继电器微机检测装置的软件设计

继电器作为主要电气元件之一，广泛应用于各个领域。对继电器的检测主要包括机械参数和电气参数的检测。电气参数由于其项目多，实现微机测试比较困难，据此，开发了电磁继电器电参数的自动测试装置，本文仅介绍其软件设计。     

自对准双扩散MOS器件的阈值电压分析

文章提出了精确描述自对准双扩散MOS器件阀值电压的解析模型，给出了其沟道中杂质的二维分布和源结耗尽层宽度的计算方法；分析了边缘效应对氧化层电容的影响，借助电荷共事模型，建立了反映非均匀沟道中耗尽层电荷变化及其对开启电压影响的阀值电压模型；同时，借助二维仿真器，计算出自对准双扩散MOS器件的阈值电压，其值与解析值相吻合。     

IP电话的语音压缩技术

本首先介绍了语音编码技术中对语音质量的评价方法，然后对几种典型的IP电话语音压缩技术标准进行了阐述，最后，对三种常用的IP电话语音压缩技术参数进行了比较。     

An algebraic characterization ofB-convergent Runge-Kutta methods

Summary In the analysis of discretization methods for stiff intial value problems, stability questions have received most part of the attention in the past.B-stability and the equivalent criterion algebraic stability are well known concepts for Runge-Kutta methods applied to dissipative problems. However, for the derivation ofB-convergence results — error bounds which are not affected by stiffness — it is not sufficient in many cases to requireB-stability alone. In this paper, necessary and sufficient conditions forB-convergence are determined.This paper was written while J. Schneid was visiting the Centre for Mathematics and Computer Science with an Erwin-Schrödinger stipend from the Fonds zur Förderung der wissenschaftlichen Forschung     

Point approximation of a space-homogeneous transport equation

Summary We present an approximation method of a space-homogeneous transport equation which we prove is convergent. The method is very promising for numerical computation. Comparison of a numerical computation with an exact solution is given for the Master equation.     

Sharp estimates in terms of moduli of smoothness for compound cubature rules

Summary In 1980 Dahmen-DeVore-Scherer introduced a modulus of continuity which turns out to reflect invariance properties of compound cubature rules effectively. Accordingly, sharp error bounds are derived, the existence of relevant counterexamples being a consequence of a quantitative resonance principle, established previously.     

Rehabilitation of the Gauss-Jordan algorithm

Summary In this paper a Gauss-Jordan algorithm with column interchanges is presented and analysed. We show that, in contrast with Gaussian elimination, the Gauss-Jordan algorithm has essentially differing properties when using column interchanges instead of row interchanges for improving the numerical stability. For solutions obtained by Gauss-Jordan with column interchanges, a more satisfactory bound for the residual norm can be given. The analysis gives theoretical evidence that the algorithm yields numerical solutions as good as those obtained by Gaussian elimination and that, in most practical situations, the residuals are equally small. This is confirmed by numerical experiments. Moreover, timing experiments on a Cyber 205 vector computer show that the algorithm presented has good vectorisation properties.     

Admissible slopes for monotone and convex interpolation

Summary In many applications, interpolation of experimental data exhibiting some geometric property such as nonnegativity, monotonicity or convexity is unacceptable unless the interpolant reflects these characteristics. This paper identifies admissible slopes at data points of variousC ¹ interpolants which ensure a desirable shape. We discuss this question, in turn for the following function classes commonly used for shape preserving interpolations: monotone polynomials,C ¹ monotone piecewise polynomials, convex polynomials, parametric cubic curves and rational functions.     

复合栅控二极管新技术提取热载流子诱生的NMOS/SOI器件界面陷阱的横向分布

提出了用复合栅控二极管新技术提取MOS/SOI器件界面陷阱沿沟道横向分布的原理,给出了具体的测试步骤和方法.在此基础上,对具有体接触的NMOS/SOI器件进行了具体的测试和分析,给出了不同的累积应力时间下的界面陷阱沿沟道方向的横向分布.结果表明:随累积应力时间的增加,不仅漏端边界的界面陷阱峰值上升,而且沿沟道方向,界面陷阱从漏端不断向源端增生.     

几种新型的光电器件

描述用ＳＯＩ技术制造的光耦合ＭＯＳ继电器和多量子阱长波和红外探测器，以及集成异质结晶体管和激光二管于一体的高增益，高灵敏的光电子开关器件，文中着重介绍这些器件的结构，制造工和器件特性，并对其进行了讨论。
