Efficient and widely applicable oxidation method of tribromomethyl carbinols with PCC

An efficient and widely applicable oxidation method of tribromomethyl carbinols in the presence of pyridinium chlorochromate has been developed with excellent yields up to 96%. This method was well applied for the oxidation of a variety of aromatic, aliphatic, and heterocyclic tribromomethyl carbinols.     

Drastic change of rheological behaviour of Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (PCC) formulations induced by water sorption onto mineral filler surface

The water sorption properties of Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (PCC) formulations have been studied in relation to the rheological behaviour. Uncoated mineral fillers (median diameter 0.85 μm) have been dispersed in an organic liquid used as plasticizer, a dioctylphthalate (DOP), at a concentration of 25% by weight (volume fraction of about 11%). Water sorption isotherms onto PCC in air and in the organic matrix have been constructed. Measurement of water concentration in the DOP permits a complete evaluation of water exchanges at the inorganic (mineral)/organic (plasticizer) interface. Evolutions of yield stress, storage modulus and loss modulus have been determined as functions of the water activity in the system. A drastic change of rheological properties has been observed for water activities above 0.3.     

PCC-Promoted Dehydration of Aldoximes: A Convenient Access to Aromatic,Heteroaromatic, and Aliphatic Nitriles

A simple and convenient procedure for the synthesis of nitriles by dehydration of aldoximes using a PCC (pyridiniumchlorochromate) has been developed. A variety of aromatic, heteroaromatic, and aliphatic aldoximes are converted.

在对比研究不同策略控制方案的基础上,提出了一种以3GPPPCC架构为基础,固定和移动网络融合的统一策略控制平台,并根据不同演进阶段和策略,分别描述了协同类型和融合类型两种统一平台的实现方式。     

基于3GPP R8的策略控制和计费架构的研究

为了适应移动通信网络对策略与计费控制的需求．3GPP在R7中把R6版本中策略决策功能（PDF）与流计费功能（FBC）相合并．提出了策略控制和计费（PCC）架构。为了支持漫游场景,3GPP在R8版本中增加了BBERF功能实体和Gxx接口。文中简要介绍了策略控制的演进过程．然后重点分析了R8版本PCC架构和流程。

基于QoS的端到端差异化管控策略研究

在目前热点区域资源受限的情况下,本文基于eNode B侧和PCC侧的主要QoS管控能力开展网络差异化管控策略研究,形成无线侧最大聚合比特速率限速管控策略、基于用户的PCC管控策略以及基于业务的PCC管控策略,并在现场环境下完成验证。差异化管控策略能够在容量不足的区域有效保障特定用户/业务感知不受影响或优于普通用户/业务,妥善解决高流量和高负荷带来的整体用户感知问题,且能实现资源投入和经济效益的平衡。
