UHF频段卫星移动通信系统若干问题的探讨

本文根据我国陆海空移动用户的需求与特点，借鉴国外经验，提出了建设ＵＨＦ频段卫星移动通信系统的建议；对照已建成的Ｃ波段卫星固定通信系统，分析了其优缺点；最后深入探讨了应用中的若干技术问题。     

Influence of the conditions of manufacture of nanomeric zirconium dioxide,stabilized with yttrium oxide,on its catalytic properties in the oxidation of CO

The morphological and catalytic properties of samples of nanomeric zirconium dioxide, stabilized with yttrium oxide, manufactured via the effect of a UHF field during the process of drying precipitated zirconium hydroxide and calcination at temperatures from 300 to 1000 °C, were studied. It was shown that the highest activity in the oxidation of CO occurred with 40 nm particles of zirconium dioxide prepared at 1000 °C. __________ Translated from Teoreticheskaya i éksperimental’naya Khimiya, Vol. 43, No. 2, pp. 96–101, March–April, 2007.     

Spin density distributions in radical anions of heterocyclic amine N-oxides

The unrestricted Hartree-Fock (UHF) method of Snyder and Amos is used to calculate, in the -electron approximation, the spin density distributions in radical anions of heterocyclic amine N-oxides. The computed spin densities are observed to be in good agreement with the experimental values. The computed spin density distribution of the radical anion of pyridine N-oxide is consistent with the greater susceptibility of pyridine N-oxide relative to pyridine to electrophilic nitration. Also, the calculations are consistent with the lower basicity of the N-oxides relative to the parent bases.     

Covalent-ionic nature of the potential energy surface of the Li-CO2 complex

Unrestricted Hartree-Fock calculations with large basis sets, including d-functions, and the estimation of the correlation energy, show that the potential energy surface for the Li-CO₂ complex is built from the crossing of two states, each of them corresponding to a different electron arrangement. One has a strong ionic character and the other is of van der Waals type. Each portion of the energy surface presents a minimum, which is stable in respect to the dissociation limit.     

一种双带宽UHF主从耦合式LC VCO

为了满足无线通信系统应用需要,设计了一种主从耦合式LC压控振荡器(VCO).基于0.18 μm CMOS标准工艺,由一个5 GHz主VCO和两个起分频作用的从VCO组成,其中主VCO选用PMOS考毕兹差分振荡结构,在两个互补交叉耦合的从VCO的输出端之间设置有注入式NMOS器件以达到分频的目的.仿真及硬件电路实验结果表明,在1.8 V低电源电压下,5 GHz主VCO的调谐范围为4.68～5.76 GHz,2.5 GHz从VCO的调谐范围为2.32～2.84 GHz;在1 MHz的偏频下,5 GHz主VCO的相位噪声为118.2 dBc/Hz,2.5 GHz从VCO的相位噪声为124.4 dBc/Hz.另外,主从VCO的功耗分别为6.8 mW和7.9 mW,因此特别适用于低功耗、超高频短距离无线通信系统中.     

一款便携式移动应用的低成本超高频无源射频识别读写器收发机芯片设计

A low cost integrated transceiver for mobile UHF passive RFID reader applications is implemented in a 0.18μm CMOS process. The transceiver contains an OOK modulator and a power amplifier in the transmitter chain, an IQ direct-down converter, variable-gain amplifiers, channel-select filters and a 10-bit ADC in the receiver chain. The measured output PldB power of the transmitter is 17.6 dBm and the measured receiver sensitivity is -70 dBm. The on-chip integer N synthesizer achieves a frequency resolution of 200 kHz with a phase noise of -104 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz frequency offset and -120.83 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz frequency offset. The transmitter, the receiver and the frequency synthesizer consume 201.34, 25.3 and 54 mW, respectively. The chip has a die area of 4 × 2.5 mm^2 including pads.

一种以空气为基板的圆极化微带天线的设计

设计了一种以空气为基板的超高频（UHF）圆极化矩形微带天线。该天线通过在微带贴片四周与中心开槽,减小了天线尺寸,实现天线圆极化的性能。进一步研究了天线的参数对圆极化性能的影响,通过天线参数的优化,使天线达到了良好的圆极化性能。     

A dual-mode secure UHF RFID tag with a crypto engine in 0.13-μm CMOS

An ultra-high-frequency (UHF) radio frequency identification (RFID) secure tag chip with a non-crypto mode and a crypto mode is presented. During the supply chain management, the tag works in the non-crypto mode in which the on-chip crypto engine is not enabled and the tag chip has a sensitivity of -12.8 dBm for long range communication. At the point of sales (POS), the tag will be switched to the crypto mode in order to protect the privacy of customers. In the crypto mode, an advanced encryption standard (AES) crypto engine is enabled and the sensitivity of the tag chip is switched to +2 dBm for short range communication, which is a method of physical protection. The tag chip is implemented and verified in a standard 0.13-μm CMOS process.
