外语教学流派对基础教育英语教学大纲的影响

我国基础教育英语教学大纲制定过程中, 广泛吸收和借鉴了外语教学流派及教学思想的精髓.本文梳理并分析了外语教学流派及教学思想对近年来基础教育英语教学大纲制定的影响, 力图为理解我国基础教育英语教学大纲的改革思路, 分析当前基础教育英语的教学任务, 把握未来基础教育英语教学大纲的改革与发展方向提供借鉴意义.     

苦丁茶与常用茶中微量元素分析

苦丁茶又称苦丁、苦簦、皋卢等 ,是我国南方和东南亚地区常饮的代用茶 .几千年民间饮用和现代医学验证苦丁茶具有清热解毒、杀菌消炎、活血脉、降血脂、降胆固醇等功效 .近 10年来 ,科技人员对苦丁茶的化学成分进行了多方面的研究 ,确定其中含有化学成分达 2 0 0多种[1] ,一部分与普通茶叶相同 ,如咖啡碱、多酚类、儿茶素、氨基酸等 ,但含量比普通茶叶低[2 ] ,此外 ,苦丁茶还含有熊果酸 (Ｕｒｓｏｌｉｃ ａｃｉｄ)、β 香树脂醇 (β Ａｍｙｒｉｎ)、蛇麻脂醇 (Ｌｕｐｅｏｌ)、熊果醇 (Ｕｖａｏｌ)和 β 谷甾醇 (β Ｓｉｓｔｅｒｏｌ)等 .但…     

穿过液膜的自发电势振荡

An artificial membrane consisting of pricramic acid in nitrobenzene was used as an oil phase imposed between two aqueous phases. The right one contained trimethyl-slearylammonium chloride and aicohol; and the left contained sucrose solution (or H_2O). We found that this system exhibited rhythmic oscillation of electrical potential. The amplitude of the oscillations was between 20—150 mV. The oscillations were observed even when ethyl alcohol was absent in the aqueous of trimethylslearylammonium Chloride, and the increase in amplitude of oscillation with time was found to be less in the presence of sucrose. Some of the expremental results have been explained.     

Ligand Exchange Between Penta-Coordinated Phosphoryl Serine and Histidine Compounds

With the assistance of HPLC-ESI-MS/MS, the self-assembly products of serine and histidine penta-coordinated phosphorus compound were separated and identified. The expectative product was seryl-histidine dipeptide, but it was found that there was almost equimolar amount of histidyl-histidine dipeptide as well as seryl-histidine dipeptide. The mechanism was speculated that there was iigand exchange between penta-coordinated phosphoryl serine and histidine in the reaction process. As a result,two types of dipeptide were produced.     

新鄂西香茶菜素的X射线结构分析

新鄂西香茶菜素为首次从抗癌中草药鄂西香茶菜[Rabdosia henryi (Hemsl) Hara]的叶子中分离得到的二萜化合物。前人曾从毛叶香茶菜[R. japonica (Burm. f)Hara]中分离出该化合物并依据光谱数据推测其结构(右图)。但其结晶学研究尚未见报道。为研究其立体结构及分子在晶体中的排布方式,我们对该化合物的晶体进行了X射线结构分析。     

Concise and Efficient Synthesis of Dehydropeptide Analogues from Unsaturated 5（4H）—Oxazolone

Conformational Transformation Exhibited by the Peptide Extracted from Crystalline Region of Bombyx mori Silk Fibroin in Solid and Solution States

The conformational transformation of a 30-residue peptide H（Ala-Gly-Ser-Gly-AIa-Gly）5OH, i.e., （AGSGAG）5, extracted from highly crystalline region of Bombyx mori （B. mori） silk fibroin was described by using the high resolution solid state 13^C NMR, and CD spectroscopies. Based on the conformation-dependent 13^C NMR chemical shifts of the Ala, Gly and Ser residues and the line-shape analysis of the conformation sensitive Ala Cβ resonance, the peptide revealed a strong preference for silk Ⅱ structural form, i,e,, an antiparallel fl-sheet structure （φ= - 140±20°and ψ= 135±20°） in solid state. On the contrary, the CD spectra of this peptide in the two non-native hexafluorinated fibre spinning solvents, hexafluoroisopropanol （HFIP） and hexafluoroacetone （HFA）, exhibited the existence of an unusual tightly-folded conformation resembling 310-helix （φ=- 60±20° and ψ=-30±20°）, as judged from the R ratio of [θ]222/[θ]203 in HFIP solution, whereas a dynamically averaged unordered structure in HFA, Taken together, the information inclined to hypothesis that the primary structure of the highly crystalline regions of B. mori silk fibroin may be easily accessible to the large conformational changes, which in turn may be critical for facilitating the structural transformation from unprocessed silk fibroin （silk I form） to processed silk fiber （silk Ⅱform）.     

疏水吸附分离酵母 S.Cerevisiae 中的 L-天门冬氨酸酶的研究(英文)

研究了疏水柱吸附分离工业酵母（Ｓ．Ｃｅｒｅｖｉｓｉａｅ）中的Ｌ－天门冬氨酸酶．考察了三种疏水吸附剂ＴｓｋｇｅｌＢｕｔｙ＿Ｔｏｙｏｐｅａｒｌ,ＴｓｋｇｅｌＰｈｅｎｙｌ＿Ｔｏｙｏｐｅａｒｌ和ＴｓＫｇｅｌＥｔｈｅｒ＿Ｔｏｙｏｐｅａｒｌ６５０Ｃ的吸附性能．研究表明,通过选择控制流动相的ｐＨ值和离子强度,一次吸附过程中Ｌ－天门冬氨酸酶的分离纯化纯度可提高１４倍并保持较高的活性。实验还考察了吸附等温线类型和温度等因素的影响．结果表明,酵母中分子的电荷和疏水性是疏水柱吸附的重要影响因素．
