ZrO2基固体电解质氧传感器的研究现状及发展趋势

近年来,由于ZrO2基固体电解质氧传感器具有高的测氧灵敏度和在高温下的化学稳定性,因而在节约能源、环境保护等方面得到了广泛的应用。该文首先介绍了ZrO2基固体电解质氧传感器的测氧原理,然后阐述了ZrO2基固体电解质氧传感器的研究现状;重点介绍了氧传感器导电理论,及在高温和低温条件下工作的氧传感器研究状况和氧传感器的应用研究,并对氧传感器未来的发展进行了分析和展望,指出为了获得高性能的氧传感器应重点发展纳米材料氧传感器。     

Hydrodynamic Properties of Fe3O4 Kerosene-Based Ferrofluids with Narrow Particle Size Distribution

We investigate the hydrodynamic properties of Fe3O4 kerosene-based ferrofluids with narrow particle size distribution. The ferrofluids are synthesized by improving chemical coprecipitation technique. A narrow distribution of 8.6-10.8nm particle sizes is obtained from the magnetization curve with the free-form model based on the Bayesian inference theory. The fitting result is consistent with average particle size obtained from x-ray diffraction. With the increase of applied magnetic field and magnetic particle concentration, apparent viscosity of ferrofluids increases. At concentration 4.04%, the type of flow for the ferrofluid transforms from Newtonian to Bingham plastic fluid as the applied magnetic field increases.     

流体静高压下的锂离子导电性

本文改进实验方法,在0.0001—1.23GPa流体静高压下测量了整片非晶锂离子导体B₂O₃-0.7Li₂O-0.7LiCl-xAl₂O₃(x=0.05;0.15)及其粉末压片的离子电导率及激活体积。发现粉末压片电导率峰值是由非晶微粒间的接触电导及非晶微粒体电导两者叠加;对整片非晶电导率的压力效应用离子迁移通道的物理图象给出初步的微观解释。此外,还观测到氧化铝组分减少使电导率的压力转变点明显降低;测量出不同温度热处理以及300℃等温热处理4—20h后离子电导率-压力曲线的变化规律,仍可归因于非晶态相分离及两种非晶相的先后晶化。 关键词：     

Magnetic and Transport Properties of Ferromagnetic Semiconductor GaDyN Thin Film

Magnetic properties and temperature dependence of electrical transport properties of rare-earth-metal Dy-doped GaN thin film are experimentally studied with a superconducting quantum interference device magnetometer and van der Pauw method. It was found that this thin nitride film has both semiconductor properties and ferromagnetism from 1OK to room temperature. The dopant-band (conducting band due to doping) electron conduction dominates the transport properties of this film at low temperatures. These results indicate that Dy-doped GaN is an n-type ferromagnetic semiconductor at room temperature.     

高维铁磁链系统与p—调和映射

研究了与ｐ－Ｌａｐｌａｃｅ算子对映的铁磁甸系统的Ｌａｎｄａｕ－Ｌｉｆｓｈｉｔｚ方程，证明了该方程的从ｍ（ｍ≥３）维紧流形Ｍ（不带边界）映射到Ｒ＾３中的单位球面Ｓ＾２上的整体弱解的存性；建立了ｐ调和映射理论与该方程的联系。     

非晶态锂离子导体B2O3-0.7Li2O-0.7LiCl-xAl2O3-0.1V2O5的电学性质和电子自旋共振研究

在水热晶化合成一系列NASICON型化合物的基础上,应用固体高分辨³¹P和²⁹Si MAS NMR,研究了几种NASICON化合物的结构,观察其骨架原子P和Si在结构中的状态及分布,并解释了由于在结构中发生取代作用而引起,Si或P的化学位移的变化.     

Exact Solution of an Extended Hubbard Model with Electron—Lattice Interaction for an Organic Ferromagnetic Polymer

Using an exact diagonalization method,we study an extended Hubbard model with an electron-lattice interaction for an organic ferromagnetic chain with radical coupling.The result shows that the ferromagnetic ground state originates from the antiferromagnetic correlation between adjoining sites,which is enhanced by the on-site e-e repulsion.The intersite e-e repulsion induces the inhomogeneous distribution of the charge density.The dimerization is decreased by the e-e interaction and the radical coupling.The electron-lattice interaction and the radical coupling can transfer the spin density and charge density between the main chain and the radicals.
