A flow cytometric detecting technology based on quantum dots (QDs)-encoded beads has been described. Using this technology, several QDs-encoded beads with different code were identified effectively, and the target molecule (DNA sequence) in solution was also detected accurately by coupling to its complementary sequence probed on QDs-encoded beads through DNA hybridization assay. The resolution of this technology for encoded beads is resulted from two longer wavelength fluorescence identification signals (yellow and red fluorescent signals of QDs), and the third shorter wavelength fluorescence signal (green reporting signal of fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)) for the determination of reaction between probe and target. In experiment, because of QDs’ unique optical character, only one excitation light source was needed to excite the QDs and probe dye FITC synchronously comparing with other flow cytometric assay technology. The results show that this technology has present excellent repeatability and good accuracy. It will become a promising multiple assay platform in various application fields after further improvement.  相似文献

In order to reveal the underlying mechanisms about the conduction of acupuncture signal, manual acupuncture (MA) manipulations with different frequencies are taken at ‘Zusanli’ points of experimental rats. The induced electrical signal in spinal dorsal root ganglion is detected and recorded. It is found that rate coding features of acupuncture with different frequencies are different in PSTHs after spike sorting. Neuronal adaption and saturation phenomena are also observed. To elucidate the underlying mechanisms, we develop a delayed feedforward network model with plasticity for acupuncture signal transmission path. It is shown that this model could account for some important experimental phenomena and make further testable predictions. The underlying mechanisms of acupuncture are better understood by combining the experiment and simulation results.  相似文献

The key of robots operating autonomously in dynamic environments is understanding the dynamic characteristics of objects. This paper aims to detect dynamic objects and reconstruct 3D static maps from consecutive scans of scenes. Our work starts from an encode–decode network, which receives two range maps provided by a Velodyne HDL-64 laser scanner and outputs dynamic probability of each point. Since the soft segmentation produced by the network tends to be smooth, a 3D fully connected CRF (Conditional Random Field) is proposed to improve the segmentation performance. Experiments on both the public datasets and real-word platform demonstrate the effectiveness of our method.  相似文献

Security video communication is a challenging task, especially for wireless video applications. An efficient security multimedia system on embedded platform is designed. By analyzing the hardware architecture and resource, the efficient DSP-based H.264/AVC coding is studied by efficient video coding techniques and system optimizing implementation.To protect the confidentiality and integrity of media information, a novel security mechanism is presented, which includes user identify authentication and a perceptual video encryption algorithm based on exploiting the special feature of entropy coding in H.264. Experimental results show that the proposed hardware framework has high performance and achieves a better balance between security and efficiency. The proposed security mechanism can achieve high security and low complexity cost, and has a little effect on the compression ratio and transmission bandwidth. What’s more, encoding and encryption at the same time, the performance of data process can meet real-time application.  相似文献
