考察了几种螯合剂对AlPO4-5分子筛单晶合成的影响,结果表明,用邻苯二酚,乙酰丙酮,水杨醛为螯合剂可以得到高质量的,尺寸较大的分子筛单晶,其作用机理可能与它们加入到分子筛合成体系中,改变了溶胶中铝的配位数或产生了铝的螯合物有关。  相似文献

微孔磷酸铝AIPO4-HDA的热分解过程研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用差热-热重-质谱(TG-DTA-MS)、粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FTIR)和固体核磁(Solid-State-MAS-NMR)等技术详细地研究了微孔磷酸铝晶体AlPO4-HDA中模板剂的热分解过程.结果表明,该模板剂的热分解分3步进行:第一步是模板剂和无机骨架之间的部分氢键断裂;第二步为模板剂的Hof-mann降解反应和β-消除反应;第三步是残留积碳的氧化分解反应.固体MASNMR的研究结果表明,随着模板剂的脱出.无机骨架中铝和磷的配位状态发生了变化.  相似文献

The effects of Bi on the catalytic performance of selective oxidation of isobutane to methacrolein over MoVO/AlPO4 catalyst were investigated by XRD, FT-Raman, XPS, UV-vis DRS techniques. The results show that the addition of Bi component into the MoVO/AlPO4 catalyst obviously improves the catalytic performance, and the selectivity to methacrolein can increase from 14.2% to 45.1% with the increase of Bi/V molar ratio from 0 to 1. Combining the characterization results with the reaction evaluation, it is concluded that the catalytic activities of the MoV0.3Bix/AlPO4 catalysts are related to the crystalline phase composition and the dispersion of molybdenum and vanadium oxides species in general, and also to the V5+/V4+ molar ratio on the surface in particular.  相似文献

Raman spectra of iodine species confined in one‐dimensional elliptical channels of AlPO4‐11 (AEL) crystals have been studied from room temperature down to −196 °C. As temperature decreases, thermal fluctuations of individual iodine molecules confined in AEL channels are slowed down and they prefer to rotate to channel axis direction, which increases the population of iodine molecules along channel axis (i.e., lying molecules and chains). Such temperature‐driven orientation transformation of iodine molecules is found to be reversible upon heating up to room temperature. The experimental observations are in good agreement with our theoretical simulations by molecular dynamics on low density iodine‐filled AEL crystals. We thus provide a new way to modulate the orientation of iodine molecules in nanochannels, which may have implications in low‐temperature‐sensitive nanoscale devices. 采用巨正则蒙特卡罗法(GCMC)研究了二甲苯异构体在AlPO4-5中的吸附,得到了有关吸附平衡常数、吸附热、吸附等温线及吸附位等信息.结果表明,在303K时,邻二甲苯的吸附量高于其它异构体;而在523和573K时,对二甲苯的吸附量最高.低吸附量时二甲苯的平均势能基本不发生变化,而高吸附量时二甲苯的平均势能随着吸附量增加而降低,尤其邻二甲苯的平均势能变化更加明显.由此对二甲苯各异构体在AlPO4-5中的吸附量差别以及它们在分子筛中的排列方式进行了讨论.  相似文献

Summary. A series of AlPO4-V2O5 (APV) systems with various vanadia amounts 1–30mol% were prepared by the impregnation method and calcinated at 400 and 600°C for 4h. The catalysts were characterized by TG/DTG, DSC, IR spectroscopy, XRD, N2 adsorption, and electrical conductivity measurements. The surface acidity and basicity of the catalysts were studied by the dehydration-dehydrogenation of isopropyl alcohol and the adsorption of pyridine. The catalytic gas phase esterification of acetic acid with ethyl alcohol was carried out at 210°C in a flow system at 1atm using air as a carrier gas. The results showed that the catalysts calcinated at 400°C were active and selective towards the formation of ethyl acetate whereas the calcination of samples at 600°C led to a drastic reduction in both activity and selectivity. Good correlations were obtained between catalytic activities towards ester formation and acidity of the prepared catalysts.  相似文献

The aluminophosphate molecular sieve VPI-5 has received much attention as a new structure containing one-dimensional circular pores circumscribed by 18 tetrahedral atoms. The AlPO_4-8 is another new type of structure which was found to contain 1 4-ring open pores. Recently, we have successfully synthesized the molecular sieves of VPI-5 and AlPO_4-8, and found that the mixture of VPI-5 and AlPO_4-8 was easily formed under similar conditions, and VPI-5 can be converted to AlPO_4-8 by dehydration via heating. It is suggested that there exists relationship between the structures of VPI-5 and A1PO_4-8. Therefore, the study on the transition and relationship between VPI-5 and A1PO_4-8 is very important for designing and preparing new molecular sieves with new structures.  相似文献

用水热晶化法合成了AlPO4-5和SAPO-5分子筛,借助XRD、IR、吸附吡啶的IR及NH3-TPD等手段对其进行了表征,并通过间二甲苯异构化反应对其催化性能进行了评价.将其催化性能与表征结果相关联得出:B酸中心是间二甲苯异构化的活性中心,SAPO-5的B酸中心多,其间二甲苯异构化的活性(45.8%)和选择性(63.24%)也高.异构化的选择性还与B酸中心的强度有关.  相似文献
