面向WCDMA建立网络管理信息模型

分析了WCDMA移动通信网网管系统管理框架，在此基础上提出采用公共对象请求代理体系结构（CORBA）建立网管系统信息模型的优势，给出WCDMA网管系统的信息模型，同时介绍了对象管理组（OMG）接口描述语言（IDL）。     

基于IDL的激光测高雷达回波时域仿真算法研究

从激光测高雷达回波能量分布模型和地表模型入手,详细介绍了基于IDL的激光测高雷达回波的仿真过程及仿真程序各个模块的功能,用Pearson相关性方法将仿真所得波形与实测回波波形进行了分析比对,二者的相关性系数达到90%以上,并分析了回波脉冲波形随测高系统参数和地表参数的变化情况.该方法可以直观有效地对不同地表的回波进行仿真,为激光测高雷达的回波分析提供了重要的技术手段.     

Application of thiophilic chromatography to deplete serum immunoglobulins in sample preparation for bidimensional electrophoresis

Serum is a typical sample for non-invasive studies in clinical research. Its proteome characterization is challenging, since requires extensive protein depletion. Methods used nowadays for removal of high-abundance proteins are expensive or show quite often a low loading capacity, which has strong repercussions on the number of samples and replicates per analysis.In order to deplete immunoglobulins (Igs) and albumin (HSA) from 1 mL serum samples, we have developed a protocol based on a combination of thiophilic chromatography, not previously used in clinical proteomics, and a HSA-specific resin. Ig/HSA-depleted samples, immunoglobulinome and albuminone were analyzed by 2-DE. Thiophilic chromatography, coupled with HSA-depletion, allows a good 2-DE resolution as well as the visualization of new spots. Moreover, it yields enough protein to evaluate technical variability and facilitate subsequent protein identification. To validate the protocol, we carried out a preliminary comparative study between triplicate Igs/HSA-depleted serum samples from healthy control individuals and recently diagnosed/untreated rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients. RA patients showed several acute phase proteins, as well as additional serum proteins, differentially and significantly regulated.Therefore, thiophilic chromatography can be used as an efficient and economical method in 2-DE to deplete immunoglobulins from large human serum samples before a more extensive fractioning.     

大气云层分布的偏振激光后向散射研究

 利用大气激光后向散射垂直剖面图与消偏振度相结合的方法,分析CALIPSO卫星偏振激光雷达的后向散射信号。以2008年11月23日和24日的CALIPSO卫星数据为例,研究了北京地区大气中云层在可见光和红外光波段的垂直和水平分布特征。利用交互式数据语言IDL(interactive data language)得到大气后向散射强度的垂直分布及其消偏振度,根据垂直剖面图可以直观地观测大气中各成分（如气溶胶、低空云和卷云等）的空间分布情况,并且能清楚地显示大气边界层的高度,由消偏振度可准确获得云层的分布高度及厚度。观测数据的处理结果表明：在海拔高度3 km~7 km存在厚度为2 km~2.5 km的云,其消偏振度约为0.2。     

基于IDL语言的双基SAR成像软件开发

基于IDL语言运算快速且具备完善的信号处理及图像处理功能的优势,设计开发一个合成孔径雷达（SAR）成像软件平台,完成双站SAR成像的仿真,并具备一定的数据分析和图像处理功能,对国内SAR软件平台的开发具有一定的参考价值。     

IDL在激光等离子粒子模拟中的应用

本文介绍了交互式语言IDL的基本特点,详细介绍了HDF5科学格式文件的结构以及如何使用IDL语言读取该格式文件并进行数据的可视化,将IDL语言成功引入到激光等离子体粒子模拟后处理程序中。     

IDL: Evaluating software quality based on PageRank algorithm

In the traditional method, the software quality is measured by various metrics of the software, such as decoupling level (DL), which can be used to predict software defect. However, DL, which treats all the ?les equally, has not taken file importance into consideration. Therefore, a novel software quality metric, named as improved decoupling level (IDL), based on the importance of documents was proposed. First, the PageRank algorithm was used to calculate the importance of ?les to obtain the weights of the dependencies, and then defect prediction models was established by combining the software scale, dependencies, scores and software defects to assess the software quality. Compared to most existing module-based software quality evaluation methods, IDL has similar or even superior performance in the prediction of software quality. The results indicate that IDL measures the importance of each ?le in the software more accurately by combining the PageRank algorithm in DL, which indirectly re?ects the quality of software by predicting the bug information in software and improves the accuracy of prediction result of software bug information.     

干涉成像雷达高度计数据处理系统

介绍干涉成像雷达高度计的数据处理系统以及其在首次机载飞行实验中的应用结果。成像雷达高度计数据处理系统是建立在IDL(InteractiveDataLanguage)软件编程平台上。利用该数据处理系统 ,这次实验在获得双天线二维复图像的基础上 ,在国内首次获得单轨双天线的干涉相位图像 ,并最终获得了三维地形图
