采用不同植物生长物质组合对牛膝幼苗进行喷施处理和植物化学分析相结合的方法,研究植物生长物质对牛膝生长及其主要药用成分合成的影响.结果表明:1.0mg·L-1 IBA+1.0mg·L-1 MJ(T4)协同处理最有利于牛膝地下部分生物量的增加;1.0mg·L-1 IBA+1.0mg·L-1 6-BA(T3)协同处理最有利于牛膝根中齐墩果酸的积累;1.0mg·L-1 IBA+2.0mg·L-1 NAA(T2)和1.0mg·L-1 IBA+1.0mg·L-1 6-BA(T3)处理最有利于牛膝根中蜕皮甾酮的积累.综合考虑各项指标,1.0mg·L-1 IBA+1.0mg·L-1 6-BA(T3)处理无论是对牛膝的生长还是主要药用成分三萜皂苷和蜕皮甾酮的积累均比对照有显著性提高,最有利于牛膝药材产量和品质的提高. 相似文献

AbstractA galactoglucan (HCPA) was extracted from C. mollissima Blume fruits using hot water, which was composed of glucose and galactose, with a molecular weight of 5.5?kDa. Methylation and 1?D, 2?D NMR spectroscopy analysis showed that HCPA contained [→4)-α-D-Glcp(1→], [→4,6)-α-D-Glcp(1→], [→4)-β-D-Galp(1→] and [α-D-Glcp(1→] motifs in a molar ratio of approximately 6.11:1.08:1.00:1.03. HCPA showed a spherical-like structure as detected by scanning electron microscope (SEM). HCPA biological activity was investigated in vitro. The results showed that HCPA inhibited the proliferation of HeLa, MCF-7 and MGC-803 cells, induced HeLa cells apoptosis and arrested cell cycle in G2/M phase of HeLa cells. HCPA also enhanced the viability and phagocytic ability of RAW 264.7 cells and stimulated the production of NO, TNF-α and IL-6. The results demonstrated that HCPA had a potent antitumor and immunomodulating effects in vitro, suggesting its potential use as functional food and drug products. 相似文献

We calculate the dynamic phase transition (DPT) temperatures and present the dynamic phase diagrams in the kinetic spin-5/2 Blume–Capel model under the presence of a time-dependent oscillating external magnetic field. First, we employ the Glauber transition rates to construct the mean-field dynamic equation. Then, we study the time variation of the average magnetization to find the phases in the system. We also investigate the behaviour of the dynamic magnetization to characterize the nature (continuous and discontinuous) of transition and to obtain the DPT points. We present the dynamic phase diagrams in two different planes. The phase diagrams include the ferromagnetic-5/2 (f5/2), the ferromagnetic-1/2 (f1/2) and paramagnetic (p) fundamental phases. In addition to these fundamental phases, we find 10 mixed phases, depending on the interaction parameters. The phase diagrams display many special points, such as a dynamic tricritical point, a double critical end point, a triple point and a quadruple point. 相似文献

The present study reports the first phytochemical investigation of the seed kernels of Manilkara bidentata (Balata) harvested in Trinidad, W.I. Gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis of the n-hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, ethanol and methanol extracts showed a total of 39 components. 2,6,10,14,18-pentamethyl-2,6,10,14,18-eicosapentaene (74.93%), 9-octadecenoic acid, (Z)- 2,3-dihydroxypropyl ester (79.98%), (Z)-ethyl oleate (92.75%), Z,E-2-methyl-3,13-octadecadien-1-ol (80.51%) and 5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-furancarboxyaldehyde (50.32%) were the major constituents identified in the n-hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, ethanol and methanol extracts, respectively. The extracts showed the presence of several bioactive components and provides reference data for further research of its active constituents. 相似文献

为了弄清楚影响浮叶植物水鳖的早期生活的潜在因素,设计了一个3×2因子的室外实验来研究基质和冬芽对水鳖早期生活阶段的影响,即实验用的冬芽分成小、中、大3组,让它们分别在2种不同的土壤基质(沙、泥)中生长.实验结果表明,在相同的基质中,随着冬芽的不断增大,水鳖的萌发率、不同器官(根、茎、叶、叶柄)生物量和总生物量等都有相应的提高;相对来说,大的冬芽和沙基质有利于水鳖早期的萌发、构建和生存,而大的冬芽和泥基质则有利于萌发后水鳖的生长;生物量倾向于根部的分配方式,有利于植物度过不利的环境而更有利于它的生存. 相似文献

Gastrodin is a bioactive constituent of rhizome in Gastrodia elata Blume (Orchidaceae) The aim of this study is to develop a rapid and sensitive liquid chromatographic method coupled to microdialysis sampling system to measure the unbound of gastrodin in rat blood, brain and bile. Microdialysis probes were simultaneously inserted into the jugular vein, brain striatum and bile duct of each anesthetized rat for sampling after the administration of gastrodin (100 or 300 mg kg−1) through the femoral vein. Separation of unbound gastrodin from various biological fluids was applied to an RP-select B column (250 mm × 4.6 mm i.d., 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile–50 mM potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer–triethylamine (5:95:0.1, v/v/v, adjusted to pH 2.5 with orthophosphoric acid) with a flow rate of 1 mL min−1. The UV detector wavelength was set at 221 nm. Fifteen minutes after the administration, the gastrodin reached the peak concentration in brain and bile. In addition, the results indicate that gastrodin penetrates the blood-brain barrier (BBB) and goes through hepatobiliary excretion. 相似文献

牛膝中齐墩果酸和β-蜕皮甾酮的HPLC法含量测定及指纹图谱研究 《山东科学》2015,28(5):1-6
建立了中药牛膝的HPLC指纹图谱并同时测定其中齐墩果酸和β-蜕皮甾酮的含量。采用Agilent ZORBAX SB C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈 0.6%甲酸,柱温为25 ℃,检测波长为260 nm,进行了13批次牛膝药材的分析。牛膝药材的HPLC指纹图谱共有16个共有峰,4个特征峰,定量测定了其中两个峰β 蜕皮甾酮和齐墩果酸。通过相似度分析初步断定,不同地域的牛膝药材在质量上存在明显的差异。该研究为建立牛膝药材的质量控制体系提供了方法和技术支持。 相似文献

为了解杨树菌材和传统菌材栽培天麻的化学成分,评价杨树菌材栽培天麻的质量,测定和分析了湖北省宜昌下堡坪、五峰、鹤峰的杨树菌材和传统菌材栽培天麻的HPLC指纹图谱.结果表明:各地不同菌材栽培天麻的HPLC指纹图谱主峰数量与分布相似,杨树菌材栽培天麻的HPLC指纹图谱与栎树菌材相近,但两者各特征峰的紫外吸收强度明显弱于栗树菌材. 相似文献
