盲人钢琴调律现状及发展趋势初探

论述了盲人钢琴调律教育现状及其发展趋势，认为盲人只有充分发挥自身的听觉优势，才能开创就业新路。     

Electronic structure of Sc2AC (A=Al, Ga, In, Tl)

Using ab initio calculations, we have studied Sc₂AC with A=Al, Ga, In and Tl. We show that C 2p and Sc 3d as well as A p and Sc 3d states are hybridized, but the antibonding states in the vicinity of the Fermi level weaken the overall bonding. In terms of the chemical bonding, the influence of the size of the A element is minute. Furthermore, the bulk modulus of the corresponding binary transition metal carbide is not conserved in these phases. Therefore, Sc₂AC can be classified as weakly coupled MAX phases according to Sun and co-workers [Z. Sun, D. Music, R. Ahuja, S. Li, J.M. Schneider, Phys. Rev. B 70 (2004) 092102]. It is our ambition that these calculations will stimulate experimental research on these compounds.     

对大学生不同血型行为差异性的研究

本文运用了“内田-克列别林的耐力测查表”、“内曼(Ney-mann)和科尔斯太特(Kohlstedt)的内、外向性格调查表”,对400余名大学生的血型类别进行了测量,此外还运用了A型血和B型血的凝集反应时的测定方法进行了研究。结果表明,不同血型的大学生其行为有明显差异性,给学校管理人员和学生职业选择问题提出了参考意见。     

Recombinant cell bioassay systems for the detection and relative quantitation of halogenated dioxins and related chemicals

Proper epidemiological, risk assessment and exposure analysis of 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD, dioxin) and related halogenated aromatic hydrocarbons (HAHs) requires accurate measurements of these chemicals both in the species of interest and in various exposure matrices (i.e. biological, environmental, food and feed). High-resolution instrumental analysis techniques are established for these chemicals, however, these procedures are very costly and time-consuming and as such, they are impractical for large scale sampling studies (i.e. for epidemiological studies and assessment of areas with widespread contamination). Accordingly, numerous bioanalytical methods have been developed for the detection of these chemicals in extracts from a variety of matrices, the majority of which take advantage of the ability of these chemicals to activate the aromatic hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) and the AhR signal transduction pathway. Here we review the currently available in vitro AhR-based cell bioassay systems with a focus on recent recombinant reporter gene cell lines that have been developed for detection and relative quantitation of TCDD and related HAHs. Comparison of the relative sensitivities of the various cell bioassays and examples of their use in screening and analysis of environmental, biological, and food and feed samples are presented. Currently available experimental results and validation studies demonstrate the utility of these cell bioassay systems to provide a relatively rapid, accurate, and cost effective screening approach for the detection of TCDD and related HAHs in a variety of environmental, biological, food and feed samples. The availability of these cell bioassay systems will not only facilitate the large scale sampling studies needed for accurate assessment of contamination and exposure to these environmental chemicals, but they provide avenues for the identification of novel classes of TCDD-like chemicals.     

浅谈新闻节目主持人的个性化

从新闻主持人的外观形象、语言风格和气质特点3个方面，论述了当前新闻节目主持人的个性化问题，分析了新闻节目主持人与新闻节目的关系及作用。     

大学生气质类型与专项体育选修课的评析

本文通过问卷调查，对江西省部分高校学生气质类型和专项体育选修课之间关系进行了研究。分析发现不同气质类型在专项体育选修课选择和学习效果等方面存在一定的差异，认为高校体育课应针对学生不同气质类型特点开展教学。     

雷锋精神与现代社会价值共构

雷锋精神是一个真善美的价值实践表达，雷锋精神永不过时。雷锋精神是时代气质的集中反映和高度体现，是实现中国梦的价值支撑和精神基石。雷锋是中国的，雷锋精神将会是走向世界的普世价值。弘扬雷锋精神对现时代的道德伦理价值取向、政治价值认同、文化精神皈依、市场化背景下的社会价值引导具有重要意义。雷锋精神的本质是为民，表征着我党的政治本色，“敢不敢扶起”跌倒的老人成为敢不敢扶起社会正义与良心的价值隐喻。     

Analysis of Ah receptor binding affinities of polybrominated diphenyl ethers via in silico molecular docking and 3D-QSAR

Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) have become ubiquitous contaminations due to their use as flame retardants. The structural similarity of PBDE to some dioxin-like compounds suggested that they may share similar toxicological effects: they might activate the aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) signal transduction pathway and thus might have adverse effects on wildlife and humans. In this study, in silico computational workflow combining molecular docking and three-dimensional quantitative structure–activity relationship (3D-QSAR) was performed to investigate the binding interactions between PBDEs and AhR and the structural features affecting the AhR binding affinity of PBDE. The molecular docking showed that hydrogen-bond and hydrophobic interactions were the major driving forces for the binding of ligands to AhR, and several key amino acid residues were also identified. The CoMSIA model was developed from the conformations obtained from molecular docking and exhibited satisfactory results as q ² of 0.605 and r ² of 0.996. Furthermore, the derived model had good robustness and statistical significance in both internal and external validations. The 3D contour maps generated from CoMSIA provided important structural features influence the binding affinity. The obtained results were beneficial to better understand the toxicological mechanism of PBDEs.

Amplification and wave mixing of induced and spontaneous emission in semiconductor laser amplifiers

We theoretically describe and experimentally investigate the spatio-spectral wave mixing of induced and spontaneous emission in large-area InGaAs-semiconductor laser amplifiers. The dynamic light-matter-coupling is described by a spatially resolved theory based on Maxwell–Bloch–Langevin equations, taking into account many-body-carrier interactions, energy transfer between the carrier and phonon systems and, in particular, the spatio-temporal interplay of stimulated and amplified spontaneous emission and the noise caused by spontaneous emission. Our numerical model reveals the fundamental physical processes which are responsible for the spectral power distribution of the amplified laser light and predicts the emission properties of high-power semiconductor laser amplifiers, such as emission spectra and input power–output power characteristics.
