Conductive Mechanism of Organic Conductor

Organic conductor is a kind of organic compound which has special electronic and magnetic properties. The research of the organic compounds has received considerable attention because of their potential applications in many areas. The molecular conductive units are theoretically investigated as well as their energy gap and charge distribution. The relationship of conductivity and micro-mechanism is discussed.     

Proton conductivity of phosphoric acid derivative of fullerene

The proton conductive property of methano [60] fullerene diphosphoric acid has been investigated under various humidity conditions at the temperature range between 15 and 45 °C. It shows proton conductivity as high as 10⁻² S cm⁻¹ at 25 °C under relative humidity of 95%. Thermal analyses including TG–DTA and thermal desorption mass spectroscopy (TDS) confirm that the compound is thermally stable up to 200 °C. Proton conduction of the compound depends very much on humidity or water content. The logarithmic conductivity at 25 °C is increased linearly with increasing relative humidity. The activation energy (E_a) estimated from the slope of log(σT) vs. 1/T is decreased from 1.08 to 0.52 eV, as the relative humidity is increased from 40% to 75%. The humidity dependence of conductivity is discussed in the light of the observed hydration isotherm.     

Collisional excitation of Na-Rydberg atoms

The scattering of heavy ion with a multilevel Rydberg atom in the presence of an electromagnetic field is studied. The interaction of Rydberg atom and the e.m field is explored using non-perturbative quasi-energy technique. Although the results are presented for selected excitations but in actual calculations we have included many levels of the atom. The effect of various parameters are shown on collisional excitation process. As an illustration detailed calculations are performed for the inelastic proton-Na Rydberg atom collision accompanied by the transfer of photons and the effects of dressing due to the field are considered. The emphasis of the present work is on collision induced transitions especially the case that involves change of orbital as well as principal quantum number. NASICON型化合物结构的NMR研究

在水热晶化合成一系列NASICON型化合物的基础上,应用固体高分辨³¹P和²⁹Si MAS NMR,研究了几种NASICON化合物的结构,观察其骨架原子P和Si在结构中的状态及分布,并解释了由于在结构中发生取代作用而引起,Si或P的化学位移的变化.     

空气中烧成的镍导体及其应用

将空气中烧成的镍导体用于散热制冷片制作工艺中，可降低成本，提高合格率。通过实验得到的最佳值为：镍导体中４号玻璃（ＳｉＯ２＞３０，Ｂ２Ｏ３＞１０，ＰｂＯ＜５５，ＴｉＯ２少许）的含量４．５％，化学镀镍时间５０ｍｉｎ，方阻４７．５ｍΩ／□，附着力８．１Ｎ／ｍｍ２。     

用于多种组装技术的厚膜导体复合结构

HIRFL注入器PIG离子源的研制

本文介绍了兰州重离子加速器(HIRFL)的注入器(SFC)所用PIG离子源的研制和改进工作,使用新研制的PIG源,已在注人器SFC上获得了5μA的O_(16)~(5+)及10μA的C_(16)~(4+)的离子束。     

分子高激发振动态的动力学特性研究

运用经典哈密顿代数方法,结合单摆的运动特点表示两个化学键之间的振动耦合.对水分子高激发态下两个氧氢键(O—H)伸缩振动动力学的研究结果表明,靠近分界线的中间能级的相空间中较易出现混沌轨道,而较高或较低能级的相空间中则具有比较规则的周期运动 关键词： 高激发振动 共振 混沌
