Surimi from silver carp with different salt contents (0–5%) was obtained treated by high intensity ultrasound (HIU, 100 kHz 91 W·cm−2). The gelation properties of samples were evaluated by puncture properties, microstructures, water-holding capacity, dynamic rheological properties and intermolecular interactions. As the salt content increased from 0 to 5%, gel properties of surimi without HIU significantly improved. For samples with low-salt (0–2% NaCl) content, HIU induced obvious enhancement in breaking force and deformation. HIU promoted the protein aggregation linked by SS bonds, hydrophobic interactions and non-disulfide covalent bonds in surimi gels with low-salt content. Moreover, microstructures of HIU surimi gels with low-salt content were more compact than those of the corresponding control samples. HIU also improved the gelation properties of surimi with 3% NaCl to an extent. However, for high-salt (4–5% NaCl) samples, HIU decreased the breaking force and deformation of surimi gels due to the degradation of proteins suggested by increased TCA-soluble peptides. In conclusion, HIU effectively improved the gelation properties of surimi with low-salt content (0–2% NaCl), but was harmful for high-salt (4–5% NaCl) surimi. 用Nd∶YAG激光器的三倍频355 nm光作为激发光源,根据激光诱导荧光(LIF)方法激发并探测污染水体的荧光光谱.通过对荧光光谱的分析处理研究归一化荧光强度,即450 nm处水中溶解有机物(DOM)峰与405 nm处水的拉曼峰的比值,反演溶解有机物浓度.用商品腐殖酸和去离子水配置成已知浓度的溶液代替标准DOM溶液进行标定,得到回归方程.结果证明,DOM的归一化荧光强度与水体中DOM浓度有较好的线性关系,因此LIF方法是对大面积水域水质进行动态遥测的较理想方法. 相似文献

As borders between different entities, lines are an important element of natural images. Indeed, the neurons of the mammalian
visual cortex are tuned to respond best to lines of a given orientation. This preferred orientation varies continuously across
most of the cortex, but also has vortex-like singularities known as pinwheels. In attempting to describe such patterns of
orientation preference, we are led to consider underlying rotation symmetries: Oriented segments in natural images tend to
be collinear; neurons are more likely to be connected if their preferred orientations are aligned to their topographic separation.
These are indications of a reduced symmetry requiring joint rotations of both orientation preference and the underlying topography.
This is verified by direct statistical tests in both natural images and in cortical maps. Using the statistics of natural
scenes we construct filters that are best suited to extracting information from such images, and find qualitative similarities
to mammalian vision.

Electron beam induced quantitative X-ray mapping has become a very useful characterisation tool for determining the elemental
distribution in materials, whether using energy dispersive spectroscopy or wavelength dispersive spectroscopy. The X-ray intensity
distributions of the elements from an X-ray map allow us to generate two dimensional and ternary scatter diagrams thus converting
spatial information into concentration dimensions, which is an important tool for displaying the spatial relationships of
elements or correlated elements (phases) in materials. To best understand how to use this tool, we need to understand the
production and features of the scatter diagram. The type of clustering observed in the scatter diagram, whether oval, linear
or spherical, can give the major and trace element distributions within phases as well as qualitative and quantitative phase
information. This paper demonstrates the generation of scatter diagrams, properties of scatter diagrams, interpretation of

To investigate the position and amount of the CF3 group affecting the coloration of polyimides (PIs), we prepared 2,2‐bis[4‐(4‐amino‐2‐trifluoromethylphenoxy)phenyl]hexafluoropropane ( 2 ) with four CF3 groups with 2‐chloro‐5‐nitrobenzotrifluoride and 2,2‐bis(4‐hydroxyphenol)hexafluoropropane. A series of soluble and light‐colored fluorinated PIs ( 5 ) were synthesized from 2 and various aromatic dianhydrides ( 3a – 3f ). 5a – 5f had inherent viscosities ranging from 0.80 to 1.19 dL/g and were soluble in amide polar solvents and even in less polar solvents. The glass‐transition temperatures of 5 were 221–265 °C, and the 10% weight‐loss temperatures were above 493 °C. Their films had cutoff wavelengths between 343 and 390 nm, b* values (a yellowness index) ranging from 5 to 41, dielectric constants of 2.68–3.01 (1 MHz), and moisture absorptions of 0.03–0.29 wt %. In a comparison of the PI series 6 – 8 based on 2,2‐bis[4‐(4‐aminophenoxy)phenyl]hexafluoropropane, 2,2‐bis[4‐(4‐amino‐2‐trifluoromethylphenoxy)phenyl]propane, and 2,2‐bis[4‐(4‐aminophenoxy)phenyl]propane, we found that the CF3 group close to the imide group was more effective in lowering the color; this means that CF3 of 5 , 7 , and 8f was more effective than that of 6c . The color intensity of the four PI series was lowered in the following order: 5 > 7 > 6 > 8 . The PI 5f , synthesized from diamine 2 and 4,4′‐hexafluoroisopropylidenediphthalic anhydride, had six CF3 groups in a repeated segment, so it exhibited the lightest color among the four series. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
