Resistivity and low field ac susceptibility measurements are made on R: 123 superconducting samples with different rare earth elements R. The order parameter dimensionality OPD is deduced from resistivity versus temperature plot using the Aslamazov and Larkin expression, while the analysis of the temperature dependence of ac susceptibility is done employing Beans’ critical state model and with the help of the Ravi expression. With increasing R, the critical temperatures Tc are nearly kept constant (∼90 K), while the crossover temperatures To are shifted to lower values. Moreover, the superconducting order parameter OPD is shifted toward 2D behavior. On the other hand, the values of superconducting volume fraction fg decrease with increasing ac field amplitude Hm for all samples and it is higher in Er: 123 sample than in Nd: 123 sample. Although the values of critical current density Jc at the peak temperature Tm are nearly unchanged with increasing R, the values of Jc(T), at T<Tm and T>Tm, are found to be dependent on the chosen R. The correlation between the above calculated parameters against R is also mentioned.  相似文献

We report on the fabrication of organic photodetectors (OPD) based on isolated islands of P3HT:PCBM. Pattern transfer to the active material was done with photolithography based on non-fluorinated solvents and the excessive organic semiconductor was removed with oxygen plasma reactive ion etching. The photoresist system used was found to be benign to the P3HT:PCBM layer as confirmed by absorption, thickness and roughness measurements. Current–voltage characteristics and external quantum efficiency (EQE) remained unchanged after the patterning process. It was demonstrated that it is possible to photolithographically pattern isolated islands with 200 μm edge length with the same dark current density (<10−5 A/cm2 at −2 V bias voltage) and photocurrent density (>5 × 10−3 A/cm2 at −2 V). Furthermore, concerning the solar cell performance, the patterned, small-area devices showed power conversion efficiency of 2.1% and fill-factor of 60%. Dark current was observed to depend on the size of the remaining semiconductor island, which was demonstrated on OPDs with diameter of 50 μm. The presented results show the feasibility of fabrication of isolated devices based on organic semiconductors patterned with non-fluorinated photolithography.  相似文献

Monoclonal antibodies against the hop-derived prenylated chalcone xanthohumol (X) and the prenylated flavonoids isoxanthohumol (IX) and 8-prenylnaringenin (8-PN) were developed. Carboxylic acid haptens of X, IX and 8-PN were synthesized by linking a spacer to their C4′-OH group followed by subsequent coupling to bovine serum albumin (BSA) to form conjugates that were employed as immunogens in BALB/c mice to raise antibodies. The monoclonal antibodies that were secreted from the established hybridoma cell lines proved, in cross-reactivity studies, to possess highly specific binding capacities in an optimized competitive indirect ELISA. The immunoassays make use of immunogen-coated microtiterplates and a peroxidase-labeled anti-mouse IgG1 secondary antibody with ABTS as a chromogenic substrate. For X the IC50 value derived from the standard curve was 62.91 ng mL−1, and for both IX and 8-PN 37.15 ng mL−1. The assay was validated for the quantitative analysis of X, IX and 8-PN in urine and serum. A simple sample pretreatment procedure using a diethyl ether extraction was optimized and the recoveries and matrix effects were assessed. The validity of the established assay was tested and mean inter- and intra-assay variations in urine were 2.32% and 1.91%, respectively for X, 6.24% and 2.39%, respectively for IX and 7.18% and 0.74%, respectively for 8-PN. In serum, the mean inter- and intra-assay variations were 8.90% and 1.37%, respectively for X, 6.13% and 1.57%, respectively for IX and 6.13% and 2.43%, respectively for 8-PN. Furthermore, the method demonstrated excellent accuracy and significant correlation with measurements by an established and validated HPLC-MS method.  相似文献

提出一种基于快速层次交替最小二乘非负张量Tucker分解的高光谱图像光谱信息压缩算法。首先,将干涉高光谱图像光程差方向的三维信息采用三维光程差方向提升小波变换(3D OPT-LDWT)进行分解,将三维小波子带系数看作三阶非负张量,采用快速层次交替最小二乘非负张量Tucker分解(FHALS-NTD)算法对进行分解,得到核心张量和模式矩阵。对每个模式矩阵进行量化,对核心张量采用比特平面重要系数编码算法进行编码,得出最终的压缩码流。结果表明,此压缩算法可以稳定可靠地工作。与传统压缩算法比较,平均信噪比提高了1.23 dB。有效的提高了干涉高光谱图像压缩性能。  相似文献

The parabolic beam equations are solved using high-order compact differences for the Laplacians and Runge–Kutta integration along the beam path. The solution method is verified by comparison to analytical solutions for apertured beams and both constant and complex index of refraction. An adaptive 4th-order Runge–Kutta using an embedded 2nd-order method is presented that has demonstrated itself to be very robust. For apertured beams, the results show that the method fails to capture near aperture effects due to a violation of the paraxial approximation in that region. Initial results indicate that the problem appears to be correctable by successive approximations. A preliminary assessment of the effect of turbulent scales is undertaken using high-order Lagrangian interpolation. The results show that while high fidelity methods are necessary to accurately capture the large scale flow structure, the method may not require the same level of fidelity in sampling the density for the index of refraction. The solution is used to calculate a phase difference that is directly compared with that commonly calculated via the optical path difference. Propagation through a supersonic boundary layer shows that for longer wavelengths, the traditional method to calculate the optical path is less accurate than for shorter wavelengths. While unlikely to supplant more traditional methods for most aero-optics applications, the current method can be used to give a quantitative assessment of the other methods as well as being amenable to the addition of more physics.  相似文献

A remarkable progress in research works regarding flexibility and transparency of organic optoelectronic devices has been observed in the past decade compared to their inorganic counterparts. However, few studies have been devoted to the advancement of a transparent organic photodetector. In this study, we have used a wavelength-selective bulk-heterojunction of ClAlPc:C60 as active layer and Cu:Ag/WO3 metal alloy as electrode to realize a see-through organic photodetector (OPD) with an average visible transmission of 76.92%. The optimized transparent OPDs show an average dark current density of 0.36 nA cm−2 and a rise/fall time of <5 μs under a bias voltage of −2 V, which could be potentially applied in a home security system based on invisible near-infrared detection.  相似文献

This article is dealing with the design of novel segmented polymers comprising homopolymer and random copolymer building blocks designated as block-random. This type of polymeric materials can be prepared through macromolecular engineering by using controlled polymerization methods. By replacing a homopolymer block with a random one, in block copolymer topologies, further tuning of the copolymer properties can be achieved. The present article highlights the recent developments on block-random segmented macromolecules, bearing building blocks of tunable properties (e.g. thermo-sensitivity (LCST), hydrophobicity) and exhibiting responsive behavior in aqueous environments. Furthermore, preliminary novel results regarding pH-sensitive segmented macromolecules of various topologies, bearing random polyampholyte blocks among others, are also demonstrated and discussed.  相似文献
