根据光相干层析成像(OCT)的光学和光电检测系统特点,结合现有的理论模型,分析了OCT成像和散斑形成机理。指出失去相干性的多次散射光部分会被滤波电路排除,散斑是由高散射组织相干长度之内的不同散射截面上的若干具有nπ光程差的相干散射光彼此叠加形成的。最后讨论了消除散斑的方法。 相似文献

A new method for controlling the quantum coherence of atom laser by applying input light with strong strength is presented
within the framework of quantum dynamical theory. Unlike the case of rotating wave approximation(RWA), we show that the non-classical

We demonstrate the potential of femtosecond two-color pulse interferometry for in vitro optical glucose monitoring, by dispersion of the group refractive index in a glucose solution sample with respect to a red-color
light and a blue-color light. By comparison with femtosecond one-color pulse interferometry, the basic performance of the
present system with regard to sensitivity, quantitativeness, and tolerance to surrounding disturbances, is evaluated. The
resulting accuracy and precision of glucose determination are 77 and 118mg/dl for 10-mm-sample-thickness, respectively. This
near-common-path configuration of the two-color pulse light provides good stability to fluctuations of sample temperature,
which is important in clinical applications. Considering the performance of femtosecond two-color pulse interferometry as

In a Young–Michelson tandem interferometer a Michelson interferometer is illuminated through a pair of Young slits. The pattern produced by this set-up is analyzed theoretically. The consequences of small misalignments and uncompensated arms in the Michelson interferometer are studied. The effects of the spatial and temporal partial coherence of the source are also explored. Mechanisms of ‘environmental decoherence’ such as surface scattering, Elliot–Yafet process and precession mechanisms, as well as their influence on the spin phase relaxation are considered and compared. It is shown that the ‘spin ballistic’ regime is possible, when the phase relaxation length for the spin part of the wave function (L(s)) is much greater than the phase relaxation length for the ‘orbital part’ (L(e)). In the presence of an additional magnetic field, the spin part of the electron's wave function (WF) acquires a phase shift due to additional spin precession about that field. If the structure length L is chosen to be L(s)>L>L(e), it is possible to ‘wash out’ the quantum interference related to the phase coherence of the ‘orbital part’ of the WF, retaining at the same time that related to the phase coherence of the spin part and, hence, to reveal corresponding conductance oscillations. 相似文献

The propagation of partially coherent beams through optical systems is computed numerically in one transverse dimension. The optical system is divided into different elementary segments, through which the propagation of light can be calculated by appropriate operators, working on the coherence function or the Wigner distribution function respectively. For the necessary changes between these two functions describing the partially coherent beams, the use of the remarkable z-transform seems to be an advantage. With this algorithm the grid and the resolution in the spatial frequency domain can be arbitrarily chosen in contrast to the usual Fourier transform, the influence of phase aberrations on the focusability of Gauss-Schell model beams is discussed as an application example of the numerical model. With the help of this tool, practical beam guiding systems can be simulated for use with multimode laser radiation. 相似文献
