通过对广州市电视台综合信息平台网络系统的应用现状及安全风险进行分析,提出基于网络层、系统层、用户层和安全策略管理全方位的网络信息安全体系.     

半导体衬底片的应力损伤及其行为

本文根据实际测量结果,一叙述了半导体衬底制片质量对外延生长的影响。特别是,讨论了在 GaAs、InP 衬底中,产生于切片、研磨和抛光加工过程中的机械损伤的影响。     

Water‐Stable,Magnetic Silica–Cobalt/Cobalt Oxide–Silica Multishell Submicrometer Spheres

A method to produce monodisperse magnetic composite spheres with diameters from less than 100 nm to more than 1 μm in water solution is reported. The spheres consist of a dielectric silica core and a cobalt/cobalt oxide shell which can be protected from further oxidation with an outer shell of silica or, alternatively, they can be covered with the polymer polyvinylpyrrolidone as a stabilizer. The formation of a uniform magnetic shell proceeds with the adsorption of metallic cobalt seeds, produced by the reduction of cobalt chloride with sodium borohydride, on a self‐assembled layer of polyelectrolytes on the silica core. In the second step, an outer silica shell can be formed by the hydrolysis and condensation of (3‐aminopropyl)trimethoxysilane and tetraethoxysilane. The double‐shell composite spheres show excellent sphericity, monodispersity, and a magnetic hysteresis loop at room temperature.     

深亚微米条件下的多层VLSI／MCM层分配的遗传算法

本文提出了一个深亚微米条件下的多层ＶＬＳＭＣＭ有约束分层层分配的遗传算法。该算法分为两步：首先进行超层分配，使各线网满足Ｃｒｏｓｓｔａｌｋ约束，且超层数目最少；然后进行各超层的通孔最少化二分层。与目前的层分配算法相比，该遗传算法具有目标全面，全局优化能力强等特点，是一种可应用于深亚微米条件下的ＩＣ ＣＡＤ的有效分层方法。     

半导体激光器列阵有源区电场随电流变化的定点测量

采用连续波电光检测法，对ＧａＡｓ／ＧａＡｌＡｓ双异质结激光器列阵有源区进行定点测量，实验结果反映了发光区内及发光区外电场随电流变化的不同规律。文中对实验结果给出了合理解释。     

倾斜下降管气液两相分层流截面含气率的计算与液层高度的预测

分层流是气液两相流中常见的流动型式，分层流中液层高度是计算的基本数据，由于界面波的存在，对液层的测量和预测都很困难．Ｖｌａｃｈｏｓ提出了预测气液两相分层流液层厚度的关系式，但这一关系式并不适用于倾斜下降管气液两相流．本文提出了计算倾斜下降管气液两相分层流截面含气率的理论模型，在这种模型下得到的截面含气率和实验结果符合良好．在大量实验的基础上，考虑了倾角、管径、气液各相折算速度的影响，根据实验数据提出了预测液层厚度的关系式。     

平面旋转场诱导下磁流变液的结构模型

针对平面旋转场下磁流变液中诱导产生的层状结构 ,提出了恰当的理论模型 ,该模型成功的解释了层状结构在同步旋转状态下 :层间距随磁场的变化关系 ;旋转层的滞后角随旋转角频率以及其他物理量之间的关系 ;层半径与旋转角频率之间的关系 .理论结果与文献中发表的实验结果相吻合     

具有势垒增强层的MSM光电探测器暗电流的计算

将具有完全晶格匹配势垒增强层的MSM－PD简化为一维模型，并通过理论分析，得出了它的暗电流特性，进一步得到器件暗电流与势垒增强层的关系。     

ICP-AES测定彩涂前处理表面调整转化层中Ti、Ni含量及钝化膜中Cr含量

采用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法同时测定彩涂前处理表面调整转化层中Ti、Ni含量及钝化膜中Cr含量.以表征表面调整转化层厚度及钝化膜厚度,采用本方法准确度高、快速简便,经试验结果令人满意.     

Electrochemical Immunoanalysis for Carcinoembryonic Antigen Based on Multilayer Architectures of Gold Nanoparticles and Polycation Biomimetic Interface on Glassy Carbon Electrode

This paper describes a layer‐by‐layer (LBL) self‐assembly process of chitosan (CTS) and gold nanoparticles (Au) on the pretreated negatively charged glassy carbon (GC) electrode to fabricate electrochemistry immunosensor with a nontoxic biomimetic interface, which provided an environment similar to a native system and allowed more freedom in orientation for immobilization of carcinoembryonic antibody (anti‐CEA) to monitor carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA). UV‐vis spectroscope, atomic force microscopy (AFM), and cyclic voltammetric (CV) measurements were used to follow the multilayer film formation. The performance of the biominetic interface and factors influencing the assay system were investigated in detail. The differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) current response is used for the CEA concentration assay. The dynamic range was from 0.50 to 80.00 ng mL^?1 with a detection limit of 0.27 ng mL^?1 at 3σ. In addition, the experiment results indicate that immobilization described in this proposed method exhibits a good sensitivity, selectivity, and stability.
