Theoretical analysis of potential distribution in the interdigital-gated high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) plasma wave device was carried out. The dc IV characteristics of capacitively coupled interdigital structure showed that uniformity of electric field under the interdigital gates was improved compared to the dc-connected interdigital gate structure. Admittance measurements of capacitively coupled interdigital gate structure in the microwave region of 10–40 GHz showed the conductance modulation by drain–source voltage. These results indicate the existence of plasma wave interactions.  相似文献

结合人工神经网络和电磁仿真,给出了一种用于综合交指电容及Metal-Insulator-Metal(MIM)电容结构参数的方法。基于逆向神经网络,可有效地根据给定频点上的电容值快速准确地综合出其对应的结构参数,从而避免了反复优化的过程。同时,可以由训练好的神经网络参数得到结构参数相对于等效电容的闭式计算公式。数值结果验证了方法的正确性和有效性。  相似文献

The use of gravure offset printing methods at an industrial level requires a wide and deep knowledge of the printing properties of the inks. Novel hydrocarbon inks were developed with superior printing properties compared to alternative ethyl cellulose-based inks. There are principal behaviour properties of these inks that can be generally described. In particular, the resistance dependence of printed mass for single and multiprints and on the other hand, the effect of multiprinting on printed area smoothness and line height.

This article summarizes the results obtained and describes printing properties and defects: line widening, hair formation, ink flow from the gravure grooves, pinholes, image distortions, ribbing, scooping, streaking and gravure groove blocking. Three different printed samples were demonstrated, which are best suited for this manufacturing method: interdigital capacitor, inductor coil and laser soldering substrates.  相似文献

Interdigital transducers (IDT) for non-destructive evaluation (NDE) of cracks in plates are designed based on an analytical model established previously. Key considerations include mode selectivity, excitation strength, collimation of wave and cost. The advantage of mode selectivity of IDT over PZT patch is presented both analytically and experimentally. Effects of parameters, namely finger spacing, width, length, number of fingers, and the size of IDT, on the excitation strength and mode selectivity are considered. This led to the design of a mobile double-sided IDT as an efficient device where excitation strength is strong and focused. The device was fabricated in-house using commercially available piezoelectric ceramics and used to develop a procedure for accurate identification of the direction and extent of cracks in plates. Three aluminum plates, one with a linear deep crack, another with a piecewise linear shallower crack and the third with a curved crack, were used to illustrate the accuracy and efficiency of both the proposed device and procedure for effective NDE.  相似文献

声表面波器件PSPICE仿真是包含声表面波器件电子系统设计的难点,文章提出了适于PSPICE仿真的叉指换能器新等效电路模型,它应用LC网络等效Mason等效电路模型的复阻抗,由Y导纳矩阵推导计算声表面波器件的二阶效应频率特性,根据电路理论综合出与Y矩阵得到的声表面波器件二阶特性相同的等效电路,并与主信号叉指换能器等效电路模型叠加,PSPICE仿真结果与实验结果在中心频率处插入损耗和带宽相符.  相似文献

This work presents a compact Balun with enhanced bandwidth and better isolation between output ports using Interdigital Capacitor (IDC). Firstly, a Rat Race Coupler (RRC) is designed, later Balun is proposed by replacing the isolation port with a 50 Ω isolation resistor. The proposed Transmission line (TL) is designed using an IDC in parallel with a high impedance TL. Based on a π-equivalent circuit the proposed TL has been investigated and optimized to achieve 70.7 Ω impedance. The Balun is designed and fabricated. The simulated and fabricated results are in accord. The fractional bandwidth (FBW) of RRC and Balun are 37.5% and 33% respectively at centre frequency 2.4 GHz. The size occupied by the proposed Balun is 0.51λg × 0.22λg. The structure is low cost, uniplanar and compact.  相似文献
