¹³ C-APT, COSY, TOCSY, HSQC, HMBC, and ROESY).     

中国五加科羽叶参属和五加属的新组合和新异名

在编写《Flora of China》五加科英文版时,查阅了当今国内、外的主要植物标本室中的馆藏标本,包拈五加科的模式、副模式及其他的大量标本,笔者得到一些新的认识和发现。在此主要报道羽叶参属和五加属中新修订的一些分类群,其中有1个新组合Penta panax longipes Shang et C．F．Ji;1个新的等级Eleuthero—coccus leucorrhizus var．setchuenensis（Harms）Shang＆J．Y．Huang;1个新变种E．trifoliatus var．inte—gerrimus Shang＆P．Lowry。另外还对20个植物名称进行了分类讨论,将它们分别置于正确的种名之下,作为异名处理。     

Triterpene Glycosides of Fatsia japonica. VI. Structures of Glycosides D3a and D3b

Seeds of Fatsia japonica (Araliaceae) yielded the new glycosides of gypsogenin: 3-O--D-glucopyranosyl-(12)-O--D-glucopyranoside and 3-O--D-galactopyranosyl-(12)-O--D-glucopyranoside. The structures of these compounds were established by chemical methods and NMR spectroscopy.     

Triterpene Glycosides of Tetrapanax papyriferum. IV. Acidic Glycosides from Stem Bark of T. Papyriferum

Twelve acidic triterpene glycosides of oleanolic acid, two of which were new, were isolated from stem bark of Tetrapanax papyriferum C. Koch (Araliaceae). The structures of these compounds were established using chemical methods and NMR spectroscopy.

根据作者多年对于五加科植物的研究,发表了大参属两个新组合:梁王茶Macropanax davidii(Franch.)Shang et C.F.Ji和掌叶梁王茶M.delavayi(Franch.)Shang et C.F.Ji,讨论了它们的分类学历史以及与相近属的区别。
