It is shown that from the expectation values of obervables, which can be measured for a single system using protective measurements, the linear structure, inner product, and observables in the Hilbert space can be reconstructed. A universal method of measuring the wave function of a single particle using its gravitational field is given. Protective measurement is generalized to the measurement of a degenerate state and to many particle systems. The question of whether the wave function is real is examined, and an argument of Einstein in favor of the ensemble interpretation of quantum theory is refuted.  相似文献

We present a definition of Riemannian manifold in noncommutative geometry. Using products of unbounded Kasparov modules, we show one can obtain such Riemannian manifolds from noncommutative spincc manifolds; and conversely, in the presence of a spincc structure. We also show how to obtain an analogue of Kasparov’s fundamental class for a Riemannian manifold, and the associated notion of Poincaré duality. Along the way we clarify the bimodule and first-order conditions for spectral triples.  相似文献

A relativistic model of independent quarks based on Dirac equation with an equally mixed scalar-vector square root confining potential is used to compute the quark core contributions to the static properties like magnetic moments, charge radii and axial vector coupling constant ratios of the baryon octet. The results obtained with appropriate corrections due to centre-of-mass motion agree fairly well with experimental values. The model is also extended to the study of magnetic moments of the quark core of baryons in the charmed andb-flavoured sectors and the overall predictions so obtained compare well with other model predictions.  相似文献

The structures of the novel super forward error correction (Super-FEC) code type based on the concatenated code for high-speed long-haul optical communication systems are studied in this paper. The Reed-Solomon (RS) (255, 239) + Bose-Chaudhuri-Hocguenghem (BCH) (1023, 963) concatenated code is presented after the characteristics of the concatenated code and the two Super-FEC code type presented in ITU-T G.975.1 have theoretically been analyzed, the simulation result shows that this novel code type, compared with the RS (255, 239) + convolutional-self-orthogonal-code (CSOC) (k0/n0 = 6/7, J = 8) code in ITU-T G.975.1, has a lower redundancy and better error-correction capabilities, and its net coding gain (NCG) at the third iteration is 0.57 dB more than that of RS (255, 239) + CSOC (k0/n0 = 6/7, J = 8) code in ITU-T G.975.1 at the third iteration for the bit error rate (BER) of 10−12. Therefore, the novel code type can better be used in long-haul, larger capacity and higher bit-rate optical communication systems. Furthermore, the design and implementation of the novel concatenated code type are also discussed.  相似文献

Multiconfiguration Hartree-Fock calculations with Breit-Pauli relativistic corrections are reported for electric dipole transition (E1) energies, wavelengths, weighted oscillator strengths and transition probabilities between all of the 1s2, 1sns and 1snp (2?n?9) states for He-like silicon. The results are found to compare very well with available other results except Δn=0 due to differences in the calculated excitation energies.  相似文献

Stimulated infrared (IR) emission from a condensed dielectric medium under exposure to a giant pulse of a ruby laser is reported. This effect was predicted in the theoretical paper [1]. Experimental studies were carried out for a number of molecular liquids in two experimental geometries. In the first case (“in transmission” geometry) the propagation direction of the detected IR radiation coincided with that of the exciting radiation. In the second case IR radiation generated was detected in the opposite direction. The angle of divergence of IR radiation was found to be of 10−2 rad, while the conversion efficiency with respect to the pumping intensity depended on the type of molecular liquid and varied in the range of 0.05–0.6%. Possible microscopic mechanisms of generation of IR radiation under pumping of the dielectric medium with visible or ultraviolet (UV) radiation are analyzed.  相似文献
