Robust Non-Fragile Guaranteed Cost Control for Nonlinear Time Delay Discrete-Time Systems Based on T-S Model

This paper concerns the robust non-fragile guaranteed cost control for nonlinear time delay discrete-time systems based on Takagi-Sugeno （T-S） model. The problem is to design a guaranteed cost state feedback controller which can tolerate uncertainties from both models and gain variation. Sufficient conditions for the existence of such controller are given based on the linear matrix inequality （LMI） approach combined with Lyapunov method and inequality technique. A numerical example is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of our result.     

土壤源热泵在合肥某工程中的应用

介绍了土壤源热泵的工作原理,探讨了土壤源热泵空调应用于中央空调系统的设计方法,以及其主要部件地热换热器的埋管方式、结构、管材、运行等特点。选取几种常用的冷热源系统与土壤源热泵系统进行比较分析,参考合肥地区的能源价格,计算各方案的运行成本,用动态费用年值法对各方案的经济性进行了评价。     

基于全网业务模型和蒙特卡洛仿真的电力通信网可靠性评估

传统的电力通信网可靠性研究基于网络的拓扑结构和业务流向,没有考虑电力通信业务复杂的组网方式。基于烟台电力通信网在运业务的实际情况,提出了复杂的系统级仿真模型。在此基础上,提出了光缆可靠度和设备可靠度的概念。另外,本文提出了可靠性破坏代价的概念,通过蒙特卡洛系统级仿真,给出电力通信网全网的可靠性数据。     

局部归一化融合EW-Gabor特征的光照变化人脸识别

针对光照变化人脸识别问题,提出了一种基于局部归一化融合熵加权Gabor特征方法。首先,计算类熵加权向量;然后,对图像进行局部归一化,并且计算输入图像的Borda计数,从而消除低值Gabor jet比较矩阵;最后,利用投票得分策略和k近邻分类器完成人脸识别。在扩展YaleB和AR人脸数据库上进行实验评估,在AR上的识别率可接近100%,相比其它几种较新的局部特征方法,本文方法取得了更高的识别精度,并且在一定程度上减少了计算开销。     

Structural Fault Based Specification Reduction for Testing Analog Circuits

Specification reduction can reduce test time, consequently, test cost. In this paper, a methodology to reduce specifications during specification testing for analog circuit is proposed and demonstrated. It starts with first deriving relationships between specifications and parameter variations of the circuit-under-test (CUT) and then reduces specifications by considering bounds of parameter variations. A statistical approach by taking into account of circuit fabrication process fluctuation is also employed and the result shows that the specification reduction depends on the testing confidence. A continuous-time state-variable benchmark filter circuit is applied with this methodology to demonstrate the effectiveness of the approach.
