A Cayley map is a Cayley graph embedded in an orientable surface such that. the local rotations at every vertex are identical. In this paper, balanced regular Cayley maps for cyclic groups, dihedral groups, and generalized quaternion groups are classified.

Fixed-point theorems for families of weakly non-expansive maps

In this paper, we present some fixed-point theorems for families of weakly non-expansive maps under some relatively weaker and more general conditions. Our results generalize and improve several results due to Jungck [G. Jungck, Fixed points via a generalized local commutativity, Int. J. Math. Math. Sci. 25 (8) (2001) 497-507], Jachymski [J. Jachymski, A generalization of the theorem by Rhoades and Watson for contractive type mappings, Math. Japon. 38 (6) (1993) 1095-1102], Guo [C. Guo, An extension of fixed point theorem of Krasnoselski, Chinese J. Math. (P.O.C.) 21 (1) (1993) 13-20], Rhoades [B.E. Rhoades, A comparison of various definitions of contractive mappings, Trans. Amer. Math. Soc. 226 (1977) 257-290], and others.     

On ω-limit Sets of Triangular Maps on the Unit Cube

We consider Sturm–Liouville eigenvalue problems of second order with arbitary seperated boundary conditions and perform a suitabl discretization of them. The obtained discrete Sturm–Liouville eigenvalue problems are examined and the asymptotic behavior of their eigenvalue as the norm of the partition tends to zero is investigated.     

On the Center of Continuous Maps of Dendrites

The structure and the depth of the center of a continuous map of a dendrite with a closed countable set of branch points of a finite order are studied. It is proved that the center of that map coincides with the closure of the set of periodic points. It is shown also that for an arbitrary natural number n S 2 there are the dendrite X n with a closed countable set of branch points of a finite order and the continuous map f n : X n M X n with n as the depth of the center.     

平流层通信新思路——谷歌气球计划

平流层通信具有低延迟、信道衰落小、造价低廉、机动灵活等特点,在军事应用和应急通信领域都有重要的战略价值,也曾经引起各国的重视,并成为研究热点。然而平流层通信平台的稳定性对各国研究者而言一直是一个挑战,谷歌公司从鸟群飞行中得到启发,开启了Google Loon项目,其目的是为全球偏远地区2/3人口提供速度较快、价格可承受的互联网接入服务,同时为自然灾害发生地区提供通信服务。文中分析了谷歌气球的技术细节,谷歌气球初次试验的情况,以及谷歌气球面临的挑战。谷歌气球计划为平流层通信提供了又一新思路。     

基于BDS/GPS和百度地图的现代有轨电车监控系统的设计

为实现对现代有轨电车车辆的位置及运行状态进行实时监控,设计了一个基于BDS/GPS和百度地图的现代有轨电车监控系统;定位终端以具有我国自主知识产权的BDS/GPS双模定位模块为主,RFID系统作为辅助定位手段;数据通过HTTP的GET方法提交至服务器,由服务器端的PHP页面自动处理后存储到MySQL数据库,中心管理平台显示页面调用百度地图API,将数据显示在百度地图上;最终该系统可以实时获取并存储列车的位置坐标、速度、时间等信息,并在百度地图上以点、线和图表的形式显示出车辆的坐标和运行轨迹等;测试结果表明,该系统运行稳定,定位精度高,获取数据准确、时延小,能够满足应用需求。     

一族离散的可积Hamilton方程与可积的辛映射

该文讨论一个新的离散特征值问题，导出了相应的离散的Hamilton系统的保谱族，并且证明了它们是Liouville可积系。通过谱问题的双非线性化，导出一个新的可积的辛映射 。      

互联网地图技术在有线电视运营支撑领域的应用研究

近年来,基于互联网的地理信息平台发展迅速,应用范围也变得更加广泛,互联网地图的许多特性可以解决以传统封闭GIS平台为基础的网络资源管理及运维管理系统在实际应用中产生的一些问题,并且为运营支撑提供更有效的工具。本文从有线电视运营商在运营支撑领域中的实际需求出发,结合部分典型的应用场景,研究如何利用互联网地图工具解决日常工作中的一些基本问题,为相关信息系统规划建设提供参考。     

Google Earth在CDMA网络维护中的应用

2008年中国电信收购中国联通的CDMA网络,接收了数量庞大的基站。如何维护好这些基站,从而提升C网质量,又好又快地开展3G业务,是摆在中国电信面前的一道课题。由于Google Earth具有高精度,高开放性等特点,随着功能的不断加强,行业应用越来越广泛,呈现出了多样化趋势。文章分析了目前网络维护中存在的问题,并对Google Earth进行简单介绍,提出了利用GE辅助维护C网的一种思路,详细描述了GE在移动通信领域、网络规划和网络优化方面的应用。
