Compact, reliable asymmetric optical configuration for cost-effective fabrication of multiplex dot matrix hologram in anti-counterfeiting applications

This study presents a compact optical configuration that can generate a multiplex dot-matrix hologram with complex interlaced images for anti-counterfeiting applications on valuable paper. Varying the orientation of the interference plane can enable the multiplex hologram to be recorded without changing the interference angle of two laser beams. With its simple asymmetric optical setup, a multiplex hologram with many interlaced images can be efficiently fabricated, increasing the cost of imitation. Experimental details of the asymmetric optical setup are also described.     

High longitudinal selectivity of shifting multiplexing in volume holograms

High longitudinal selectivity of the shifting multiplexing with spherical reference wave is proposed and demonstrated. A simplified method based on wave optics is used for calculating the selectivity, and the result fits well the experimental measurement. Under the paraxial condition, a simple formula for the longitudinal selectivity is introduced. With use of an object lens with effective NA=0.817, we obtain that an FWHM of selectivity is as small as 1 μm.

本文提出了用计算全息图产生锥面波的方法.将全息图置于激光光路中,它的衍射图样中心在空间形成了一条准直线.文中对锥面波的传播、准直精度及准直距离作了理论分析,给出了实验结果.     

Characteristics in optimization of CGH for array generator

A method of simulated annealing in optimization of a computer generated holo-gram(CGH)is presented.The characteristics of energy in annealing curve are analyzed.Thecooling schedule such as giving an initial temperature,the temperature function,the numberof interactions and stopping criterion are discussed.As an example,an optimization of phaserelief kinoform,a CGH with multiple phase levels,is implemented.     

一种用于版权保护的随机相位量化编码方法

基于传统的随机相位编码技术，提出了一种新的相息图量化编码方法。该方法采用条码编码技术和数制转换原理，将编码得到相息图的高阶量化信息映射为二值矩阵，并进一步打印制作成二值的防伪标签，不但可以实现文本内容的自动录入，同时也提高了传统随机相位编码技术解码图像的信噪比。计算机仿真与光学扫描实验表明，该方法具有认证过程相对简单、解码图像信噪比高、成本低和防伪性能好等优点。     

一种三次非旋转对称的相位板的检测系统设计

作为零位干涉检测方法中非常有前途的一种方法.计算全息可以用于非旋转对称的非球面的检测.以三次相位板为例,阐述了利用计算全息图检测非旋转对称的非球面的基本原理.分析并推导了三次相位传播过程引入的高阶波像差的理论公式,给出了三次相位板的检测系统的没计结果.详细讨论了计算全息图衍射级次的分离以及计算全息图的二元化,给出了振幅型的计算全息图的图样.计算全息图的刻线最小问隔是40μm,计算全息图的制作精度对检测结果的波前误差的影响仅仅为0.005λ.对检测系统作了详细的公差分析,结果表明所有调整公差对整个检测系统的影响和方根值为83.954 nm.     

余弦二值编码纯相位全息图的数字微镜器件显示

分析了采用错误减算法的迭代过程,在已知物波函数傅里叶谱的振幅和物波函数振幅的情况下恢复出纯相位的物波函数,最大限度地保留物波的振幅及相位信息.提出采用余弦二值编码生成二值全息图,即全息图的透射率函数取0或1.二值全息图通过数字微镜器件全息显示系统进行了重构显示,重构效果很好.理论分析了数字微镜器件的衍射效率,表明其最大衍射效率仅和微镜之间的间隔尺寸与微镜边长之比有关.余弦二值编码方法从理论上消除了零级衍射,可以制作像素较多的全息图.     

Photochemical Processes Involved in a Biopolymer Doped by Chromium(VI) during Hologram Recording

This paper is devoted to the study of the photochemical processes occurring during hologram formation in a biopolymer, agar doped by chromium(VI). The evolution of both the absorbing chromium species and the polymer allowed elucidating the reactions taking place during irradiation in conditions representative of hologram formation. As previously observed with dichromated poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA), polymer containing hydroxyl groups as agar, irradiation of dichromated agar provoked a two step reduction of chromium species and the crosslinking of the host polymer. But agar has a rather complex chemical structure and the photoproducts formed along the polymeric chains throughout the photoredox process were different in agar and in PVA. The photostability of the matrix, that has been proven, coupled with the possibility to record good quality holograms, allowed us to propose dichromated agar as a new natural photosensitive biomaterial.     

UV nanoimprint using flexible polymer template and substrate

Nano to micro-sized patterns were formed on a flexible polymer substrate using a flexible UV imprint stamp. A 6 in. diameter flexible UV nanoimprint template was fabricated using PVC hot embossing and DLC coating. Using the UV nanoimprint process with the DLC coated PVC template, nano to micro-sized patterns were clearly formed on the flexible PET substrate without a residual layer, due to the antistiction properties and high mechanical hardness of the DLC coating. By depositing a Cr layer on the imprinted resist pattern and lifting it off, Cr metal patterns were fabricated on the PET substrate.
