关于惠斯登电桥测电阻倍率与检流计灵敏度关系的研究

在相同的设备条件下，电桥临近平衡时灵敏度最高的最佳倍率是：组成倍率的两个电阻的数量级与待测电阻数量级相等，且比值为1的倍率。     

OnM-ideals and best approximation

In this paper we will prove some theorems on theM-ideals of compact operators and the best approximation of quasitriangular operator algebras. These results improve and extend the known results in [4, 5, 7].This work is supported in part by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.     

On Basic Constraint Qualifications for Infinite System of Convex Inequalities in Banach Spaces

The BCQ and the Abadie CQ for infinite systems of convex inequalities in Banach spaces are characterized in terms of the upper semi-continuity of the convex cones generated by the subdifferentials of active convex functions. Some relationships with other constraint qualifications such as the CPLV and the Slate condition are also studied. Applications in best approximation theory are provided.     

Adaptive application of operators in standard representation

Recently adaptive wavelet methods have been developed which can be shown to exhibit an asymptotically optimal accuracy/work balance for a wide class of variational problems including classical elliptic boundary value problems, boundary integral equations as well as certain classes of noncoercive problems such as saddle point problems. A core ingredient of these schemes is the approximate application of the involved operators in standard wavelet representation. Optimal computational complexity could be shown under the assumption that the entries in properly compressed standard representations are known or computable in average at unit cost. In this paper we propose concrete computational strategies and show under which circumstances this assumption is justified in the context of elliptic boundary value problems. Dedicated to Charles A. SECOND BEST TAXES AND QUOTAS IN NITROGEN REGULATION

This paper investigates second best policies to regulate nitrogen leaching. When the policy maker controls the total nitrogen use, an overall tax is superior to an action equivalent overall quota. When the goal is to regulate the expected level of nitrogen leaching, expected profit of a risk neutral farmer is greater under an overall tax than under an overall quota under a reasonable condition. The welfare ranking of action equivalent taxes and quotas for a risk averse farmer is generally ambiguous. In the numerical analyses, overall taxes turned out to be superior to overall quotas with both targets, despite a very high value of absolute risk aversion, 0.01. These results suggest that an overall tax is probably a superior policy to an overall quota to regulate expected total nitrogen use or expected nitrogen leaching for risk neutral and most of risk averse farmers.     

An analogue of Montel's theorem for some classes of rational functions

For sequences of rational functions, analytic in some domain, a theorem of Montel's type is proved. As an application, sequences of rational functions of the best L _p -approximation with an unbounded number of finite poles are considered.     

THE NECESSARY AND SUFFICIENT CONDITIONS FOR THE SOLVABILITY OF A CLASS OF THE MATRIX INVERSE PROBLEM

Censider the solutions of the matrix inverse problem, which are symmetric positive semide finite on a subspace. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the solvability, as well as the general solution are obtained. The best approximate solution by the above solution set is given. Thus the open problem in [1] is solved.     

排序集抽样下Inverse Rayleigh分布的Fisher信息量及其在参数估计中的应用

文章分别在简单随机抽样和排序集抽样下研究了Inverse Rayleigh分布中对应样本所含刻度参数θ的Fisher信息量.数值结果表示,同等样本容量的排序集样本比简单随机样本提供更多关于θ的信息.接着分别基于简单随机样本和排序集样本构造了θ的一些优良估计,并对估计结果进行了数值比较.     

含有偏好的DEA-BWM评价方法研究

针对传统的DEA模型在评估过程中并未考虑决策者对相关指标权重的偏好,将最优最差方法(BWM)嵌入到传统DEA模型中,基于决策者偏好排序的判断矩阵,构建一种含有偏好的DEA-BWM评价方法。首先在保持传统DEA方法的优势基础上,构建了CCR-BWM评价模型对各DMU进行评价。同时考虑为了便于各决策单元在统一权重基础上相互比较,构建了CSW-BWM公共权重模型。另外考虑决策单元自评和互评,构建了NCE-BWM中立型交叉效率。然后采用min-max方法分别将上述三种多目标评价模型转换为单目标线性规划进行求解。最后,选择一组算例对三种模型的有效性与合理性进行验证。
