研究了马肝醇脱氢酶(HLADH)在含离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯酸盐([bmim]Cl)的反应介质中的催化特性. 以乙醇为底物时,该酶在[bmim]Cl含量≤0.15 g/ml的体系中的活力高于在不含离子液体的体系中的活力; 离子液体浓度过高(>0.15 g/ml)对酶活性有明显的抑制作用. 反应温度和pH对含离子液体的反应介质中酶活力的影响规律与不含离子液体时的规律相似. 与不含离子液体的反应介质相比, HLADH在含0.05 g/ml [bmim]Cl的体系中催化乙醇氧化的活化能下降,酶反应的Vmax和Km均升高. 反应体系中低浓度(≤0.1 g/ml)的离子液体能提高酶的热稳定性,但高浓度(>0.1 g/ml)的离子液体可降低酶的热稳定性. 紫外二阶导数光谱显示,在含不同浓度离子液体的反应介质中酶分子构象的变化有较大的差异. 相似文献

Going vertical as in 3-D IC design, reduces the distance between vertical active silicon dies, allowing more dies to be placed closer to each other. However, putting 2-D IC into three-dimensional structure leads to thermal accumulation due to closer proximity of active silicon layers. Also the top die experiences a longer heat dissipation path. All these contribute to higher and non-uniform temperature variations in 3-D IC; higher temperature exacerbates negative bias temperature instability (NBTI). NBTI degrades CMOS transistor parameters such as delay, drain current and threshold voltage. While the impact of transistor aging is well understood from the device point of view, very little is known about its impact on security. We demonstrated that a hardware intruder could leverage this phenomenon to trigger the payload, without requiring a separate triggering circuit. In this paper we provide a detailed analysis on how tiers of 3-D ICs can be subject to exacerbated NBTI. We proposed to embed threshold voltage extractor circuit in conjunction with a novel NBTI-mitigation scheme as a countermeasure against such anticipated Trojans. We validated through post-layout and Monty Carlo simulations using 45 nm technology that our proposed solution against NBTI effects can compensate the NBTI-effects in the 3-D ICs. With the area overhead of 7% implemented in Mod-3 counter, our proposed solution can completely tolerate NBTI-induced degraded threshold voltage shift of up to 60%. 相似文献

Trimetoquinol (TMQ) (1-(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzyl)-6,7-dihydroxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline, m.w. 345) is the prototype tetrahydroisoquinoline pharmaceutical. TMQ is marketed as a bronchodilator in human medicine; in horse racing, TMQ is listed as an Association of Racing Commissioners International (ARCI) class 3 foreign substance. As such, TMQ is considered to have the potential to affect racing performance in horses, and a validated qualitative confirmatory method is required to regulate its use in racing. We selected 8 g kg–1 of TMQ IV as a safe and effective dose for studies on its metabolism and analytical detection in horses. We developed a solid phase extraction method for recovery of TMQ and its metabolites from equine urine, identified suitable high performance liquid chromatographic conditions for these substances and our internal standard, papaverine, and developed a highly sensitive ESI(+)-LC-MS-MS method (estimated LOD, 100 pg mL–1) for TMQ and its major metabolites in equine urine. Multiple Reaction Monitoring (MRM) analysis of unhydrolyzed post-administration urine showed small amounts of unchanged TMQ, along with glucuronide, methylated, and sulfated metabolites, with glucuronide metabolites predominating. Following glucuronidase hydrolysis, recovered parent TMQ peaked at relatively high concentrations (>300 ng mL–1) within 1 h of administration and thereafter declined. The methylated metabolites of TMQ peaked later and at comparable total concentrations, and thereafter declined more slowly. These data suggest that glucuronide hydrolysis of post-administration urine samples will allow recovery of readily identifiable quantities of parent TMQ. These findings, combined with the highly sensitive LC-MS-MS detection of parent TMQ described herein suggest that glucuronide hydrolysis of post-administration urine, followed by LC-MS-MS or other analysis, will allow effective regulatory control of this agent in racing horses.Published as # 351 from the Equine Pharmacology, Therapeutics and Toxicology Program at the Maxwell H. Hardware Trojans (HTs) can be implanted in security-weak parts of a chip with various means to steal the internal sensitive data or modify original functionality, which may lead to huge economic losses and great harm to society. Therefore, it is very important to analyze the specific HT threats existing in the whole life cycle of integrated circuits (ICs), and perform protection against hardware Trojans. In this paper, we elaborate an IC market model to illustrate the potential HT threats faced by the parties involved in the model. Single–valued solutions for the case of two-sided market games without product differentiation, also known as Böhm–Bawerk horse market games, are analyzed. The nucleolus is proved to coincide with the τ value, and is thus the midpoint of the core. This paper describes a study where the metabolism of the non‐steroidal anti‐inflammatory drug meloxicam was investigated in six horses and in the filamentous fungus Cunninghamella elegans. The metabolites identified were compared between the species, and then the fungus was used to produce larger amounts of the metabolites for future use as reference material. C. elegans proved to be a good model of phase I meloxicam metabolism in horses since all four metabolites found were the same in both species. Apart from the two main metabolites, 5′‐hydroxymethylmeloxicam and 5′‐carboxymeloxicam, a second isomer of hydroxymeloxicam and dihydroxylated meloxicam were detected for the first time in horse urine and the microbial incubations. Phase II metabolites were not discovered in the C. elegans samples but hydroxymeloxicam glucuronide was detected intact in horse urine for the first time in this study. Urine from six horses was further analyzed in a semi‐quantitative sense and 5′‐hydroxymethylmeloxicam gave peaks with much higher intensity compared to the parent drug and the other metabolites, and was detected for at least 14 days after the last given dose in some of the horses. From the results presented in this article, we suggest that analytical methods developed for the detection of meloxicam in horse urine after prohibited use should focus on the 5′‐hydroxymethyl metabolite and that C. elegans can be used to produce large amounts of this metabolite for potential future use as a reference compound.
