Structural characterisation of such bio-objects as fibrinogen solution, yeast cells, wheat seeds and bone tissues has been done using two versions of cryoporometry based on the integral Gibbs-Thomson (IGT) equation for freezing point depression of pore liquids and the measurements by 1H NMR spectroscopy (180-200 < T < 273 K) and the thermally stimulated depolarisation current (TSDC) method (90 < T < 273 K) of structured water. The IGT equation was solved using a self-consisting regularization procedure including the maximum entropy principle applied to the distribution function of pore size (PSD). Both methods give clear pictures of changes in the structural characteristics caused, e.g., by hydration and swelling of wheat seeds and yeast cells, coagulation and interaction of fibrinogen with solid nanoparticles in the aqueous media, and the human bone tissue disease.  相似文献

Different-sized aerosols were collected by an Andersen air sampler to observe the detailed morphology of the black carbon (BC) aerosols which were separated chemically from the other accompanying aerosols, using a Scanning Electron Microscope equipped with an Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectrometer (SEM-EDX). The results indicate that most BC aerosols are spherical particles of about 50 nm in diameter and with a homogeneous surface. Results also show that these particles aggregate with other aerosols or with themselves to form larger agglomerates in the micrometer range. The shape of these 50-nm BC spherical particles was found to be very similar to that of BC particles released from petroleum-powered vehicular internal combustion engines. These spherical BC particles were shown to be different from the previously reported fullerenes found using Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Time-Of-Flight Mass Spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS).  相似文献

以TiCl4和累托石为主要原料,制备出纳米累托石-TiO2粉末,并用X-衍射、透射电镜等对其进行表征.结果表明:纳米累托石-TiO2粉末平均直径为17.5nm当焙烧温度从500℃升至800℃时,累托石-TiO2粉末的比表面积从65.7m^2/g下降至3.3m^2/g,单位质量吸附剂的孔体积从0.1430cm。/u降到0.0213cm^3/g;当焙烧温度从300℃上升至500℃时,孔径变化不大,属中孔范围;当焙烧温度升至800℃时,一些孔道出现坍塌,不利于纳米累托石-TiO2粉末的光催化活性.  相似文献

The TG and DTA curves and diffractograms of powdered CeO2 samples irradiated with a CO2 laser beam with powers of 0.41–1.39 kW/cm2 are presented. The laser treatment induced structural changes and probably generation of a metastable phase. X-ray diffraction coupled with thermal analysis was used to establish the structural modifications in the irradiated samples after heating.  相似文献

The aim of this work was to produce lycopene-containing powders from tomato products by a solvent-free method making use of β-cyclodextrin (βCD). Powders were prepared by spray-drying a tomato concentrate (TC), one of the most bioavailable form of lycopene, after mechanical treatment with βCD in different weight ratios. The obtained product was centrifuged to eliminate partly food matrix and characterized for the amount of lycopene hydrodispersed/hydrosolubilized in the aqueous fraction. The chemical antioxidant activity of sera was evaluated too. Powders obtained by spray-drying sera exhibited good flow properties, a lycopene content between 0.4 and 1.09 mg/g and excellent water dispersability. The process developed, which makes use of βCD for the treatment of tomato products, turns to be of great interest to obtain a bulk material for nutraceuticals displaying superior biovailability of lycopene.  相似文献

Nanometer MgO was prepared via a sol-gel auto-combustion technique using magnesium nitrate as raw material and citric acid as chelating agent. IR spectra of the dried gel were used to investigate the structure of the precursors. By studying the different TG curves of magnesium citrate gel prepared by different methods, we found that a combustion process occurred and the nitrate ions acted as an oxidant in the combustion process. TEM photographs of synthesized powders from the sol-gel auto-combustion showed that the crystallites were uniform in size. In addition, the XRD pattern of this sample showed that the particle size was 8.9 nm. The BET curves, in turn, showed that the specific surface of the sample was 26.34 m2/g. Preparation of ultra fine nickel-copper bimetallic powder for BME-MLCC   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The preparation of ultra fine nickel-copper bimetallic powder with two-stage chemical reduction method was investigated. Reductive sugar and hydrazine hydrate were employed as reducing agent in different reductive stage, respectively. Reaction of CuSO4·5H2O with reductive sugar at 70 °C gives cuprous oxide and copper particles, then as-prepared mixture and nickelous hydroxide were reduced by hydrazine hydrate, and nickel-copper powder having excellent dispersibility was prepared. Influences of nickel added on composition and dispersibility of powder were studied. TG/DTG/DTA of nickel-copper powder, which is stable in room temperature, were discussed with thermal analyzer. Relation of nickel content to oxidation temperature was investigated. Ni-Cu bimetallic powder particles have a fully coated structure when nickel content is up to 30%. As-prepared nickel-copper powder was applied in base metal electrode-multilayer ceramic capacitor (BME-MLCC). The end termination has high adhesion force, fairly good densification, low resistivity, excellent solderibility behavior and resistance behavior to soldering.  相似文献

Fe60Mn10Al20Nb10, (Fe60Mn10Al30)95Nb5 and (Fe60Mn10Al30)90Nb10 ball milled powdered alloys were investigated using X-ray diffraction, Mössbauer spectrometry, thermomagnetic (TGM) and magnetization measurements. We studied the influence of Nb content and of different milling times on the structural and magnetic properties. Two main features can be concluded: (1) the FeAlMn induces a BCC phase whatever the Nb content is, and (2) as both increasing Nb content and milling time give rise to an highly disordered state in conjunction with a decrease of the ferromagnetic behavior.  相似文献
