NMR investigation on the conformational properties of N-[2-pyridyl-N-oxide]-amino derivatives

The proton NMR spectra of N-[2-pyridyl-N-oxide]-derivatives of primary and secondary ethylamines, containing a substituent R on the C atom bearing the amino function, have been completely analysed in terms of the fundamental NMR parameters. The preferred conformations of the compounds investigated were established by the indications from NOE experiments as well as: (1) the long range coupling across the five bond between the aminic hydrogen and the proton in 4-position of the pyridine-N-oxide ring (⁵J_m^H,NH ～ 0·5 c/s), (2) the value of the vicinal coupling constant in the fragment CHNH (³J_NHCH ～ 7–9 c/s), (3) the large deshielding (Δτ ～ 1–1·5 ppm) observed for the resonance position of the proton on the asymmetric C atom in secondary amine derivatives with respect to the corresponding primary ones, and (4) the diamagnetic shielding produced on protons in position 3 and 4 of the pyridine-N-oxide ring by different aromatic groups introduced in the R substituent.The NMR data confirmed the preferred rotamers previously suggested on the basis of ORD and CD measurements.

武定县地域功能区划分方法研究

县级功能区划作为综合区划,既是落实省级主体功能区规划,又是编制县域空间发展规划的基础。首先探讨县级功能区划方法,然后以武定县为例运用主导因素法划分出城镇区、资源开发区、开发预留区、农业区、生态区等功能区。研究发现：(1)县级功能区划既要考虑县域资源环境本底与发展愿景,又要兼顾省级主体功能区对本县定位;(2)区划评价单元须考虑基础数据可获得性及各单项指标评价单元的统一;(3)指标体系选取以省级主体功能区划指标体系为参照,具有可行性;(4)单一区划方法无法合理区划县级各功能区单元,需多种方法相结合。     

基于遗传算法的自动组卷策略

自动组卷是一个多约束条件的最优求解问题,传统组卷算法存在速度慢、成功率低、组卷质量不高等不足,已不符合现行要求。为此,文中采用整段交叉,段内变异的方法,通过确定适应度函数和遗传算子探索了遗传算法在自动组卷中的应用,在一定程度上克服了已有算法的不足,并用算例验证了其有效性及适用性。

根据网上考试系统的功能模块划分，用asp编程实现管理员注册、在线考试、时间控制、自动判卷、试题录入、修改题库、用户登录等重要功能，实现客观题的评阅工作。

本文在简述纸海图编辑的基础上,结合数字海图产生的背景并针对数导海图的特点,阐述了数字海图的编辑内容及表现方法,进一步提出了数字海图的编辑设想。从满足用户需求的角度,提出了对数字海图进行发展创新的理念。     

"显示器无处不在"--介绍2004年IDW大会上的三篇报告

要从2004年12月在日本新滹举行的国际显示大会（IDW04）上发表的458篇论文中拿出相当数量的一小部分来讨论是一件难事，因此我们在这里仅仅集中讨论其中三篇文章里所提出的议题。     

Direct Radioimmunoassay of Proinsulin and Insulin in Human Plasma by Chromatographic Technique

Specific method for direct radioimmunoassay of IRP and IRI separately in human plasma has been described. The method is used for extraction of total insulin and separation of IRP from IRI by paper chromatography to be assayed separately. The separation of the two components are indentified and confirmed by column chromatography, paper chromatography and U.V. spectral analysis in comparison with the standard compounds.

134 plasma samples of different cases were, investigated for determination of IRI, IRP and IRT, of which 39 normals, 16 normal obes, 21 juvinil diabetes, 18 adult oncet diabetes, 10 recent adult diabetes, 12 hypothroid and 18 bilharzial hepatosplenomegaly to evaluate the levels of the test in comparison with blood sugar concentration.     

Electron paramagnetic resonance investigation of molecular bond rupture due to ozone in deformed rubber

Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) provides a sensitive tool by which microscopic bond rupture can be monitored simultaneously with observations of macroscopic deformation and failure. Past techniques for studying fracture in semicrystalline polymers have been extended to investigate degradation of unfilled ruber in the presence of ozone. It was found that the rate of free radical production was linearly proportional to stretch ratio and ozone concentration and that stress relaxation and creep were not directly proportional to this production rate. The latter behavior was attributed to the particular dependence of crack density and growth on stress. It was concluded that at low strains, comparatively few surface cracks form; however, at higher strains, many more crack centers become active. Although many more surface cracks are present, they do not progress into the material as rapidly. Therefore, although more bonds were broken at higher strains and stresses, the stress relaxation rate and creep rates were not significantly increased.     

Harmonic operation of high gain harmonic generation free electron laser

In high gain harmonic generation (HGHG) free electron laser (FEL), with the right choice of parameters of the modulator undulator, the dispersive section and the seed laser, one may make the spatial bunching of the electron beam density distribution correspond to one of the harmonic frequencies of the radiator radiation, instead of the fundamental frequency of the radiator radiation in conventional HGHG, thus the radiator undulator is in harmonic operation (HO) mode. In this paper, we investigate HO of HGHG FEL.Theoretical analyses with universal method are derived and numerical simulations in ultraviolet and deep ultraviolet spectral regions are given. It shows that the power of the 3rd harmonic radiation in the HO of HGHG may be as high as 18.5% of the fundamental power level. Thus HO of HGHG FEL may obtain short wavelength by using lower beam energy.
