Room temperature glass containing copper nitrate was produced using the microemulsion-gel method. Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy and x-ray diffraction spectra were used to demonstrate the presence of copper nitrate in the gel samples. The samples were examined using optical microscopy, with and without polarized filters, and scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive x-ray analysis, before and after the extraction of the surfactant with an organic solvent. The results indicated that copper nitrate was present throughout the silicate network formed and was associated with the microemulsion components, i.e., the interstitial liquid, remaining in the bulk material.     

液体电阻率测量装置的设计与制作

针对液体本身物理性质复杂、电阻率难以测量的问题,本文设计了一种新型液体电阻率测量装置.为有效采集被测对象的信息,对容器结构进行了巧妙设计,创新性地实现了石墨电极与容器一体化,提高了测量精度;利用传感技术采集电压、电流信号并将数据传入单片机,经单片机运算后通过液晶屏实时显示电阻率,具有快捷、准确测量的优点,在教学科研方面有一定实用价值.     

谈喷印机喷印工艺与油墨性能的关系

喷印机的喷印过程中,喷印质量直接受油墨性能和喷印工艺参数的影响。本文从喷印机的实用性出发,主要分析探讨了在保证喷印质量的情况下喷印工艺参数的设定与油墨性能的相互关系,并对喷印工艺参数的设定和油墨的使用提出了一些量化指标,为使用者在选择油墨及对油墨性能进行调整和改善提供一定的参考依据,对喷印机的实际应用也有着一定的指导意义。     

Resorbable Dicalcium Phosphate Bone Substitutes Prepared by 3D Powder Printing

Bioceramic bone substitutes with programmed architecture were manufactured at room temperature in this study using a novel 3D printing process that combined 3D powder printing with calcium phosphate cement chemistry. During printing, biphasic α/β‐tricalcium phosphate (Ca₃(PO₄)₂, TCP) powder reacted with a liquid component consisting of phosphoric acid solution to form a matrix of dicalcium phosphate dihydrate (CaHPO₄·H₂O, DCPD, brushite) and unreacted TCP. Printed samples showed compressive strengths between 0.9–8.7 MPa after printing depending on the acid concentration. A further strength improvement to a maximum of 22 MPa could be obtained by additional hardening of the samples in phosphoric acid for three one minute washes. After this treatment, the samples mainly consisted of brushite with minor phases of unreacted TCP and a lesser amount of dicalcium phosphate anhydrate (CaHPO₄, DCPA, monetite). Hydrothermal conversion of brushite to DCPA resulted in an increase of porosity of approximately 13 % and a decrease of strength to 15 MPa, however the resorption rate in vivo was increased as demonstrated after intramuscular implantation over 56 weeks. Major advantages compared with commonly used sintering techniques are the low processing temperature, which enables the fabrication of thermally instable and degradable matrices of secondary calcium phosphates.
