Interaction of zinc finger ZNF191(243—368) and its I323 W and R327W mutants with oligonucleotides by florescence spectrum

Two mutants of the zinc finger protein, ZNF191 (243–368) I323W and R327W, are successfully obtained by site-directed mutagenesis. The fluorescence spectrum is used to study the interaction between these two mutants and the oligonucleotides. The influence of the mutation on the interaction has been studied using ethidium bromide (EB) as the fluorescence probe. The binding constants of the I323W-DNA and R327W-DNA have been calculated and the possible binding models have been discussed.     

单载波UWB系统物理层帧结构设计与实现

提出了一种SC-UWB系统物理层帧结构.这种帧结构支持ECMA-368标准媒体接入控制层帧结构,包含前导序列、跟踪序列等辅助序列以实现接收端的精确同步,采取了加扰、级联编码、头校验等保护措施,不仅保证了SC-UWB物理层的高性能,而且兼顾了效率、延时和复杂度.所述帧结构已应用于国家相关重点项目中,并取得了良好的效果.     

Decay estimates of functions through singular extensions of vector-valued Laplace transforms

Let X be a Banach space and let f∈L^∞(R⁺;X) whose Laplace transform extends analytically to some region containing iR?{0}, possibly having a pole at the origin. In this paper, we give estimates of the decay of certain slight suitable modification of f in terms of the growth of its Laplace transform along the imaginary axis. This technique is applied to obtain decay estimates of smooth orbits of bounded C₀-semigroups whose infinitesimal generators have an arbitrary finite boundary spectrum. These results are close to those given recently by C.J.K. Batty and T. Duyckaerts.     

基于DM368的无人机视频压缩系统的设计

无人机视频数据的实时压缩处理是无人机的关键技术之一。本文以DM368为核心处理器,以嵌入式Linux为板级操作系统,设计出一套可供无人机使用的低功耗视频实时压缩系统。与传统的嵌入式视频H264软件编码压缩系统相比,本系统依赖DM368内嵌的视频协处理硬核处理H264编码,具有功耗低,处理延迟小,外部电路简单等诸多优势。同时系统以嵌入式Linux为板级操作系统,实时性强,可稳定高效的管理视频采集、硬核调度、串口通讯、数据输出等诸多任务。试验结果表明,本系统在处理PAL制式为视频源的H264编码任务时,平均功耗仅为1.5W,具有功耗低、成本低、体积小、重量轻、实时性强等诸多优势,能够满足无人机视频压缩的应用需求。     

基于TMS320DM368的高清视频采集系统设计与实现

实现了基于TMS320DM368嵌入式处理器的高清视频采集系统,详细介绍了系统的总体架构及主要的软硬件模块。首先,分析了核心处理模块性能及硬件采集模块功能;其次,描述了高清视频采集、处理及传输等模块的软件实现流程,给出了在嵌入式Linux平台下基于Web服务器移植的实现过程;最后,对系统进行测试,结果表明本系统达到了预期的高清视频采集及传输功能,图像清晰度高,实时性好,可以很方便地应用在需要高清视频监视的场合。     

A general form of Jordan-type double inequality for the generalized and normalized Bessel functions

In this note, a general form of Jordan-type double inequality involving the generalized and normalized Bessel functions is presented, and then some recent results concerning generalized and sharp work of Jordan’s inequality are extended. At the same time, the applications of the results above give two new infinite series for sinx/x and sinhx/x.     

Lineability and algebrability of pathological phenomena in analysis

We show that, in analysis, many pathological phenomena occur more often than one could expect, that is, in a linear or algebraic way. We show this by means of the construction of large algebraic structures (infinite dimensional vector spaces or infinitely generated algebras) enjoying some special or pathological properties.

Cuprate superconductors in the vicinity of a Pomeranchuk instability

We propose that cuprate superconductors are in the vicinity of a spontaneous d-wave type Fermi surface symmetry breaking, often called a d-wave Pomeranchuk instability. This idea is explored by means of a comprehensive study of magnetic excitations within the slave-boson mean-field theory of the t-J model. We can naturally understand the pronounced xy anisotropy of magnetic excitations in untwinned YBa₂Cu₃O_y and the sizable change of incommensurability of magnetic excitations at the transition temperature to the low-temperature tetragonal lattice structure in La_2-xBa_xCuO₄. In addition, the present theoretical framework allows the understanding of the similarities and differences of magnetic excitations in Y-based and La-based cuprates.
