Limitations of the Clausius‐Mossotti function used in dielectrophoresis and electrical impedance studies of biomacromolecules

Dielectrophoresis (DEP) studies have progressed from the microscopic scale of cells and bacteria, through the mesoscale of virions to the molecular scale of DNA and proteins. The Clausius‐Mossotti function, based on macroscopic electrostatics, is invariably employed in the analyses of all these studies. The limitations of this practice are explored, with the conclusion that it should be abandoned for the DEP study of proteins and modified for native DNA. For macromolecular samples in general, a DEP theory that incorporates molecular‐scale interactions and the influence of permanent dipoles is more appropriate. Experimental ways to test these conclusions are proposed.     

应用数字PWM器件SA4828的大功率直流电源

本文介绍一种智能型、高精度PWR控制器SA4828，其控制实行全数字化产生三相脉宽调制波形．本文采用此器件设计大功率直流电源应用于22KW直流电机测试，对感性负载表现出具有纹波小，响应迅速、硬件电路简洁、控制简单易于编写的优点。     

改进型磁绝缘线振荡器的设计和数值模拟

 综合两种现有磁绝缘线振荡器的优点，对器件进行改进，将双渐变结构、轭流片和阻抗渐变三种增大功率的机制综合考虑，利用二维半全电磁PIC程序进行数值模拟，设计了一种新的改进型磁绝缘线振荡器，当外加电压为550kV，电流为35kA左右时，在L波段获得了6GW的峰值输出功率。     

恒载超声雾化制取金属粉末的改进方法

本文提出一种改进的超声雾化制取金属粉末方法。克服了因变幅杆负载变化所引起的粉末产率的周期变化，给出装置的框图及有关的参数和实验结果。     

Anomalous capacitance of quantum well double-barrier diodes

The S-parameters of several different quantum well double barrier diodes have been measured. A technique has been developed for measuring whisker contacted diodes with and HP 8510B automatic network analyzer. Special coaxial mounts using K-connectors were designed to enable measurements up to 20 GHz. The voltage-dependent conductance and capacitance were derived from the measured reflection coefficient of each device. The C/V characteristics were observed to exhibit an anomalous increase at voltages corresponding the the negative differential resistance region (NDR). These are the first reported S-parameter measurements in the negative differential resistance region of quantum well double barrier diodes. A theory is presented that explains, in part, the observed results.     

Analysis and modelling of overtone singing in the sygyt style

Overtone singing, also called biphonic singing, xöömij or chant diphonique in french; is a special singing style that exhibits two or more separate sounds - one “drone” sound of relatively low pitch and one or more high pitch melody sounds. The perceived pitches of the upper tones are multiples of the drone sound, i.e. taken from its overtone scale. Compared to voiced sounds of western style singers, the relative amplitude of the melody pitches is quite high, and the formant bandwidth of overtone sounds is small. This paper tries to answer the question of how these formant properties are achieved. Experimental investigations and numerical calculations prove the existence of two closely neighboured formants for the production of the melody sound in the sygyt style.     

用遗传算法拟合电力系统负荷短期预测的非线性模型

本文运用遗传算法，根据河北省１９８５—１９９０年春节期间每小时用电量的统计数字，建立了非线性回归模型（Ｇｏｍｐｅｒｔｄｚ），结果表明，遗传算法性能良好，可望成为电力系统各种非线性模型辨识的有效手段。     

Extension of multivariate regression trees to interval data. Application to electricity load profiling

Summary  Several data can be presented as interval curves where intervals reflect a within variability. In particular, this representation is well adapted for load profiles, which depict the electricity consumption of a class of customers. Electricity load profiling consists in assigning a daily load curve to a customer based on their characteristics such as energy requirement. Within the load profiling scope, this paper investigates the extension of multivariate regression trees to the case of interval dependent (or response) variables. The tree method aims at setting up simultaneously load profiles and their assignment rules based on independent variables. The extension of multivariate regression trees to interval responses is detailed and a global approach is defined. It consists in a first stage of a dimension reduction of the interval response variables. Thereafter, the extension of the tree method is applied to the first principal interval components. Outputs are the classes of the interval curves where each class is characterized both by an interval load profile (e.g. the class prototype) and an assignment rule based on the independent variables.     

基于锁相同步检测的数字化阻抗测试方法

介绍了一种数字化阻抗测试方法，它采用锁相同步采样、数字化矢量电压电流比法及校准技术测试元器件或线路阻抗。同时介绍了相应实验电路原理，并结合线路接口，进行了通信电缆的线路阻抗测试实验。     

PVInSb红外探测器的阻抗——频率特性分析

通过理论计算和实际测试，给出了ＰＶＩｎＳｂ红外探测器的低频阻抗－频率特性曲线，结合检测阻抗／动态电阻的方法和阻抗－频率特性曲线的变化规律，分析讨论了ＰＶＩｎＳｂ红外探测器的阻抗与动态电阻的异同，从而说明在涉及ＰＶＩｎＳｂ红外探测器的阻抗／动态电阻时，即使在低频范围也要具体考虑频率因素的影响。
