论词的圆与方

清代词学家况周颐提出了词作艺术中圆与方的问题，他说：     

推广的奇轮的圆色数

图G的圆色数(又称"星色数")xc(G)是Vince在1988年提出的,它是图的色数 的自然推广.本文由奇轮出发构造了一族平面图,并证明了此类图的圆色数恰恰介于2和 3之间,填补了该领域的空白.     

Experimental Study of Effect of Medium Boundary on Light Distribution in Tissue Phantoms

An experimental method for investigating the effect of medium boundary on distributions of light in the biological tissue phantom intralipid is presented. Measurements of distributions of light in intralipid-10% suspensions at 633 nm are described, in which a narrow collimated beam is incident on the surface of the phantoms and into the different depths inside of the phantoms. The experimental results show that the effect of the boundary of the medium on the curves geometry of light distributions is trivial, but the effect on intensity of scattering light is obvious, the maximal relative change of the energy fluence reaches 53.8% and the position of the peak of the energy fluence curve has a shift of 1.1 mm in the reverse direction of incident light for the phantom with albedo a=0.998, and the effect of the boundary is decreased with the increase of the absorption coefficients of tissue phantoms. The experimental results were analysed by the diffusion theory. These studies will be helpful for further understandings of the relation between the boundary of biological tissue and the distribution of light in tissue.     

卵圆绒泡菌rDNA小亚基片段的克隆测序

粘菌(Myxomycetes)是真核生物中比较特殊的一个类群.但是有关其分子系统学却研究得较少,目前大多数研究仅集中在多头绒泡菌(Physarum polycephalum)等少数几个种上.本文选取卵圆绒泡菌(Physarum didermoides(Pers.)T.Macbr.)为实验材料,用引物SMNUR101和SMNUR108对其rDNA小亚基进行PCR扩增,PCR产物经Wizard(r)PCR扩增DNA纯化系统纯化后,克隆到大肠杆菌JM109中进行测序,测得的序列长度为1910bp(见图1).该序列的测得添补了我国绒泡菌分子生物学研究的空白,也为进一步研究粘菌的起源和演化提供了重要的分子生物学证据.

思维方式与语言密不可分。在语言的学习和使用中体现着人的思维方式。对上海某高校非英语专业学生四级资格考试作文进行抽样,通过大量例证分析,表明高校学生的英语作文在圆式思维模式、集体主义价值观、高语境文化和重复强调四个方面体现出强烈的中国文化思维方式。因此,高校英语写作教学应在文化内涵传授和交际能力训练等方面进行加强和提高。     

对朝鲜弹道导弹能力的初步分析

根据收集到的公开数据，从弹道导弹的种类和数量，导弹的射程，精度，可靠性，再入体设计能力等方面，对朝鲜的弹道导弹能力进行初步分析，在此基础上计算分析了日本导弹防御系统对朝鲜导弹的防御能力。

本文给出了Rn+1中超曲面的一些积分公式,并利用这些积分公式得到了以球面为边界的常高阶平均曲率超曲面的一些唯一性结果.     

光学非球面二次曲面常数及顶点曲率的研究

受光学非球面制造过程中诸工艺参数的影响,能否保证非球面顶点曲率及二次曲面常数的精度是一个重要问题。基于二次曲面方程,推导出确定光学非球面二次曲面常数k以及顶点曲率半径r的一组算法,并在对一块口径为760mm×200mm标准非球面反射镜的实际测算中进行拟合,经过优化,拟合精度达到Δk=0.015,Δr=0.341mm,从而有效的控制了光学非球面制造过程中的顶点曲率及二次曲面常数的偏差。
