文章在概述服务质量测量技术的基础上，介绍了服务质量测量技术的服务质量性能评估、网络推测、网络定位等应用，并给出了服务质量测量的一般数学模型。     

Quality of Service in VoIP Communication

The focus of this paper lies in the practical aspects of voice over IP communication. VoIP configurations in the H.323 standard will be presented briefly. Following that, the fundamental protocol procedure of H.323 communication will be briefly explained. A further part of the paper will address the subject QoS (quality of service), and present the common measurement methods used in QoS. Results gained from experiments conducted in a VoIP environment will then follow. The investigations concentrate primarily on the load behavior of voice packets in relation to important parameters of this service. The results obtained are presented and evaluated in diagrams. The paper concludes with a summary.     

Measurement Method of the Thickness Uniformity for Polymer Films

Several methods for investigating the thickness uniformity of polymer thin films are presented as well their measurement principles.A comparison of these experimental methods is given.The cylindrical lightwave feflection method is found to can obtain the thickness distribution along a certain direction.It is simple and suitable method to evaluate the film thickness uniformity.     

Neural Computation of the MoM Matrix Elements for Planar Configurations

In this paper a new artificial neural network (ANN) based model for the calculation of the method of moments (MoM) matrix elements is presented. Training sets that characterize the matrix elements are first constructed. These sets are then utilized to effectively train two radial basis function (RBF) neural networks to accurately estimate all the elements of the MoM matrix for any mesh used. The potential of the proposed approach is demonstrated in the case of a narrow microstrip line. The current distribution on the microstrip line produced by the trained RBF networks agrees very well with the exact distribution. In addition, the proposed ANN model is much faster than the conventional MoM procedure.     

Interlaboratory comparisons and improvements of methods for acid number determination in used motor oils

The results of two interlaboratory comparisons of acid number determinations in used motor oils are discussed. It is shown that the comparability of the measurement results is not as good as that required by known standards for petroleum products. The problem is motor oil contaminants which accumulated during use, and which are the source of a matrix effect in the acid number determination. The standard methods’ drawbacks are analyzed and some improvements are proposed. Repeatability and accuracy of the improved methods are evaluated. 一种高信噪比的双光束激光光声光谱仪原理及应用

作为一种新兴的检测手段 ,激光光声光谱技术与其他检测技术相比具有很多优点。本文设计的光声光谱仪用激光做光源 ,有两个光声池 ,分别用来放置参考样品和待测样品 ,输出结果为二者光声信号的比值。利用这一比值 ,可以由参考样品的性能参数方便地求出待测样品的相关性能参数。该光声光谱仪有效地减小了本底吸收噪声的影响 ,提高了信噪比 ,扩大了固体光声理论的应用范围。本文还阐述了该光声光谱仪在定性定量分析中的一些应用     

基于87C196实现的快速无功电流检测

提出了电力系统无功电流的ip-iq检测方案，给出了用87C196单片机实现无功电流实时检测的具体方法，该检测系统不但可以快速准确地进行无功检测，同时还可以配合TSC系统对系统无功电流进行动态补偿。     

Hybrid Electrodes Used in Polymer Electro-Optic Modulator with Ultra-Broadband

Hybrid electrode combined coplanar waveguide (CPW) and microstrip lines in ultra-broadband electro-optic modulators. The characteristics of the modulators with hybrid electrode is like that of the modulator with the microstrip lines, in which the microstrip electrode is loaded above only one arm of Mach-Zehnder (M-Z) optical waveguide, besides the problem of microstrip line to coaxial transition and corona polarization in polymer modulators have been best solved at the same time. By using finite element method (FEM), the characteristic parameters such as half-wave voltage, modulation bandwidth characteristic impedance, effective microwave refractive index of polymer modulators with microstrip line and hybrid electrode are analysed and compared in this paper. The results present that velocity match, impendence match and lower microwave propagating loss is easily realized in modulators with hybrid electrode.     

The method of lines solution of discrete ordinates method for radiative heat transfer in cylindrical enclosures

A radiation code based on method of lines solution of discrete ordinates method for radiative heat transfer in axisymmetric cylindrical enclosures containing absorbing-emitting medium was developed and tested for predictive accuracy by applying it to (i) test problems with black and grey walls (ii) a gas turbine combustor simulator enclosing a non-homogeneous absorbing-emitting medium and benchmarking its steady-state predictions against exact solutions and measurements. Comparisons show that it provides accurate solutions for radiative heat fluxes and can be used with confidence in conjunction with CFD codes based on the same approach.
